We came in last minute to test out gliders and found the perfect one, the Storytime Westgate, which was also in stock. The sales staff and warehouse staff were all able to accommodate us right away. We were in and out in 10 minutes. Everyone was extremely pleasant!

We had the best experience here today! Our salesperson Marc was so friendly, fast, and informative- not pushy in the slightest. Everything we wanted for our nursery was in stock, is shipping together, and is even being preassembled for just $90 extra. Dont stress out shopping online- this is the way to go!

We worked with Dave who was from the onset super easy to approach. When we first entered the shop, it was after researching many different places and websites online. Surprisingly, prices here were just as good as online but we had the added benefit of interacting with pretty helpful staff and getting to see the items in person and ask detailed questions whenever they popped up. The purchase went smoothly and Dave gave us great suggestions and info about potential items. While waiting for the items to deliver, we felt like we could call him up at any time to ask for an update without feeling like inconveniencing them or that we were being left hanging with. Overall great experience and theyve definitely earned lifetime customers

Please be aware the timeline you are told most likely would change.We order a whole set at the beginning of March, 2021 and were told that would arrive by the middle of June. Well… is July 7th and the furniture hasn’t arrive.Our daughter is due on July 16th and we have everything in boxes.It’s very disappointing to not have the nursery room ready before our baby is here (any day from now) plus have the stress of the delivery that could come when we are at the hospital giving birth and no one is home and work on the room after baby is here which wasn’t the idea.It’s just stressful

Not happy with the customer service or attitude with the representative who we asked questions to about the furniture and services Baby Supermart offers. The representative was not friendly, made comments regarding our questions.We went to buy buy baby instead, found a similar set and purchased with buy buy baby. The only difference between small business and large business is their customer service. And Baby Supermart received two stars and lost potential customers.

Bad Return Policy:Within 10 days of purchase, we are not able to return a new, unused furniture item. Make sure you know you are willing to keep something (and that the product you are getting has no defects out of the box), before buying.At the beginning of November we needed a glider rocker. When we went in and picked one out on 11/10/20, Dave walked out to our car, and assured us that the box with the glider and ottoman would fit. We threw down almost $500, drove up to the loading dock - and the box wouldnt fit. So the guys up there took the rocker out of the box, and put it in our car.We stopped using the rocker after one use, because of a weird smell. We left it out in the hallway to off for a week, put the glider back into the babys room. Then I attempted to breastfeed the baby in the rocker (the reason for purchase), and I realized that it also wasnt a good fit for the two of us during feedings (Shes too long for the rocker). During that feed, I again noticed the smell.So, 10 days post-purchase, I called, and asked Dave about their return policy. He first said, Is it unused in the box? We cant take it without the box. When I told him his company had kept the box he said, How long ago did you buy it? When I said about 10 days, he said, Im sorry all sales are final. I said, Because of the box? and he said, no because its been longer than three days. When I asked where the return policy was listed, and he said at the counter at the front of the store.So I now have a $450, smelly, badly fitting rocker that I have sat in twice, that I cannot return - and a return policy that seems to shift depending on what information I provide, so that the answer is always, no, you cannot return.Buyer beware.Update after owner feedback on review: I was offered a store credit minus 20%, which would put me out $90. This is not a return policy, its an unequal exchange policy. Additionally, I tried the other rockers in the store, and know that they will not work. The other two which I considered were either an additional $300, or not in stock until March.

My grandmother and I were very excited to come and pick out a crib for my first baby. When my grandmother called and heard the hours were open until 8 we headed down after work only to find out they closed at 6. It’s a shame this wasn’t reflected before we drove 50 minutes to get here. Please update your phone hours for people who do not have access to the internet (even though it’s not listed on there either) so somebody doesn’t run into the same issue. Very disappointing.

We ordered a chair in early Jan 2021 and were told due to freight and production issues that we wouldnt get it til end of May, which was no big deal as we are due in June. I was called last week and told that the manufacturer is unable to get this chair for the forseeable future due to a foam shortage. I understand this is out of the store’s control but the fact that this occurred nearly 4 months after we paid for the chair is frustrating. Dave offered us a refund and offered to show us another chair they were ordering that would be in in a couple weeks, but when I asked to see pictures, he told me the pictures wouldnt do it justice, which made me uncomfortable so we opted for the refund and bought a chair elsewhere. I didnt want to risk hating the chair and being stuck so close to delivering without the chair set up. I appreciated the prompt refund, but not the stress of having to scramble to find another chair. If it hadnt been for the chair issue, we would have given them 5 stars as our experience in the store was very good.

