Our whole family comes here including our 9 year old son. They have been very attentive to our family’s needs and very knowledgeable. Friendly and fast service! Got a great pair of glasses from the varied selection they have in store. They are also open Saturdays. We won’t go anywhere else and highly recommend Broomall Eye Care!

Has to be my worst experience ever. Bought 1 new pair and replaced the lenses in another. It took 4 months after two attempts to get one pair right, two more months, three more times only not to get it right. Then to find out they threw away the original lenses I asked to put back in the frames and not even be compensated for the loss.

My husband and I have been going to Broomall Eye Care for years. Dr. Allodoli is very thorough! They have many choices of eyeglasses and very helpful as to pointing you in the right direction as to what your Insurance Company covers! Never rushes you and all of his staff are the same way! Love this place!

I came in here just to see if I could have my glasses that I purchased somewhere else adjusted since I work in the area. I was going to pay for it since I am not a patient here but they did it free of charge and were very helpful when doing so! I immediately felt welcome and taken care of even though I didn’t get my annual exam or purchase my glasses here. I think this year I will switch to Broomall Eyecare! Excellent experience.

So we used to come to Broomall Eye Care and for whatever reason over the years got away from it. My wife scheduled me an appointment on-line late yesterday and when I get there the optometrist himself confirms he has my name right and says, Yeah, I dont have any appointments available. I dont have time to be on line 24/7 ya know . . .How about this: Dont offer on-line appointments if you arent even going to update them to block out when you have and dont have appointments available? Oh and when you do mess it up, how about saying something like, Hey, I am sorry the system mistakenly double-booked 10:00. If you let me take care of this person I will squeeze you in right after her. Sorry for the delay?Surprised you have been in business as long as you have shrugging your shoulders, shaking your head and telling people how busy you are that you cant manage your own schedule. Sorry we went back to give you another shot.

Dr. Allodoli is wonderful. I felt so comfortable in his hands. My glasses and contacts arrived very quickly.
