Update 2019-08-28: I took my old rusted Jeep to him to get a much needed oil change and replace wipers. He took good care of her (the Jeep). Charged almost nothing for labor, and charged me bulk pricing for the synthetic oil, so it was way cheaper than I anticipated. Ordered wipers right away and even wiped my car window as if it were his own. Im scheduled for next week for him to change wheels, alignment, etc. Seriously, I wouldve taken care of my Jeep sooner if I had a guy I could trust, who refuses to charge higher than a fair price and who inspects everything closely and only recommends that you change something if you need to. My parents will be visiting him soon with their cars, Lord willing! They were excited about the price and value and care given here!Original 2019-08-09: Recommended this guy from our church pastor. This guy is honest and refuses to steal your money. This is the kind of mechanic I feel comfortable asking questions and advice. I sent my car for brakes and tires, and he told me that there is still so much life in both my brakes and in my tires and that he would hold off until a few months later.Fast service, always answers the phone quickly, and, Lord willing, he will be the only mechanic I need to take my car to. I can see why people say he treats each car likes his own. If only such honesty were more prevalent in the industry. I feel bad that my car doesnt need any work. :)

They did a very thorough inspection and they were very informative. They gave me the honest numbers of what the tread on my tires, brake pad life, and much more. It is hard to find a great mechanic nowadays, I no longer have to seek another. I will drive the extra distance just to have the piece of mind that everything will be done honestly. This is hands down the best auto shop I have ever taken my car to get work done. You will not find a more trustworthy and nice mechanic anywhere. In fact, I even used to live in Florida and would hold out on getting work done until I visited my family in Springfield in order to get work done at his shop. He has kept my car running now for almost 210k miles and every time I get it back from him it just runs better. You should just give up on trying to take your car to the dealer. Save yourself some money and headaches scheduling appointments. He doesnt do unnecessary stuff like many places do know with recommended replacements and all that. He will tell you exactly what is going on and fix it, no more no less. I cant recommend Kyle enough. Many of my friends and family have started taking their car to him, he is the best you will find in this area hands down.

I contacted Kyle on Monday to hopefully schedule an appointment for my 1998 Buick on Wednesday, my only day off. I explained my brakes were squealing badly, basically metal to metal. He mentioned that his schedule was busy for Wednesday, but said due to the nature of my problem he would fit me in. My vehicle was also due for Inspection, which he also agreed to perform. Kyle called me midday on Wednesday to review my vehicle’s brake requirements, additionally found a failing tie rod that needed to be replaced, quoted me very fair prices for the repairs to pass the Inspection, and drive safely. Kyle also informed me that I would need new tires, front and rear struts in the near future. I can’t THANK Kyle enough for taking care of me with such short notice. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND this business for its high standards of TRUE “Customer Service & Workmanship”.
