All of the Impriano crews were professional and hard-working. All of the services were performed in a timely manner, with excellent clean-up. My sales person was my go-to when I had questions or concerns, and he addressed them promptly. I am very happy with the result--and I recommend Impriano highly!

We had a new roof installed, the price was reasonable (got 3 prices they were the middle one). We were very impressed with the prep work, insuring no damage to windows or flower beds and scrubs. They worked with us on the time frame. Would recommend them.

The purchase of a new roof is a significant investment and should not be rushed and the appropriate due diligence of research and interviews should be applied. Also, depending where you are in your life, if you choose wisely, this should/maybe the last roof you need to purchase considering the quality of installation, product and warranty. After significant research and interviews I moved forward with Impriano. This decision was based on multiple factors:1. I worked directly with Jack Impriano who is a son of the owner.a. His knowledge of the industry, products, installation, etc. exceeded my expectations as he could answer all questions asked and even made me aware of the questions I should be asking!b. Direct email and phone access to Jack who was very responsive2. No pressure sales and flexible with terms of contract3. They do have multiple brick and mortar locations/sales centers if interested in visiting but not required.4. Choosing a shingle color can be daunting but not with Impriano. Jack made some recommendations, shared pictures of installs and even offered addresses for the specific shingles were considering to go see in person! This was one of the most important activities we did. My wife and I picked our “top 3” colors and upon seeing our #1 in person quickly changed our mind! Seeing a couple hundred feet of a shingle color is priceless to make the final decision!5. Jack is also very honest. He visited my fathers house and shared with him that he had a couple years left before it needed to be replaced vs. trying to just sell another roof! This creates loyalty and trust!6. Best in class 50-year warranty!7. Pricing was on par with competitors and better than most! This is not a price decision ultimately as you get what you pay for!After executing the contract, I can share that Jack and the Impriano team’s professionalism, responsiveness and engagement did not change which is so important. I had multiple activities including replacement/reinstall of solar panels, gutters, etc in which they were very flexible with.The installation was completed in less time then expected as their workers are not outsourced and true craftsman. Impriano leadership visited the site multiple times throughout the weekend and continued to answer any questions I had. After the team left, there was not a trace of remnant from the old roof or installation based on the thorough preparation and cleanup! Even the dumpster arrival/removal was timely and didn’t stay on property for an unnecessary amount of time!If there is one complaint, I do have… it’s the fact they do not offer other services besides windows, siding and roofing! I could not more strongly recommend Impriano Roofing and Siding. From the first meeting with Jack, he set my mind at ease and handled all of the insurance paperwork and walked me through the process step by step. The crews that came out were always on time, cleaned up after their work, and were there if I needed to ask a question. Each employee wore a mask if they had to enter my home or when talking outside (which I appreciated!!). They finished the job in a few days; on time and within the budget. The Impriano roofing team was very quick, on time, and professional. They got my small 800 sq. ft. roof installed in about 12 hours all told. Pricing was as good as every other installer in the area, and they came out and quoted for free. The new roof looks worlds better than the old. Impriano did a great job on replacing my roof & installing gutter guards. They corrected any issues immediately and also went the extra mile when installing the gutter guards by securing any loose down spouts. Beside the quality and professionalism of the work, the customer service department is one of the best I have ever experienced. It’s hard to find a professional and honest contractor- Impriano is one of those. We had our roof, vinyl siding and some windows replaced - so a nice sized job. We ran into some hidden issues when the old siding was removed, but the Impriano team was very empathetic and fair when it came time for a required change order to the project. Never once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. The work crews were respectful of my property and cleaned up at the end of each day. Their work quality was also very good. I highly recommend Impriano for your next roof, siding and/window project - they deliver a quality project!

We just had our roof, gutters, siding and skylight replaced by Impriano. Overall the experience was very good. Most importantly, the work was done to our very particular standards. The workman were patient and willing to do details as we wanted them. Furthermore, the office always kept us updated on when materials were due, how long each process would take and when payments were due. My only criticism is that I wish the cleanup crew would have been more careful in the surrounding garden where a few plants were trampled. We got several estimates and Impriano was not the least expensive, but I do believe that the price we paid was the best value as they did not cut corners neither in detail or in materials used. We are very satisfied and have received compliments from neighbors.

Imprianos did our roof a few years ago and it was a no brainer for us to want to work with them again. Their salesperson (Brendan) was prompt and professional, and provided us with a competitive quote. They were thorough and detail oriented in the process of mapping out our work specs. Even though their supplier was delayed due to COVID, they kept in communication with us and completed installation as soon as the products came in. I was inclined to use Impriano because several years ago when an insurance company said Id need a new roof before they would give me a policy, I had Impriano come out for an estimate. They said I didnt need a new roof yet, and the insurance company accepted their opinion. It impressed me that they were honest about this so I called them for my new roof. I got several other estimates. Impriano is close to the higher end, price wise, but I felt their price was reasonable and they are well-established in the area. They were very responsive to any message I left before and after the process.

