I was on hold for 30 min only to be put on a different hold for an additional 15 min once I finally got through then instead of v taking my call they hung up on me. I could have physically driven to the store and asked my question faster than calling. Customer service is what sets great companies apart from mediocre ones. Theres a CVS and a local pharmacy right across the street, I recommend trying one of those.
Nice store but service is terrible! Second time here today. Stood in line once for 25 minutes to pick up a script that wasn’t ready. Now 5th car in line at drive through and have been here 35 minutes with two cars to go. Ridiculous!
Furqon is so helpful!!
Very clean and organized. Following social distancing very well. All employees were very friendly and polite.
This location is clean and well lit and is almost always well-stocked. Employees are friendly.
This is the absolute worst pharmacy we have ever used. I was considering switching due to the average wait time of 20 minutes before even being able to talk to someone (normally with only 1 customer ahead of me!) and frequent problems with filling prescriptions, but today was the absolute last straw. After waiting for a prescription to be filled and then waiting to be served after that initial wait time we were told it wasnt ready, with no explanation until asking for one. While it was after doctors office hours there was nothing to be done. No big deal, I called back this morning. I was told my doctor had been faxed and that I should speak with them. So I called our doctor, was informed that absolutely nothing had been sent over and they then took to taking care of things. Doctor called later in the day (4pm) to let me know that they had called 4 times, been put on hold for an average of 15 minutes each time they called, and had finally been able to get the most important script through and they were assured it would be ready for pickup at any time. 7:30pm and my husband is told its not ready because it needs doctors authorization... so here we are after office hours again and he cant get the script he needs after surgery. He was told phones were down so they probably didnt talk to the doctors office and after being told that we knew they had been spoken to he was told their computers are down too so maybe thats whats wrong. I have been on hold for OVER and hour and a half waiting to speak to the pharmacist! No one will speak to me to have this problem taken care of. I give up! We will be filling our prescriptions elsewhere from now on.
Has to be the slowest walgreens in america. Prepare to wait 20 to 30 minutes in the pharmacy line. Drive thru is especially terrible. You never see managment involved which to me shows they know its bad but are either unable or unwilling to fix it. BTW i am still sitting in the pharmacy drive thru going on 20 minutes now.
The people working here are always friendly and helpful, both at the front and at the pharmacy. The people at the pharmacy are especially accommodating if you need something filled in a hurry or are having a problem with insurance.
Friendly cashiers, excecialy during these times thank you!
The staff at the cashier counters are usually pretty friendly however the pharmacy is terrible. They made me feel like I didnt matter because of the type of insurance I carry and they are very slow as slow can get! Rude too! Bad experience with them as of late. But wish store was still 24 hours!
Way better than CVS...duh. The store is always clean, and I love how huge their beauty section is (the tiny girly-girl part of me). They print pictures pretty quickly, and the quality of the picture is usually really good. Also, my brother works there, so whats not to love? :)
Tried to use my card and for some reason it will not swipe at this location. Cashier stands there like they do not know what they are doing. She did not try to help me. She said well guess you cant use your card here.......Wow, Went to CVS worked just fine. Then went to Marathon it worked just fine at this establishment also. Cashier could have asked for help or a manager this is the 2nd time Ive had this happen at the same store with different cashiers. Wont be back, Ill stay with CVS
What’s the point of express pick up if the workers just watch u stand at the counter stop advertising it if you guys are just going to by pass the customer. The bad thing is the man Benjamin looks like he is a manager
I travel a lot for a living. When I was near the house, the closest thing to me was a CVS… But their hours were short and just didnt fit my traveling lifestyle. So I switched to Walgreens. Now I was just at the one in Brownsburg Indiana on main street I believe, just yesterday and I had another Great experience there, just as I usually do Walgreens, anywhere I go.I happened to be in the pharmacy, and I have to say this particular trip was exceptional call because of Kortnee!Super helpful, courteous, polite and a wonderful smile to boot! She made my visit extra special. She whizzed right through any potential holdups, with her foresight and initiative! It was the complete opposite of the customer service we sometimes get out there in the world, where it feels like we have to encourage our server every step of the way.You sometimes find that in businesses of all sorts, where you feel short changed at the end of the transaction! But not with Kortnee, at Walgreens!Admittedly, she told me this wasnt her regular store, she was just helping out.But I would seriously go out of my way,to get service like that again, from her!
This Pharmacy is one of the kindness, attentive, caring pharmacists I have ever dealt with and as long as i live in Indiana they will be my pharmacy! Thanks to you all for all your help.
Wonderful customer service
Much better than CVS.
Great staff!
