GameStop has always been a decent place. If you go in and know what you want then theres no problem. Sales associates no longer try and up sell or nag you about pre-ordering games. Diamond hands all the way.

Came two times in one week to get both of my sons new controllers. You didnt have wireless but we got wired ones the guy behind the register helped us both times he was great. Only thing id do differently is make sure when you sell Vbucks vs the green game cards that you explain the process. It took me forever to load the vbucks to my kiddos game!!

Had things on the shelf that they actually didn’t have in stock, listed games for $20 that were actually $60 when you went to purchase it, and didn’t have popular games in stock that they should. Overall a horrible location. Don’t come here.

I called to see if a product was in stock she first sound unsure so she guessed than said we don’t do adapters but the website says y’all do & she hung up didn’t try to search anywhere else and was rude as well and very unprofessional!!

The employees are almost always awesome and fun to talk to. Plus theyll usually talk you out of trading a game for five bucks when you can sell it elsewhere for way more.

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, and they always have an available great selection of games and hardware. The only drawback is that the company itself is losing money so their prices rise in some areas and their purchase/trade-ins devalue much faster than years ago. Unfortunately Im finding better value with their competitors which is why Im not a frequent customer as I was in the past.

The gentleman there had a clean and beautiful store. He didnt make fun of the fact I was still using a Wii system. I bought almost all the games he has left. He was kind and showed me where things were and didnt just point. He also didnt pressure me for the membership, which I will take advantage of when I buy a new system. Which I will from this store.

My son recommended this place for himself and his dad. Strangely enough, I was impressed. Met my expectations on being able to find all the gadgets husband needed for his game, plus the games. Will visit again for me a controller!

I paid for a Nintendo switch brand new and paid for a protection plan. I went in and was told that they had no more Nintendo switch controller and they said that they cant give me my money back for my protection plan. This defeats the purpose of pain for my plan when I can just go buy a brand new controller myself so they pretty much just take your money and they dont actually help you out. I hope all gamestops go out of business.

Currently been waiting outside gamestop before closing time and the door is locked and open sign on. Only poorly runned stores do this.Had a sign saying be back in 10 minutes up with no one inside and waited 15 minutes for them. No one showed up.Never coming back here.Ended up taking my business elsewhere.

Made 3 trips for one game that didnt work and dont buy the membership its a ripoff they cancel you after six months or less when you paid for a full year and they dont give no notice and you cant get customer service on the phone or log in to your account. Membership A Ripoff !!!!!👎👎👎👎

The staff is very polite, they were also very helpful in getting me the games I was looking for and had a nice selection of figures and toys as well. Definitely love all the stuff they sell there and I cant wait to visit again. Five stars all the way.

Id give it five stars for the knowledgeable customer service thats more often than not a great help in my buying decisions @ this location.. Corporate Gamestop, in my opinion, makes redeeming loyalty points harder than it has to be. Its one of the reasons my trips there arent as frequent.

Selection of collectibles is getting less and less everytime I go there. They sell popular used games for more then a new one.

They have all kinds of things there. They have games, consoles, controllers, gift cards and all other cool stuff. Like PS4, Xbox 1s/360s, Nintendo Switch, GameCube. I go there all the time Because I think its the best place for a game stop

I had some great service there. There was an English fellow behind the counter that seems to know what he was talking about and was able to answer all my questions and offered up some information I didnt even know I was curious about. They also had a huge selection of memorabilia, I was surprised by the amount of stuff so well organised in a space that size.

Website said they had a product I wanted. They actually did not have the item. But an employee called near by store and verified they had it and had them save it till I got there. Website not always accurate call first. Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Very small corner store. I went to get something I requested to be shipped there and they got me my requested item in a timely manner. No problem here.

Bought a new game for this location. Only 1 store employee for checkout. Waiting time was 5 minutes. Good service and game selection.

They have a lot there at good prices. The reason for the lower mark is because we called ahead to make sure they had a particular product. There was 1 left. They were going to put our name on it and we drove over to get it about an hour later. Guess what?? Our name was on nothing because they didnt have one. Maybe the stock sheet said they did but they didnt. They didnt bother to check! We told them we were driving a distance to get there but they didnt even bother to go find it in the back room. We had to drive another 30 mins to another store! Granted it was only a $100.00 sale but still it was a $100.00 sale. Doesnt make you feel valued in the least. Bad customer service!

I had gotten a headset and controller from them and traded my older controllers to them thinking that I did not need them to connect my new controller to my PlayStation 4 I need it one of my old ones back so that I can connect it to my PS4 and connect my new one to my PS4 because I cant connect my new controller to my PlayStation if anyone knows how to connect it any new controller without the old ones tell me please

I dont mind Gamestop its self (Though... thats another can of worms in its self) but the employees here are the worst. They seem to think that the game creators of the world should only listen to them.Were all different I dont like what you play and I dont want it pushed on me or to be told essentially that I play dumb games. You play yours Ill play mine. Please dont sit there and tell me what to play. Its rude and entitled I wont be ever going back to this location thats for sure.This place is great... if you like what they do.

Theres a handful of Gamestops that I visit and this is definitely the best of the local ones. The staff is friendly and informed without being pestering.

The novelty has worn off with me, since Im old and I was around when Funcoland was. It is the leader among new and used shops though so I cant complain!I have bought many things from this location throughout the years and have never felt sour over the service, it is what it is.

This has been my local GameStop location for the last three years and they have always been friendly and helpful.

You should always have 2 employees on staff. Having one employee standing there scanning over 50 trade ins while a line of customers wait is ridiculous. Also the used 360 games are all in random order?? I used to love this store. Whats going on? Needless to say I put my 3 games back on the shelf and walked out.

If there was a no star rating I would give it. Gamestop as a corporation is a very shady business. Tey sell used and opened games as new. When asked for a seal copy, 10 out of 20 times I get the its our last copy deal. The employees will lie straight to your face. Gamestop has really gone down hill lately and this location is no different.

There were two employees working when I went in. one of them was very friendly but was busy. The other guy was sitting on his after seeing me wait at the desk until his buddy told him to get off. He then proceeds to give the wrong game system and almost charges me for the wrong warranty. unfortunately I have to go back to get the right console but that will be my last trip to gamestop