This is an outstanding family owned business. I am very particular and Impriano exceeded my expectations. In this day and age it is truly a wonderful experience to get exactly what was promised. We needed to replace a leaking skylight, which was 25 years old. We called Impriano because we had used Impriano in the past to install a new roof. We were happy with the work they did on the roof, and hoped that the skylight replacement would also be done well. We could not be happier with the way the job turned out. The replacement skylight fit almost exactly, as if it were custom-designed for the existing opening for the old unit. The outside installation crew worked diligently and quickly, and installed the new unit without any damage whatsoever to the inside walls. The crew was meticulous and efficient, and shortly after they finished someone came by to remove and dispose of the old unit, clean up any outside debris, and do a magnetic sweep to pick up any stray nails that might have fallen. The inside finishing crew needed only to install a molding strip along the bottom edge and caulk around the window. It looks like a custom installation, and we did not have to paint or replace drywall. In fact, there was almost no debris inside after the skylight installation and trim installation. So far, everything is working as it should, and we hope to get another 25 years from the new skylight. The people we dealt with were uniformly friendly, and were happy and willing to answer our questions and follow up to make sure we were satisfied. We have no hesitation in recommending Impriano Roofing.

I had used Impriano in the past for installing a new roof on my house. They did a good on that project so I decided to contact them to install a new roof on my large shed.I was not disappointed. They completed the work in less than a day and did an outstanding job.

This company did my roof and gutters. Could not be happier with the whole process. The attention to detail in the estimate made me feel confident in my decision to go with this company. The sales guy was clean cut and extremely knowledgeable about the products and how the work would be done. I knew this company would stand behind there work and be around years down the road. What good is a warranty if the company may not even be around the next month. The workers were on time, friendly, and made sure the job site was kept clean. They even grouted some of my chimney for free! I plan on using this same company in the near future to do my vinyl siding. Thanks again Impriano roofing for doing exactly as promised and then some!

After meeting with three different contractors to do our roofing and siding project, we felt most comfortable with Brendan from Impriano due to his professionalism, answering all of our questions, being prompt, not being pushy at all and most important listening to what we were looking to have done, which could not be said for others. Once the work began, Ashley from the office was in communication with us every step of the way letting us know when the workers would be there, when inclement weather would cause them to need to be a little later in the day, etc. The clean-up when both the roof and siding was done was phenomenal, which being the owner of 2 dogs is a very important detail. If you are looking for roofing, siding, windows, etc, make sure you give Impriano an opportunity to bid on the work, you wont be disappointed.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new roof and with the entire experience with Impriano Roofing. After a rough experience with an inexperienced roofing contractor at our old home seven years ago, we vowed not to make the same mistake again at our new home here in Newtown Square. We knew Impriano had by far the strongest reputation in the area and they lived up to it in every way. Jack walked us through the entire process and helped us decide on the best color and style for us. The crew was prompt, efficient, friendly, professional, respectful, and most importantly did beautiful work. The office called to update me every step of the way. The site was left clean and now my home has a drastically upgraded look. Above all, I have peace of mind knowing that the best roofing craftsmen in the area did this job. This will not be a repeat of my mistake at my old home, a roof is not something worth taking a chance with. Leaks, even subtle ones can lead to difficulties like mold. Now Ill never worry about that again thanks to getting the best for the job. Peace of mind is invaluable, and the curb appeal isnt too bad either!

In January we had a new roof put on our house. The job lasted 2 days. There was minimal disruption to my life and the workers cleaned up everyday. Everyone with whom I had contact was professional and knowledgeable. There was a supervisor on the job who could answer any questions, and a follow-up call about a week after the job was done to see if everything was satisfactory.

Rear section of roof needed to be replaced, Impriano provided a good estimate, kept me informed as to materials delivery, and did an excellent job. Particularly appreciate their clean-up. Communication was outstanding. My 3rd job with Impriano. I recommend them very highly. MikeG

We used Impriano Roofing for new siding, all new windows, new soffits & gutters & a new front door. I can’t say enough great things about this company. Impriano did a complete roof replacement for us. Their price was competitive, and everyone we dealt with was pleasant and professional. The supervisor followed up on the work and the office called several times to see if we had any questions or problems. There was no attempt to sell us more than we needed. The job was completed in the time promised and they did a good job of cleaning up. We would definitely use them again.

Impriano installed a new roof and replaced rotted facial board with new capped board and installed new gutters and downspouts all in 2 days. The work crews were excellent and thoroughly cleaned up the worksite each day. The finished job looks great. I dont think you could go wrong with Impriano

When I discovered a leak in my roof, I got an estimate from 4 companies, including Impriano - Imprianos pricing was competitive and the representative I interacted with was honest and used no high pressure sales tactics. The roof they installed was done flawlessly and I was so pleased with the entire process that I actually had them do my siding 6 months later, which they just finished a few days ago. I am blown away by how good everything looks and how responsive everyone was with my questions/concerns. This is probably the only company Ive ever dealt with that I didnt dread calling - every interaction was pleasant and efficient. I cant recommend Impriano enough!

