If I could give them zero stars I would! How completely disappointing it was to walk into this store. There were no customers in the store. There were 3 young men working in the store when I walked in. Not one greeted me! Not one of them asked me if I needed any assistance. An older gentleman walked in shortly after me and he was immediately greeted and assisted! Well I thought he was speaking to me since I was there first for at least 2 minutes. When the older gentleman left. I said to the young man Im sorry I thought you were talking to me. He answered (No thats okay)Wow! Why is this? Is it because Im a woman? Or is it because Im a black woman? Either way shame on you! Needless to say I will not step foot in this store again.

I had the best experience exchanging my merchandise for the first time in a long while. I understand that during this time of crisis we can all have a lot of stress but the manager at the store was very sweet and pleasant, she took the time to hear me out and made every effort to accommodate my needs. This foot locker has the best staff and wonderful manager, wish other places had this type of customer and manager service.

Awesome store with a FANTASTIC selection and even better staff. They were very friendly and welling to help. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The store manager Ashley and the other store associate Cam were patient and helpful throughout my visit. Definitely would visit again!

Best shoes store in Colorado. Always great selection of shoes also have all the newest colorways for them. Great location and nice set up for the shoes. They seem to have nice and or newest shoes shoes in a stand-out fashion. Great way to promote the newest drops. Employees are very helpful and nice and are always looking to help you out with selecting a pair of shoes. They also carry clothing such as Nike, Adidas, Champion, and New Balance. Overall my personal favorite store and place to shop for sneakers at Flatirons Mall. Keep up the great work!!!!!

Was super frustrated as the location is doing app reservations and when I went in store was unable to check in due to their system being down. After calling two days and still told it was down I got a call today from manager Kelly who let me k ow systems were back up and helped me get my extra point! Foot locker is a good shoe store. they have good shoes . they also have different kind of shoes. Foot Locker has good service. As soon as you walk in they ask you if you need help. I recommend foot locker.

Me and 4 of my friends walked into footlocker to purchases shoes and clothes. I tried on about 4 or 5 pairs of shoes and my friend was about to buy and shirt and my friend bought a hat. Then a employee asked us to leave for no reason at all... When my on of my friends left they made him to empty his bag. Of course they found nothing of theres and told us Next time you come in dont act sketch. Ive bought many pairs of shoes here that were all 190$ I know I never will again bad customer service.

Went in to buy some shoes and was told they were out of my size. Was told I could order them and they would be in 3-4 business days. A week went by and I hadnt heard from them nor did I get my shoes. I called to verify what was going on. Was told after a 20 minute hold that the shoes I ordered where sold out and that Ide have to drive all the way back to get a refund. Thats a 45 minute drive for me so you can see why I was upset. Furthermore I get there and am disrespected by not 1 but 2 employees. They dont have customer service skills what so ever. I think management needs to learn how to hire here. Then again he/she is manager at a mall shoe store. Smh. Goals ladies and gentlemen. Look at what a high school drop out can get you! Manager at Foot Locker ;) stay in school kids dont be a dummy and work at footlocker.And to the manager of this place. Teach your employees some customer service skills instead of asking them what they are doing on the weekend. ;)

So I was just told they reserve shoes ? How is this possible when the footlocker site isn’t even allowing reservations to everyone and this guy david /Dave every shoe is reserved ? That’s amazing. Is this part of the employees selling reservations there too just like any other shoe store / site ?

I usually don’t place reviews but I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this store over the years and many times I’ve had to deal with a very disrespectful women named Lisa. Today I called footlocker to check for availability for some shoes and Lisa answered, she was very disrespectful when answering my question as if to just get me off of the phone. A couple of days before that she was rude yet again when I was in the store.

They were helpful in finding a size 13 shoe, wide enough to fit, and were friendly when we tried on quite a few different styles.But they didnt have many styles in stock, so we couldnt walk out of the store with the one we wanted.

Foot locker has very good shoes, and some of them are not that much money. Also they have different tips of shoes like Adidas, Vans, Nike and Jordans. The store also has sweatpants and jackets.

