We have used the services of Sereni Awning ever since we moved into our house 20 years ago. They have been consistent in providing good service, putting up the awning in the spring and taking it down in the fall. We were always satisfied with their service. We recently had a problem with the awning and it needed to be replaced. Lee Sereni was very easy to work with and helped me to get it resolved. I am happy with my new awning and I appreciate Lees great attitude and service in getting it done without problems or delays. The deserve a five-star review.

Had a new awning instillation this summer. The awning is big. 35x25.It looks wonderful and we just love it. There were a few glitches as there always but Mr. Sereni took care of them right away. His workmen were neat and very nice. They did a super job.

Use to be a reliable company as we used for years. Now i would not recommend them nor have i the past 2 years. They are not reliable now and very rude.

We have been a customer for years. We paid and scheduled a date or shall I say dates and they never came out as promised. They stated that we r their only customer in our area. They finally said we arent coming out. Waiting 4 the refund. Can guarantee will wait 4 that also. Would not recommend.

Paid by check to have awning rehung. Never showed & was told I had to produce a copy of cashed check to get my money back. After all the phone calls & getting a copy of check I finally got my money back

Had a very bad experience. Highly recommend not using this company.
