They have reinstalled seating areas which had been removed during the height of the pandemic so it is more pleasant for anyone taking a breather or waiting for their partner. More vendors are reopening on the food court. Shopping seems robust for a weekday afternoon. Still feeling the absence of a great cafe like when Nordstrom was there or even Starbucks. Coffee choices very limited.

Normally really like this mall. But recent changes have made it rather sad.What happened to the Disney store?Why are there tacky stores now? One entirely devoted to leggings.... Just why?Over all it is still a decent enough mall, but so many of my favorite places arent there anymore. I know COVID changed a lot, but do we really need tacky over priced cheep clothes in place of decent stores?

Flatiron Crossing is a huge shopping mall. It was really nice to see a lot of the stores open for business but at times made my legs tired. Of course Id go back because everyone I ran into was very helpful!

It is a super great mall. It is a little busy but its great. The stores are super clean and organized compared to other places. The stuff in the stores are friendly and they are super helpful. There is a good selection of places to eat there. You will have fun here.

Always a great spot to get a massage, grab a bite and shop and spend time with the family.

Google is asking me for reviews of shopping centers. I have not visited this mall in many years, but do occasionally visit a restaurant (and movie theater before COVID). The shopping center has plenty of entrances/exits (with the convenient west entrance directly to US-36) and they arrange then in improved configurations for busy Christmas season to keep the flow of traffic moving. It is a mall with plenty of parking.I recall there being many name brand shops and the mall easy to shop in. More restaurants are across the street on the south side.

Clean mall with a good selection of restaurants and stores. Only about 10% of the stores were closed. Plenty of parking. My only complaint is that no matter where you park, you seem to be miles from the store you want to visit. There is no such thing as a quick in-and-out at this mall.

Shopping at Helzberg today. Love this mall always clean and fun.

My favourite shopping mall in Broomfield - I love the Macy’s here! They have a Backstage dept where you can grab some amazing bargains. It has a lot of cool restaurants too!

This is the most beautiful Mall Ive ever been to and Ive been to quite a bit. Glass doors glass walls nice floors. Very upscale. I love everything about this mall. It has every store I like even the Amazon store.

My wife and I are old school. Love to experience items in the flesh. Also, great opportunity to escape hot and smokey air while being out and active!

We accidentally showed up before they opened. But doors where unlocked so we could go in and walk around with our toddler. Then we found this cool little open area with games like cornhole. It was perfect for letting the little one run around. There is plenty of parking a good selection of stores and restaurants. Everything was clean. Some stores have closed in the last year or so, but the ones still there seem to be staffed. There is also a theater and a 2nd & Charles right next to the mall. Really, the whole family could entertain themselves in and around this mall for quite awhile.

The stores they have that I liked, were amazing. So many stores were clean and organized and were so different from each other. Lots of their stores are big. Victoria Secret had some of the best clothing, along with a few other stores. Not really any bad feedback for this mall. I live in Colorado Springs so I came here when I was visiting, in all a good experience.

Not too crowded. Food court still has some good choices, though some good places have closed. More people wearing masks than not.

Fun place for family and kids I enjoyed it thoroughly we went on a Saturday and it wasnt too crowded everybody was wearing masks and very respectful I even got my shoes cleaned theres handicap space available an elevators for wheelchairs to get up and down from the floors.

First time back in almost two years. So happy Dillard still here. Fun time!

This mall stands apart from your normal mall. It aims for a more mid-western rustic style. Plus the cafeteria has a play place for kids. Helps a ton to be able to keep an eye out while grabbing a quick bite to eat

Clean modern mall. A lot of places seemed to open surprisingly late but perhaps thats a factor of COVID. Lots of food options and good selection of surrounding bstores and restaurants.

Probably the nicest mall Ive ever been in. Staff in ever store we went into was very friendly & helpful.

Horrible horrible place. Whatever you do dont open a store here. The management has a bunch of different requirements and it differs from tenant to tenant. They honestly have double standards, more like a different standard for each tenant. They are just greedy people who want to maintain a professional image when in reality they dont practice professionalism themselves. Also, yeah they dont care about COVID and their mall is probably contributing to the rise in cases. They never cared about the health of employees nor the customers. Dont bother with this place just because its a mall.. its honestly lost a lot of customers in the last few years, which it deserves for all it does.

Its tradition for me to buy a hat when I travel. This mall had everything I needed including a Lids store. I wanted a denver Broncos hat but with the camo so its a little different than normal. We also found some great shops for skaters!

I really like this mall. It had so many shops. Good way to walk and look around. Pricey bit it was good.

Have some cool stores, a good hour can be spent here walking around, the out door scenery is cool, food is over priced

The best mall ever. Maybe I need to get out more often. They had these big stuffed animals that you could rent and ride around a designated area. I ride one with my grandson. A d each of the grand daughter rode their own. Come to find out there are a lot of Malls that have them.

