I wish I had gotten the representatives name so I could add it here. I called in to get some part information and the gentleman was being rude over the phone call for no reason. I’m just surprised to see the customer support turned out to be today. I will most likely still order parts from here if need to but this feedback is so that the company can teach their call center how to talk to a repeat customer.

Our company had an open account with Mid Atlantic for over 25 years. They have the nastiest accounting department and could not care less about your business or your long-term relationship. My advice is to find another distributor. You should also be aware that a lot of original factory parts in their logo boxes can be purchased from other companies like Whirlpool and Supco for 100%-200% cheaper than purchasing from Mid Atlantic. You could actually save an unbelievable amount of money NOT doing business with them.

Had exactly what I needed for my Wolf stove. Kevin was great. Jenny from customer service was also great to deal with. Couldn’t imagine getting my parts from any other place. Great job and thanks again.

Totally useless. Guy asked for a part number for electrical tape! Said he can’t help me if I don’t have a part number and if I don’t like it, go somewhere else.
