Not only are the hats trash but it takes them forever to attend. I reserved a hat for my little brother which he said he would save “forsure” but than let some other kid buy it right in front of me and didn’t tell him he had it for me well I brought my little brother up to buy it for him. Worst customer experience too.
Stopped by this Lids location this morning to purchase a hat for my husband. The store was supposed to open at 11. We waited until about 11:15 & were about to leave because no one was there to open the store. Right as we were about to leave the employee showed up, lifted the gate just enough to let himself under and then slammed it down. He didnt even acknowledge that we were standing there or that we had been waiting for him to open. I completely understand that stuff happens and that people run late but to not even acknowledge our presence and to slam the gate down on us is absolutely unacceptable and beyond rude. We have shopped at this location for over 10 years and will never support Lids again! Im astonished!

Noticed the grate open just before 11, lights even started coming on. Did not see anyone inside. Not sure of they were out walking their dog or what, but by 11:40 we had enough staring off at the food court. I assume the 5 other customers that would wait for a few minutes were disappointed as well. Drove 30 minutes for what?
Never experienced so much lack of help lol. If I was tall enough to grab the hat I wanted I would’ve helped my self and bought one. But he wouldn’t even do that. Yikes

Never opened on time. There was a line of people waiting for this store to open. They’re supposed to be opened at 11:00 currently 11:30 and still not open. I left.

I went into this store today looking for a particular hat . I met a manager Ryan, and he let me know that they had those on sale and were sold out . I can say that in was kinda bummed . Ryan told me that there was a comparable hat that I could buy, but it wasnt exact . It was for my boyfriend, and Ryan said that he liked this one a little better . This was for a Christmas present... so I purchased the sub . It was full price but I also think it looks a lot better . Thank you ! Im sure it will be a good surprise ! Thank you!

Amazing service! I came in last week to find a gift for my dad, and must be a new staff cause I normally dont get this kinda service anywhere. They did embroidery on the hat I picked out, which it came out great!, I was very impressed with how fast and great it looked! Im definitely coming back and getting my embroidery done here, from now on!!
Lids is a awesome store i buy most of my hats there, people there are really cool, and if you cant make it there you can also jump online. They have great prices and usually have some kind of deals going on like buy one hat get the second hat 50% off, cant beat that!!
Girl that works here was super helpful in finding me a great cap and did a great job putting my name on it.
Worst customer service. Embroidery is horrible. Was advised it would take 25 minutes but 2 hours. I returned it back and got my money back for the embroidery and they ordered a new hat. One of the staff advised me that they have told their DM that their machine is not working properly and that they need a new one and they keep putting it off. Now, if you are aware that your machine isnt working properly then why would you not advise your customers that, but instead you the complete opposite. Thats bad business. Ill never come back to this location again. Ive been a LIDS member for years and this by far the worst Ive ever experienced. Do NOT get anything embroidered here. Youll regret it. This has happened to me twice.
Absolutely horrible service... First time I ordered a hat and had it come in and wanted some stitching done. They didnt pull the inside sweat band back and stitched it together. Making it looked all sucked in around, but it was the first day of my sons football and the hat was for him off his team. So I just accepted it and took it. Well now I ordered a second hat for my sons coach for his birthday and I come in to pick up and again try and get stitched with his name. I had to wait for hours. Then he hands my son the hat stuffed in a bag, so I take it out and it looks like a 2 yr old scribbled on it with a crayon. Some of letters werent even legible. He should of never given us that hat. He should of said... Uh sir Im sorry but our machine malfunctioned and the hat was ruined, so well have to order another. When I took it back in there they looked at me like whats wrong with it? Then the manager yes the manager himself told me well I dont recommend getting the stitching done... Like does your regional manager know you try to not sell their products or talk down on them? Well if you offer something in your store you should know what youre doing... I order atleast two hats a month for years, but Im sorry lids I will now be finding a new hat supplier for my addiction of hats... Sincerely one pissed off customer

I love this store.
I was there for 3 hours waiting for something to get embroidered. They told me it was almost done. Then the machine brok and I hade to get my money back. They were mad at me for asking for a refund. I dealt with Julian and George. They were awful. I will never go back.
Staff at flatirons location are usually pretty unprofessional. Last time i was there, i sat and waited for 2 employees to finish a long conversation before they even acknowledged me.
This place has great serves and selection, also very good at helping you find a hat that is for you.
Trying to cheat me out of a $20 exchange ended up costing this store $100 sale. Basic math and common sense cannot be found here.
Love that place, especially the fact that they can put designs or words on the hats. 10/10 service.

I went in there to exchange a hat that I received as a bday present that was a bit too big. They only had one of the same hat and it wasnt my size either. The first guy that came to help me wasnt helpful at all. He said I can call other stores and check and see if they have that hat in my size but said he couldnt which I thought was weird. I was about to walk out the door feeling un-helped at all but then the other guy, who seemed like a manager told me to hold up and he could order one for me. He exchanged my hat and Im getting the right one shipped to my house. It says Matthew on the receipt so Im assuming thats his name. He did a great job of customer service and it was greatly appreciated!!

Often very busy and has premium prices but if youre looking for a new flat brim cap they might have what youre looking for. Lots of varieties of Broncos caps.
