We have bought several things at the Brownsburg location, they are the best ever. The staff is always friendly, and very helpful they know their products. They deliver and set up in a timely manner being careful with your items. They take pride in what they do and want you to have the best experience there possible. We love them and would not go to any other rent to own store. So to the staff we thank you for all your help and kindness.

I bought furniture from American Rental in Brownsburg. My furniture was delivered the next day. The manager, Dave, went above and beyond to get my furniture picked up at a separate location, secure a truck from another location so that I could have my furniture quickly. Dave was pleasant and professional to work with. I’ve since ordered coffee and end tables that will be available tomorrow. I recommend buying furniture from American Rental. Yes, you don’t have to rent from them, you can buy. Reasonable prices! High praises.

Its good until something breaks and your moved! Please note when you get something from this place, make sure you get all the paperwork to any electronics like you would if you were to purchase outright. This way you can fill out any warranty information for the just in case something happens. Unfortunately I did not receive anything, moved and all of a sudden my appliance stopped working, and because I moved away, they have no way to get it back to fix it...so it is still an ongoing issue that they wont resolve.