I never make public business recommendations or reviews but I have one today-Highly discourage friends / family from utilizing Baby Supermart for the baby furniture needs.Our experience today was highly upsetting. My husband and I are an inter-racial couple and we walked in ready to make our purchase, I had been to this store 2x before to research and look at furniture and brought Alex today purely to show him in person what we are ordering and make the purchase. After we walked in another white couple walked in behind us, while we were looking at the chairs in the up front room of the store the sales lady said hi to the other couple who walked in behind us. We moved towards the cribs and the sales lady a few minutes with the second couples talking about sales and deliver, the three of them walked in our direction and the sales lady looked at us a few times and then went back to the counter. After that two more couples walked in behind the 2nd couple and all wonderfully greeted .. we stood very visibly in there aisle looking at the cribs in the front and nobody said a word to us. We walked around a little bit- in there for 20 min nobody came up to us/ talked to us/ nothing.The past two times I had been to this store with other female friends, each time was greeted and checked on multiple times. So being in the store about 20Min total with not one sales person saying a word to us was very surprising, not to mention the stark contrast of every other customer in the store being greeted and spoken to and us being completely ignored.Needless to say we walked out and will not be spending money with this store.

We recently went here with a private appointment. We were able to view the entire showroom with just ourselves. They have so much furniture to choose from and it is great quality brands. We were able to quickly find the perfect nursery bedroom set and got an amazing deal. We saved a ton of money goes to baby Supermart. The staff are also very nice and very knowledgeable as well. I highly recommend them for all your baby needs!

Im honestly not entirely sure how I feel about Baby Supermart, which is why I gave them 3 stars. The sales people were helpful and knowledgeable and I feel like we got a decent deal. They were a little pushy with the upsales, though. We really only wanted a crib and a dresser that could be used as a changing table. They definitely tried to push us to get a mattress (which ultimately we decided to, otherwise we wouldnt qualify for the sale on the furniture), and a glider. We had to say no multiple times before they took no for an answer on the glider. And they kept pushing mattress covers. Again, we said no over and over, but when the bill of sale was written, the cover was included. I was too pregnant and tired to get into it again over 25 bucks.I question whether the sales people know what the delivery people do. We decided to schedule delivery (despite having our own truck and the ability to assemble furniture). We were promised everything would be done when the delivery team left our house, including anchoring furniture. When delivery day arrived the two men did a great job getting everything into the house, but they said they were not permitted to anchor anything. We also had purchased a mattress with one side firmer for a newborn and one side slightly less firm. The delivery team didnt know which side was which.I guess overall I wish sales had been less pushy and that I hadnt bothered with delivery.

Being a local business owner, I know how important good reviews can be. And when a company is deserving, it should be well known.My mom and I had went to 3 other baby stores - far and wide - but we surely had the best experience at Baby Supermart. It’s very refreshing to walk into a welcoming, organized retail store — where there’s obvious pride. Besides the prices being more than reasonable, the selection is vast and the friendly customer service provided by Elaine was superb (so was the helpful phone conversation I had initially with Kate). We were able to successfully order all the major furniture pieces that we had been searching all over for. And although they have not yet been delivered, I have full faith that everything will arrive as it should, and be assembled (for a very reasonable fee) with the utmost care. Thank you for offering such quality pieces, at very fair prices. This first time mama is SUPER grateful!

This place is awesome for parents-to-be! They have a great & wide selection of rocking/gliding chairs & recliners, baby room furniture sets and decorations! The staff is very helpful but not pushy or overbearing. The store has a small collection of baby clothes & christening outfits. While it may be out of the way for some in the area, it is worth the trip! Highly recommended!!!

We Loved it . Kate is great sales rep and very helpful. They have everything you could possibly want for a baby, the showroom is set up great, with all the bedroom sets that you can choose from. Their cribs are set it up with all the bedding so you dont have to look at packages which I really liked. Great Prices. Poor service, poor quality. We ordered a complete set and the saleswoman was rude and pushing products that were not necessary. The products were delivered damaged. They took them back and exchanged them but were not flexible at all on the re-delivery dates (we had to accept the days that worked for them even though we were already busy those days). The re-delivered new items still had issues. The delivered goods look nothing like the items in the showroom (touched up and perfected) vs the delivered items looking shoddy.Read the reviews - they are suspicious. The reviewer either has not had the products delivered yet, or the pictures included are of the showroom.

Unfortunately my experience was not good. I was there for nearly an hour without so much as a greeting, much less an offer of assistance. There were only 2 staff members for a busy holiday. Still, I waited it out, as I can understand being busy on a holiday weekend. Ultimately had to wait in line at the register to get any assistance. Selection was much better for nursery furniture than for kids, which I expected just based on the name. I didnt think the prices were good enough to justify the rest of the experience. I like to patronize local businesses, but sadly I wont be returning.

After finding this place online we took the hour and a half drive from home and are so thrilled we did. There is not a baby furniture store like this near us. The shopping experience was pleasant and no pressure. We were kindly greeted and given a folder of specials and coupons. The sales women let us take our time and look at everything. She was full of insight and information on the products, prices and ordering process. We definitely will be back and cant wait to get our new furniture.

