Katie ONeill was absolutely phenomenal! She took the time to understand what was important to me in finding a new car and made the experience personal. She really owned the process and during this global pandemic, she went above and beyond. Given that there were many obstacles, she found ways to over come them. Even when the car I wanted wasnt easily available, she didnt try to sell me a different car, but instead worked harder to get the car I really wanted. I LOVE my new Audi Q3!! She also shared in my excitement. She is a true asset to your company. Because of Katie, I will be a lifelong Audi customer.

This is a recently remodeled facility with a nice showroom and an amazing selection of quality cars. When I walked in I really thought I was going to get hit with the snooty car salesman attitude and be pressured into buying the minute I got out of the test drive. I am happy to say that was not the case! The gentleman that waited on us, Garrett Morrison, was fantastic! His approach was super low-key and very respectful of the amount of time it took me to go over the car and do the test drive with both my wife and myself.We were looking for a used RX350 and they had one that sounded perfect for us. When we got to the dealership to check it out, the car was exactly as he described it over the phone. It was in amazing shape. It was nice to have them tell me the truth over the phone and not be surprised when I came in. I’ve been to other dealers for they draw you in on the phone and then the car they described is a big POS.Although we came in late in the evening everyone took their time with us and made us feel very comfortable in the purchase that we made. We worked with Seth Ewing Carmichael (finance), Garrett, and met the manager. It took us about an hour and a half to two hours to do the test drive and close the deal. They stayed later than closing hours doing the paperwork and mad sure we had everything we needed as we left. As I said before this was an amazing buying experience for us. I’ll be upgrading from an Avalon to a Lexus next year and this place will be my first call to see what they have or can find me.