One year later we have 2 leaks in our roof - they trashed our gutters during install, and they will not return phone calls or come out for service to fix the issues. These guys are the best if you want a worse roof than the 20 year old one you had before. We ended up having to use another company to resolve the issues. Waste of money and time these people are a joke and I will make sure everyone I know, knows.

I scheduled an appointment with Impriano Roofing for a leaking roof, after being told that they gave free estimates. I informed the company during scheduling, that a long ladder was needed to access my roof. Needless to say the rep arrived without a ladder and could not access my roof. I was then informed via email that there would be a $300 fee to diagnose the reason behind my leaking roof. Despite being told estimates were free. I informed that rep of the misinformation, reiterated the need for a large ladder, agreed to the $300 fee and paid said fee. Second appointment, the rep arrived with a too small later and still could not access my roof. I immediately requested a refund, with negative results. It was only after I filed a complaint with the PA Attorney General Office and the Better Business Bureau that I received a refund.

Impriano has a great team. They went out of their way at every step to make sure they gave great service.

Very happy with the service we received from Impriano. Although our roof is relatively small, it presented some interesting challenges due to its age, steepness, and having multiple dormers, etc.The Sales Rep was very knowledgable and gave us a detailed explanation of every aspect of the project and what to expect at each stage. We thought the pricing was very fair based on the complexity of the project -- and much more reasonable than the quote we received from another roofing company!Despite some weather-related delays, once the project was scheduled, we found the work crew was very professional, courteous, and well-organized. The project was completed in just a few days (despite having to work around a snowy forecast!), and at the end of each workday, the cleanup was extremely thorough, with nary a trace of construction debris left in sight. (The dumpster arrived the day work began and was removed promptly when the project finished, minimizing the amount of time we were unable to park in our driveway!)On the days where weather was a factor, the office kept us apprised of when work would resume and followed up on several occasions to make sure we were satisfied with how the project was progressing and the quality of the work being performed.Needless to say, I would not hesitate to recommend Impriano to anyone looking for a roofing contractor.

Impriano Roofing & Siding has done several projects for us over the past few years. They are professional, competitively priced and reliable. Their work is always first-rate, and they leave the job site spotless every day.

Would not recommend simply for the reason that nobody bothered to actually come out and provide an estimate. I called, scheduled an appointment then a day later received a call from a secretary telling me nobody will come (why didnt you say so during the scheduling call?). Instead she said the manager will run an estimate out of their software by Monday. Monday came, got another phone call with a verbal quote. No estimate with breakdown of any kind was provided like the other 5 roofing companies provided. Totally unprofessional.

I had a small project and had trouble finding someone to take the time to replace shutters. Impriano took the time and kept me informed on when they would fit me into their schedule. We were very happy with the results and communication. Thanks!!

Impriano was professional and responsive throughout the entire roofing process. All questions were promptly answered and the job was done in a very timely manner with excellent clean up and follow-up.

We are one of 54 homes in a Spring House area town house development and the first to have our twenty year old roof replaced. No major issues, but had a couple of leaks and didnt want the roof to be an issue when we put the house on the market in two years.Impriano Roofing was one of three quotes I received. They were a bit above the low bid, but 10% under a large competitors bid. It was important that they were GAF Certified for the guarantee we wanted on the mildew resistant Timberline shingles. I also received the 5% discount Impriano offers Golf Assn of Phila. (GAP) members.Then amazing things happened. This company is exceptionally well managed and efficient. A few days early, the new material and dumpster were delivered. On installation day (very cold), a crew of 10 showed up at 8:30 am (8 roofers, and debris removal fellow on the ground and a QA supervisor). What an operation! The covered all the bushes and had the shingles removed by noon; did some wood repairs; and installed the new roof and vents by 5pm. By six pm the entire site was cleaned up. Several neighbors have commented on great appearance of the roof. Their mildew stains are more apparent now.But thats not all! Two days later the excess material and dumpster were removed, and an Impriano quality inspector toured the roof and grounds, checking on all the caulking. Then I had new 6 inch gutters and downspouts installed...absolutely a must, Id say for water control.Altogether, an impressive piece of workmanship. While Im not enthused about paying the price to replace a roof that might have lasted a few more years, I am enjoying the well being of sitting under a brand new roof.

From the initial contact to the finished product, this company is a class act! Professional, efficient, respectful, and skilled at what they do. I had my entire roof replaced and learned of a major problem with a low pitch roof on an addition at the back of my house that no one else had figured out in many years even though I knew that something was wrong with it due to some leaking. I would highly recommend them.

I hadnt had a leak in more than ten years. I was replacing the roof because of hail damage.They threw the roofing material into my bushes and foliage damaging several plants.They used faulty beams, some of which were left cracked in half and hanging in the attic.Since theyve replaced the roof, I have had ceiling damage in multiple areas. I bought the extended warranty. The water damage on the ceiling is blatantly obvious, still they refuse to repair the roof.Do not hire this company! They will bring you grief.