The movie was great service of the staff is great social distancing was not enforced but yet to respect it was good time everybody needs to start getting out and stop being so overly protective of themselves if youre not going to Jim died yet youre not going to probably die and if you do die thats not because of just covid its the role of the day songs welcome to the world that should have died 20 times already

Went to so many stores here. Great mall but the bathrooms were disgusting and very dirty. The food court has great selection.

Very well appointed shopping mall with 2 floors of stores. Its manageable for free parking and air con access, escalators to upstairs. Easy to get around.

Everyone one there was very great to me and my family. We went to the escape room that is there very good would recommend, dairy queen amazing although they need a lot of help there because there was only 2 people working there. All of the stores were pretty fun to window shop at. Overall loved it.

Javier and his staff are very nice! The horchata and aguas are delicious. Best raspa I’ve have!!Expand your horizons and enjoy great Mexican snacks and desserts!

Good mall and some good shops I think there should be more local shops it would definently increase people going there. For example an anime shop or a stationary shop would do awesome.

Super fun! Has all the stores you need. One improvement would be the public wifi. You can only get connected to it in one end of the mall and it barely works

Flatiron Crossing is a nice more-upscale mall. Lots of various stores, a small food court, and more.Crate &Barrel and Pottery Barn are both here. GameStop and a skateboard store as well (the board store sells more than just clothes, decks and snowboards included.)The funniest part about this place in the motorized stuffed animal carts available for kids to scoot around on. Great place to come and spend an afternoon.

Great place to walk and get exercise while we shop and browse around.

The mall is modern and there are many shopping places I like going to. I took out one star because the sanitizer smelled awful and I regretted using it.

I do not live in the Westminster or Louisville area and I had driven up here specifically for a trip to Macys. I did find the turn off and entrances into the mall parking lots to be sudden and not well marked. Also driving the perimeter of the mall involved many odd turns. Plentiful parking, and everything was open very early. I would definitely recommend shopping at this location.

I had never been to this mall before yesterday, I had an appointment at Apple to get my screen fixed. Nothing really exceptional about this one, run of the mill average everyday experience. The flooring was cool and the mall itself was pretty interesting. The overall architecture and design was also pretty cool. I enjoyed the visit.

Would rather charge your kids money to ride a stuff animal then have stuff for adults with needs disabilities I will never again. ...And think my kids feel the same.Beautiful property otherwise

This is a beautiful mall, with plenty of stuff left in it. But it is also a shell of what it used to be. However, if you previously confirm your stores are open and running, its still a great place to go walk around.

Looking forward to going here soon.If one likes going to the mall and window shopping whilst picking up one item.. then this is the spot for you. Unfortunately to get to the Apple Store, Android told me to drive over a curb over other vehicles and go quarter mile ahead, lol. Oh well I got what I needed and left...PS if you like the movie theater there you might also like the one at Westminster Promenade because theres more selections and rare gems like unplanned show up there and stay.

Great mall, a bit of changes since covid hit however its still a good one to go too most definitely.

Its a nice mall... recently losing some of our favorite stores in the midst of COVID, but the mall itself is very nice.

Our waiter was amazing, very quick and nice. Amazing vegan options, listened on menu as vegetarian but a quick Google search will show which are vegan. All the sauces were amazing!

Its great but sadly they dont have the Disney store :(

Pretty cool mall its laid back no craziness going on just a lot of people shopping and having a good time with family and friends. That is rare nowadays. I really feel comfortable in this mall and they have some great deals. The outside play area is really cool and laid back.

Ive gone there multiple times, and the service is good everywhere, however the best service was from the Animal world rides place in the food court, I saw them give a veterans grandchild a ride for free, and they gave me an extra 5 mins as well. Those employees deserve extra tips

This is the number two indoor shopping mall in the Denver metro area after the spectacular Park Meadows in Lone Tree. If you’re not headed there, this is the one to go to.

I understand it is a hot day...but this Mall is Hot AF...I am told..the entire roof..is nothing but Solar panels..Did someone...hook-up...the panels wrong...It was difficult...to enjoy..Mall..While sweating...stuffy hot...Im all about being conservative...with Enery usage...But not fun at all...

Nice mall. My daughter started shopping here and now she manages a store in said mall. Super busy on the weekends so try and go during the week while school is still somewhat active...

This was an amazing place to go! The tiger sugar boba tea is amazing! Yankee Candle employees are so caring and nice, if I were to change 1 thing it would be to lower the prices. But, it is a very nice mall, I would recommend this place so much because everyone is so kind and everything is beautiful!

Build a bear is such an amazing experience and I love how friendly and warm the care team is. They really made the whole experience wonderful. Very friendly and clean environment.The bears truly seem to come alive in such a wondrous environment.