When my wife and I were having our first child we shopped just about everywhere you can think of. One of our friends told us about Baby Supermart and we decided to go there to check it out. After going to Babies R Us and shopping on the internet we were so happy to find Baby Supermart. It looks like a plain building, but when we walked in we couldnt believe the huge selection. We were a bit worried about what the prices would be like, but were so impressed with low prices we saw. The furniture was higher in quality and amazingly lower in price that anywhere we looked. Our sales lady was extremely helpful and really knew what she was talking about and kind of helped us make a good decision. One of the things we liked was that they didnt push the most expensive cribs in the store, but rather a great value. The manager came over to thank us for coming in and made us feel welcome. The crib and dressers arrived a few weeks early and we really werent ready yet. They told us that is was not a problem and accommodated us when I was done painting the room. Delivery went smoothly and the guys were helpful. A few days later my mother in-law found a small scratch and they sent out someone that week to repair it right away. We have told all our friends about Baby Supermart and just about everyone we know has gone there.

I have to leave a review because the experience I had here was amazing. After having two damaged cribs sent to my home from buy buy baby I gave up until I found this place. I drove over an hour both ways and couldn’t be more happier. The selection of cribs was great because everything was out to see. The staff was super friendly and informative about prices and dates and everything else I needed to know. The crib came in under 3 weeks! It was delivered and assembled by three gentlemen who were accommodating, friendly and overall great. My experience has been nothing but great and I will recommend them to everyone despite it being an hour away!!

After a frustrating furniture experience at BuyBuy Baby, lots of google searching led me to Baby Supermart. I have not yet had the furniture delivered, but the experience so far has been great. I was not pressured to buy and the sales associates were very helpful in answering my questions. A 50% deposit was required to order the furniture and the remaining balance is due before delivery - which helped us spread out the cost. They said that they will assemble (in home) any of the pieces that are not already assembled. We can’t wait to receive it!

The store has an unbelievable selection of cribs and nursery items. I love how it is all laid out so you can see the whole set together. Their prices are very much in line with other sellers and the have great offers and discounts which make them even more affordable. They have been nothing but helpful and accommodating from the first visit to subsequent phone calls. A+ for customer service.

The staff seemed really nice, don’t get me wrong, but their sales tactics are misleading and I don’t think it’s right to do to new parents. If you’re looking at the westgate recliner.. I checked with the company and it’s called the Kersey. I assume baby supermart just doesn’t want people to be able to compare.They replied to this months after I posted it. You know what I hate more than bad customer service? When a store just defends themselves and cant say were sorry about this or anything. Rude.

Was looking for Penn State baby logo wear and someone told me to stop at Baby Supermart. They had the most adorable clothing for boys and girls and not only had Penn State but other colleges and Phillies sports teams too. They also had a cute assortment of baby gift selections and beautiful Christening gowns! It was a quick in and out stop too!

I placed our order for baby furniture back in January 2018 I was told it would take six weeks to be delivered, 4 1/2 months later we received our furniture. It was missing several pieces including the toddler rails and the full bed conversion kit. The top of the dresser was damaged and glued back together. They told me that they would replace the top and deliver the missing pieces, And after lots of wasted time making phone calls, three months later I still do not have the new top or the missing pieces. The furniture is nice but I would never recommend this company or order anything else from here in the future.

When we started looking for baby furniture we started at Babies R Us and wow was that a big mistake.We found out about Baby Supermart in the Baby Bargains Book as one of the best stores in the US and went there. They have a huge selection in their store and the prices were so much lower that any other place we went to. We thought they might only have the really expensive cribs, but to our surprise, they had so many really nice cribs at the lowest prices. We even checked every site we could find on the internet but we couldnt find any prices lower than what we could find there. We bought our nursery set at Baby Supermart. The staff was very helpful and not at all pushy. We opted for the delivery service and were so pleased with the way they got it into our home. What a great experience....and we have told all our friends. Baby Supermart is the way to go.

I normally do not take the time to write reviews, but when a company does such an amazing job handling situations I felt it necessary to share.The first situation arose an hour after we purchased our sons bedroom set, which we happened to find online for a cheaper price. After providing them with a screen shot of the lower price via email and follow up phone call they beat the price by 15% as promised on their website. I really didnt think it would be that easy and gives me confidence that I am getting the best price possible.The second situation came when assembling the crib. There was a fairly large scratch and overspray on the footboard of the crib. After another painless phone call they have entered a replacement order free of charge for the damaged piece.It wasnt the smoothest purchase I have ever made, but it was certainly supported by great customer service that provides me with confidence to forward friends and family their way. Highly recommend this place and thank you David for good customer service.
