So yesterday I went in to get my vaccine only to find that most of the pharmacy staff were not wearing masks and the woman who gave me my first dose of the vaccine was not fully wearing her mask, her nose was hanging out. She brought me into a tiny room like the size of a closet and closed the door behind her with her mask hanging under her nose. As soon as I got the vaccine jab I didnt even bother to stay for questions cuz it was weird to be in a small tiny closet like room with someone who was barely wearing their mask giving me a vaccine. Im actually worried about what she gave me. I wish everything wasnt so weird. I want to be able to trust the pharmacies.

I have always been treated great at this store, the pharmacist’s are very professional and friendly and fill my RX’s very fast which I appreciate very much.I am closer to the Newtown Square store but prefer to go to the Broomall location.Feels like home and I trust the people, I have been going to this store since the mid 80’s and will continue to go there until it closes.Thank you for being so kind to me and for all your help over the years. Someone should really tell the manager that masks are not optional. I fear for the safety of myself and family when I go to a store and the manager doesnt feel that the covid precautions are necessary. If this is how rite aid intends to keep its customers and community safe then maybe it is time for a new pharmacy.

Love this store. Owner is always available and the service is that of a high end boutique. I’ve been going there for years and I recommend going out of your way to use this location.

The manager was very rude he burped very loud PIG ! He had his mask under his nose

After 7 attempts to get thru to see if they carried a very spexialized product, I gave up. No one in the pharmacy answered the phone. A wastevof your time.

The staff and manager are very helpful and pleasant.

Usually quiet, lots of parking, friendly service
