Great place to browse for books and some online products that only Amazon would carry!

I’ve been to this store a few times and consistency in quality and service is what I always look for.The staff was very friendly and helpful they actually went beyond for me and I’m grateful.I guess there are good and sincere people in this world still.

Pretty decent store with an attentive staff. This is hands down the best way to return items from Amazon. We received discounts on purchases from the store but completing our return there.

They have absolutely no important books. Just popular ones.

Nice to have a bookstore in a mall again. They have cables, office stuff, and Amazon electronics too. Prime discounts for at least some books, maybe more than that.

Still get Prime member discount, awesome employees, lot of fun to shop here.

If you see something 4 stars or more, and dont want to wait, you may find it here. Its a great place to come pick up a last minute gift for a party you didnt know you had to attend

I love all bookstores and when I saw this was open I had to go look. One thing I like about this store is that the books change weekly depending on the book and its rating. So you are able to find new books all the time. They also get books that are rated 4 stars and above.They also have the latest Alexa devices available. If youre a prime member then you get prime prices and all you have to do is use the same card that you have connected to your Amazon. They will also price match if Amazon has it cheaper. It was a great experience.

I went into the Amazon store looking for a last minute gift and was kind of brushed off until I ran into Sarah. The store was very busy but Sarah stopped what she was doing (I think she was on break) and took the time to help me. And her help was genuine and she was very knowledgeable about the different things they offer in the store and the sales they were having. I walked out of there with the perfect gift at a great price and most importantly with a smile on my face. Thank you Sarah for your great customer service!

They used their online store put most of the brick and mortar (local and chain) book stores out of business and now theyre going to open brick and mortar stores? This is how a multinational corporation kills small local business. The irony, the selection at this store sucks.

My husband buy me a kindle but he didn’t realiza it was a kids edition, when we wanted to change show even the bank statements we the purchase, they just tell us because we didn’t have the receipt they can’t not do anything, and we just wanted to get a adult version... I don’t understand because we didn’t even ope the kindle... disappointed!

It was confusing when it came to prices and prime difference.

Visited this store for the first time last week. It was my first visit to an Amazon Bookstore. The store was modern looking from a first look: bright and inviting as you entered with spotlighting on featured books in the walkway. Bookstores always call, really scream my name, so nothing stops me from going into everyone I encounter. I did think the entry was slightly cluttered. I understand making the featured books and bestsellers a focal point but I think they could be showcased a bit better.Once inside the signage for each reading genre was pretty good. I was able to find the section I was searching for easily: young adult fiction. I browsed the store and really like the different categories the store has setup around the wall shelves especially the Kindle and Goodreads top rated books.I took my book selection to the counter and they are setup with COVID-19 protection. There is plexiglass all around, hand sanitizer, and every associate was wearing a mask and social distancing. Side note: every open store in Flatirons Crossing has a maximum capacity sign on their front door or window.The associates were all extremely friendly and helpful and chatty. In this time of social distancing, it is friggin’ challenging and saddening for all of us but for we extroverts used to striking up a conversation with everyone it’s like a lifeline to a drowning person to find someone who wants to talk and share and engage these days. I reeled myself in so I didn’t talk the poor girls ear completely off her head, paid for my book (was excited at the discount Prime Members receive), and checked out a couple more books on my way out of the store. I will be back for more books (this week!).Thank you, Amazon, for yet another great experience.
