Ive been to K&S multiple times over the last 5 years Ive lived in Baltimore. From transmission repair, to installing new springs and struts, to routine maintenance K&S has always done me right and comes in cheaper than any other shop. They haven even gone the extra mile and offered to pick me up and drop me off in federal hill when my car needed to spend the night at the shop. Would highly recommend this place!

These people tried to rip me off BIG time.... it was a simple Maryland state inspection. They failed it and tried to charge me $1200 for a rack and pinion plus alignment and failed brand new wiper blades.I took the car home and wiped down the rack and pinion which diddnt show signs of leaking. I took it back up and he said I will let it slide.... Then charged me another $25 for a re-inspection. upon removing the wheel and cleaning the rack and pinion i found 2 ball joints that should have been failed and one rubber bushing that should have failed.These people are certified to do this stuff and we HAVE to pay for that legal mumbojumbo to verify our vehicles are safe.... and we cannot trust this establishment to offer legit honest certified work even though they have that piece of paper.This type of business should be illegal dont give these people business!!!#Imabettermechanic #boycottbadbusiness

Great customer service!

Hmmm, dont seem like good business. Showed up to drop off my vehicle at 830am when they open at 8am... nobody there and still all locked up. Didnt call when vehicle was finished, and really shady on explaining prices that were marked up well over 30%. Oh they over torqued my aluminum rims by almost double the torque .
