I went in looking for a hair color thats a little hard to find & they had two bottles left! I used the app to find availability for the color and I am so happy it was accurate! Gregory was very helpful, thorough, and pleasant to work with while we figured out some issues with my Sally account. I appreciate great sales associates and Ill be returning to this location even though its farther than my usual store. Thank you again! :)

It’s common sense that the employees at this store are no substitute for licensed hairstylist but if you don’t know about something just say you don’t. I had an employee recently recommend a product that turned my hair brown when I told them I was trying to go lighter. I put a lot of work getting my hair to the level I wanted and now all the work and strain on my hair has gone to waste. Take recommendations if you will but remember they don’t know what they are talking about when it comes to what’s best for your hair.

I love this location! I’m not very versed in hair products/colors/all that good stuff, and whenever I come to this store I have EXCELLENT customer service!! The staff is so kind and helpful and always leave me with some extra hair education!

The management change was the key! The manager is so cool, he’s professional, relatable- I love coming in here now, where as before I felt like I was being looked down on. Every staff member, especially Danny we’re kind and knowledgeable. She went the extra mile for me, and truly made my day. We spoke about a lot of things like how I’m losing all my hair at 25. I was shown tons of products and given tons of ideas to get my style back to where I’d like it to be. I can’t speak more highly of this location, manager, and staff. ❤️

I recently bought wax and a wax warmer from here. Well one of the employees told me that I didnt need wax strips with the kind of wax I bought. She said its supposed to dry and then you just rip it off. Well being new to waxing at home, I thought she knew what she was talking about. Well last night I tried to wax my eyebrows and the wax would not come off and I ended up burning my face. Im not happy at all and the one employee that works here does not know what she is talking about. Be careful! Im very disappointed. 😔

Had the literal best customer service ever today. i didnt get his name, and i dont know his wage, but let me tell you this - sis deserves a raise. his personality is very very spirited and he knows his stuff well. he introduced me to artic fox, I cant wait to go back.

I love sally Beauty Supply because of the salon quality products but the employees ruin the experience for me.I have been recovering from anorexia for the past 7 years. For the first time in 7 years my hair has become healthy enough to go blonde (its very dark and Ive only been able to safely go darker because my hair was falling out due to malnutrition). I went to sallys to buy bleach and dye.While shopping an employee asked if I need help and I asked if I should go with a 20 or 30 developer. My hair was near black. The woman said she had to get her manager. She did and the manager said not to use bleach but to strip my hair instead. She gave me color zap and said I should come back for a toner afterward, then dye my hair.I went home and stripped my hair like she suggested. I then went back for toner then next day. The woman who rang me out the next day was rude and could offer no help on selecting toner.I used the toner then dyed my hair but the dye wouldnt take.I went in for a consult to see what went wrong as my hair is now orange, frizzy, starting to break and Im scared. I was told I should have bleached it and then just dyed it (Like I intended before I was helped). The stripping damaged my hair and gave me uneven layers of color. I had to then bleach it and dye it again at the salon.The employees at sallys are incompetent and end up costing time, money, and health in your hair care.

Worst experience ever. Been going there for years and loved it.Obviously all new ghetto employees. Enrtance door was wide open while employee was sitting on floor with piles of products screwn acrooss floor and had to scramble across the floor upon entering so that i wouldnt trip. Then when trying to find the product for my hair that ive used last 3 years, couldnt find it. Had to wait and find an employee who acted like i really bothered her to help me find the product. So when she finally came to help me she just said they were out of it. So i asked if they had another product to help volumize my hair she said she didnt kbow.REALLY? Poor poor customer service. Will never go bac i shpuld get some coupons at least of i ever date go back. Not only that but while i was trying to get help and that otber employee who was sitting on that floor didnt even see the male and female stealing all kinds of stuff right down tje aisle. Never again. Sallys sucks. Sorry. Did business 10 years at that store. Management changed dramatically. I will take my business elsewhere
