My husband and I had an excellent experience at this location working with Thomas. He educated us on the different beds but didnt not push us towards a specific bed or even the most expensive bed. In fact I went in thinking the i8 would be the best for us because of the cooling layers, but ended up with a p6 with the dual temp feature to help my husband who suffers from night sweats. He also helped fit us for pillows which I didnt even know they sold! Over all an excellent shopping experience and I came out feeling like I made a much better choice than if I had just ordered online and I understand the beds much better.

Our experience with this store and sleep number has been awful. We purchased a bed from this store and upon delivery a chunk was taken out of our wall but never acknowledged by the 3 delivery drivers. Luckily, we have cameras and this is all recorded. I spent several days trying to contact customer service and spent hours on the phone or online chat each day due to longer than normal wait times. I also reached out to the store for assistance and they told me they were just unable to help and just keep calling the customer service line. When I finally got through to the customer service line, they asked me to send pictures, which I did right away and they would have a resolution in about 24 hours. Several days later and several follow up emails, still no response or resolution for the damaged wall. The sales experience in the store is a little sleezy so I shouldnt be surprised at the lack of customer service, follow through and disconnect with this company. I would recommend avoiding this store and this brand for customer service reasons. In addition to this experience, we have really enjoyed the Zero G bed experience for watching TV, etc. but have been less than impressed with our quality of sleep since purchasing our sleep number. Do your research. There is better opportunities for more reasonably priced beds that will most likely get you better sleep and superior customer service.**Edited to add- we needed to move the bed today and they failed to leave the white caps that are necessary to move the bed. Called the local store and they said we can come in and pickup. Sure I will drive 35 minutes to pick these up too.** No customer care/service at all with Sleep Number. Please avoid them! After they have your $$$ there is no care, concern or apologies.

Thomas was so extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He spent a couple hours with us helping us weigh our options and discuss pros and cons, alternative options and priorities. Because he knew our goals and budget he was able to direct us and kept our requests top of mind as we navigated through the store. He also helped us keep our little nephew engaged and entertained so we could focus more on the mattress experience. He was relatable and patient and made personal connections to us that automatically set him apart from a typical sales experience. He wasn’t out to make a sale, his main goal was to educate and help us make the best decision for us.

Great staff, extremely helpful. My wife tried and retried about 8 different pillows trying to find what works best for her and they couldnt have been more accommodating. Ill be back to get a pillow for myself!

Did not appreciate the high pressure and manipulative sales tactics.Edit: after your response changing it from 2 to 1 star. This isn’t a training problem. She was WELL trained and clearly knew your script well. This is a problem with your sales strategy.

We had a young man named Francisco tonight while shopping for a sleep number bed. He was amazing; professional, warm, knowledgeable, and answered every question we asked him with ease. We did purchase a bed and wholeheartedly endorse both the product and Francisco. He was wonderful to work with and highly recommend him.

Is there any less then one star? They make promises they cant keep and dont care how badly they put you out. They cancelled dillevery on the date the bed is supposed to be there after a day has been taken off of work. They then tell me that I have to have it delivered in to days or it will get sent back and then it will be another month to get it. This will now. Be 2 days off work and a canceled trip. I was left with the idea none of that concerns them. There are ways that this could have been handled but they really did not care they just leave you with no bed and jumping threw hoops to buy a very expensive probuct.

My husband and I have visited the Sleep Number at Flatirons Mall three times this summer because he was dealing with back and neck problems and then I wanted to upgrade my pillow after his experience. Thomas and Melissa were super helpful every time we visited and helped us get the travel neck pillows we wanted. Thomas spent time helping us get fitted for the correct sleep pillow for our needs. I highly recommend this store and their pillows.

Thomas was absolutely amazing, he is the reason we purchased our Split King i10 & Split King FlexFit3! Now, of course the bed, technology, comfort, and warranty, were/are major selling points, but Thomas is an all star!

We were just getting some sheets & pillows and Steve was really helpful. He didnt seem to mind that we werent there for a big ticket item, he took his time and walked us through all the different options. Made sure we were aware of alternatives without pressuring us to buy things we dont want or need.

My Girlfriend and I recently moved in together and my softer mattress was causing her back/hip pain. We decided to look into a sleep number bed since it was recommended to us by a close family friend as we could not agree on mattress firmness.We went in just to look and get more information and ended up purchasing two days later after we thought it over. Thomas Sparks, the gentleman who helped us was extremely knowledgeable, personable and not at all pushy. I really appreciated his demeanor and the time (over an hour I believe) he spent with us to make sure we had all the information we needed to make the best decision for us, even if it wasnt a Sleep Number. A large factor in our decision to purchase was Thomas himself. It is not often that a sales rep can make a purchasing experience as easy and pleasurable as Thomas did. I should know, Ive purchased nearly a dozen vehicles in my lifetime so Ive experienced a wide range of salesman.We have only just had our bed delivered today, and I have not yet slept in it so this review is purely for this store and the Salesman/Store manager, Thomas Sparks. If you do stop in this store, I highly recommend you seek him out, you wont be disappointed.

The sales guy was really pushy when it was time to pay. Really opened my husbands and my eyes. The thing is we were planning on buying a bed anyway.

Thomas was exceptional! He was very knowledgeable and answered EVERY question we had. He honestly weren’t looking to purchase right now, instead we just wanted info on sleep number and he helped us to understand the cost and what sleep number was about and how it can help with many health and pain issues. So far I am satisfied with how our experience was, now for delivery and sound sleep!

My husband, 4 year old, and I went in to window shop and check prices of their offerings. A couple hours later we walked out with a piece of paper stating that a new i8 was being delivered in a couple weeks. Lee, the salesman, was awesome and thoroughly explained everything we had questions on. This is not a pressure sales place and they make sure youre well taken care of. I would ask for him by name, if you have the opportunity. The price is high, but you can absolutely tell the quality and these mattresses are expected to last 25 years, far longer than traditional mattresses. 5* out of 5*. Thanks Lee.

Shopping at this store was a truly great experience. The salespeople spent a lot of time with us walking through the various options and features. They were very helpful and got us a good deal, glad we stopped in!

Sales team was ok. We got our bed delivered l and one of the mattresses was faulty. They asked my disabled wife to trouble shoot it over the phone instead of just sending someone out. We did trouble shoot it and they are now telling us it’ll be two more weeks before we get a tech to fix the bed they just installed. What are we going to do with a broken bed for two weeks? Not satisfied with the experience and especially for how expensive these beds are. I expected to be treated better.

They will tell you anything to get the sale. I own an adjustable split king sleep number bed. It feels nothing like the store model. We were given bad information from the start; should never have purchased the bed. As in under quoting the price by $700.00. We were half way through the purchase transaction when we found out the true price. We should have walked away right then. Next, we were given completely false information about finance option. We asked the questions several times and the rep confirmed everything just to get the sale. Yet shame on me for being so foolish to purchase a pillow from this shady company. After shopping with sale tags posted everywhere I find out the sale is over but the tags were not removed. So they honored the sale, okay. But just prior to making the purchase I asked about the return policy. I was told I have 30 days. Took the pillow into the store well within the 30 days with receipt. Only to find out they dont take returns only exchanges. I left the $130 pillow there and walked out. I recommend you dont buy anything from this company. On a side note: they have constant turnover in their sales reps. In my few interactions with this ridiculous company I know 3 people who were helping me and are now no longer with the company.