Footlocker is the best shoe store in America. They have any kind of new shoes like Jordans, Nikes and more. Famous athletes go to Footlocker to get their shoes like running shoes, fashion shoes and cleats. I go to Footlocker to get my favorite kinds of shoes like Jordans. I also like to get my clothes. I want to feel comfortable when I play sports. When I go to practice, I run so I get running shoes at Footlocker, because theyre good quality.

My son made me take him here for shoes. If it makes the family happy I am happy:-)

Me and 4 of my friends were shopping at a footlocker. I was buying a hat and my friends were looking at shoes. An employee walked up to us and told us we had to leave for no reason. My friends were waiting for me outside and as I walked out the same guy stopped me and checked my bag. I hadnt touched anything in the store except the hat which he watched me buy. When he found nothing he walked away after saying next time dont act so sketch. The disrespect and lack of customer service is real.

Check the app show the Air Jordan 1 High Black Toe available at this store. Came and they asked me about the barcode, gave to them and they said that they don’t have it. They probably stole the barcode to cop for themselves.

Buch of asses, manager was upset that theyre sales where low. So he wouldnt return my online order that they sent out wrong. Treated us like we did something wrong when this was there companys problem. Then wouldnt give my wife any store info to contact there corporate office.

Came in to this location on 1/19/19 and worked with Dakota k looking for a pair of shoes for my fiancé for her birthday . my fiancé and I walked in he greeted us very nicely. We told him we did not know exactly what kind of shoes we were looking for just something that caught her eye. He walked over as we took interest in a pair of Jordan shoes that were there. He asked us if we would like to try them on. We said yeah he came back and said that he did not have them in that size. I sell cars for a living and this is where I was highly impressed. Without asking he came out with two or three different options of Jordans that fit her shoe size. I appreciated The fact that he was trying to make a sale. My fiancé then said she would try on the one pair to just see if she liked them . She said that she liked them but just not as much as the other ones. He then told me he could look online and see if he could get them ordered in. He came back and said that he could not get them. By then she already grew attached to a different pair of Jordans he brought out. Those were not in her size but we ordered them online with him. I also purchased the other pair of shoes she was trying on . he was very knowledgeable and helping out a lot. He had showed me the Jordans that were on sale for me. I tried those on and purchase those ones as well. I was talking to my fiancé and told her do you remember we were looking at getting matching Athletic shoes to wear for after the wedding ? She said yeah we’re not having any luck this guy has helped a lot let’s ask him. We had brought up that Jordan had made the top-flight shoes in a burgundy color that would match our wedding colors . But we were not having luck finding a pair for women. He had then let me know that her shoe size would work in a men’s size. He looked it up and could not find it. With his knowledge of knowing shoes he told me of a website I could try. We left the store and right away I got on this website found the shoes in Her shoe size. And purchase them. I had already found them in my size on eBay but did not purchase them because I could not find a pair in her size. Now that I did instead of going back on eBay to purchase it. I wanted to make sure that Dakota could make another sale Even if I had to pay a little more. Just because I was so happy with his service. I walked back in right after. He looked them up found them online through foot locker and I purchased those shoes as well . Overall I felt like I was getting the service of buying a $50,000 vehicle, even when I was just buying a few pairs of shoes. Thank you very much Dakota for your help and efforts !!!

Terrible service. I came in today at around 2:45 and two younger girls were there and had the worst attitudes ever. I just wanted to make a return and I almost left I felt so disrespected. My return was a weird one but before I even opened my mouth the girl came around the register and just stared me down with a dirty look up and down as I waited in the line and after so long she asked me if I had a problem, almost intending it to herself. I am a younger girl myself so I understand how girls can be but both the girls were so rude and unmannered and kept whispering things to each other as I was like a foot away from them. I was not being rude I hardly even talked but Id get aggravated and you could hear it in my voice. They were both in the foot locker side not the hoops side. I hope a manager realizes theyre behavior because I really am not one to complain but I felt very uncomfortable and disrespected

Came all the way to this joint because they had a limited color that couldnt be found at any other branch. Footlocker needs to fix their availability issues
