Things are usually out of stock that I come for and to try to go get anyone to help get it off the top stock is next to impossible_ the last time I was there was to go to customer service to return a few items and although there were 3-4 people able to watch as the line grew and not even try to assist or go get someone to help they just went about doing the most trivial of tasks that were so irrelevant, trust me I used to work there! They could actually care less about you unless they think you are stealing or you have to be more interesting than the task at hand so they just look at you needing help then they walk away, except for the guy at the u-scan Max hes always so kind and sometimes if you get lucky enough to find anyone to help get a price check in fashion because always something is either missing a tag or not the right price as the rest of the things with the one you want you can get a helping hand from the ladies in the dressing room if its the right day!/

For the past few months, this Walmart has gone 100% down hill. We started using the curbside pickup option and it hasnt been too terrible. However, yesterday it was absolutely unprofessional and VERY frustrating. They lied about not having several items, which I found out after going in for something else I really needed. They basically lied about over half my order. So I wont be using walmart anymore after today.

Not as wide of selection regarding their grocery side of the house. Some stuff that they had that wasnt selling well they had plenty of, others they didnt have as much stock. Honestly if you want a wide selection and are shopping for just groceries, go to a grocery store, but if you also want to pickup fishing lure, case of oil and lawn inflatables along with your groceries then this would be your store for convenience.

Sam Walton is rolling over on his grave. Most Wal-Marts at least try to maintain a minimal level of service. Not so here. If there was anywhere else in town to go, this place would be out of business.

Always pallets of merchandise in the way. Always young employees standing around chatting. Always only ONE (maybe 2) registers open, maybe 3 or 4 on the weekend. Maybe. IF youre lucky. I always look at the check out lines. If its pathetic, I only get a few things, or I go to Kroger. Dont know if its Covid, management, or what, but it mainly sucks every time. Cant find anything, products disappearing that you used to find all the time...Dont have anything frozen in your cart if theres no registers open! Itll thaw by the time you get through check out!

They carried everything I need great prices most of them are open 24/7

This store needs help. I dont know if lack of training, low personnel base, or poor management but this store is a mess. There is back stock and pallets all over the floor. And dont get me started on the registers, that is always a nightmare, most likely short on personnel but still, then managers should be opening registers to help keep lines from backing up 5 and 6 people deep. Ridiculous.

I got a nail in my tire. Couldnt find anybody who could fix it on a Saturday evening. They got me right in and out within 20 minutes. They were very friendly and courteous

I was really pleased with how well things were in stock. Self check out went very smoothly.

Always a good value. Love that I can get my pet food near the the grocery section, not like other locations where they are on opposite sides of the store. So much more convient here. Very clean and not a long wait in the self check out.

You kind of know what to expect at Walmart. The shelves are mostly empty. And this was before the pandemic. I am very inconsistent with the ordering or replenishment. I constantly have to make request for department heads to order products. The only thing that is consistent is the fact that the staff is usually very friendly. This is why I am moving to more online ordering

A lot of items are missing. It may be due to being short-staffed due to the pandemic. They also have less options compared to other Walmart stores outside of Brownsburg, IN.

This morning I went and bought two containers of nightcrawlers for fishing.I got to the lake to find out ALL of the nightcrawlers were dried up. Two containers of 18.So out at the lake with no nightcrawlers!!!!

Waited for Auto Service to open, and was informed they didnt have the staff to do so. Covid strikes again...

Online it said this Walmart had a phone holder wanted in stock, I drove all the way out there, no they didnt have it in stock. Rather than waste my gas for nothing I decided to pick up another item. A small item in a box about the size of a deck of cards. I rang it up at self-checkout, drive all the way home, and as I started to put it away I decided to look at it. So I opened the box, and guess what? Nothing inside. I bought a empty box. Now what am I supposed to do? Are they going to accept an empty box back? Will they believe me?I really doubt it but next time I go to Walmart Im going to try.

If you are shopping in Brownsburg, IN Walmart better watch out for prices. Last two month I was often in this Store and always something had labeled wrong price (Grapes, Apples, Sour Cream etc). Lady working on fast Line claimed that they are not able to cancel item or change the item price. They always called managers but they never came. So I started to make photoes of items showing employee labeled price. The difference in price was always almost double and the same employee was very rude. Last time She said you always make a problem with price. My answer was No lady Walmart always charge more than the price is labeled for items. I beg you to cancel item and you are not able to do it. This situation I never had in Kroger or any other store in Brownsburg, IN.

Skids full of freight stacked everywhere during business hours! The whole point of closing for overnight hours was so that stocking crews could put freight away. By having freight in the middle of the isles like you are you are not allowing for proper social distancing!

Poor stock, out of many things. People stocking shelves kept their carts in middle of isles. Problems are probably because of understaff. This Walmart was never a 5 but it was a lot better a few years ago when there was a different store manager.

There always empty on food and never seem to have what I want. Traffic is bad in area. Gave a two star just because they are understaffed.

Nice area to shop, was visiting a friend had to pickup a few items. All Walmart, style different inside. You definitely can not be in a hurry!

Fairly busy but enough registers open to move through the checkout quickly. Everyone in the store customers and employees were very polite.

PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOUR ITEMS ACTUALLY COST AT CHECKOUT.They try to over charge you, prices on the app and marked in store are constantly being rang higher than what they should be.

I was frustrated when I stopped in here and I saw approximately 10 different people without masks and those same people having no regard for maintaining distance from customers who were wearing their masks. Sigh. I don’t blame the employees as every one of them was wearing their masks but it seemed that many customers felt confident that this was a place they could walk into without masks and no one say a word. As if the rules don’t apply to them. Come on people. It’s not fair for employees to have to argue with people or chase them around to ask them to wear masks. But the people who feel entitled to blatantly disregard the posted signs saying to wear a mask, the state mandate, and the worldwide impact of a deadly virus is so infuriating. If you feel strongly about not obeying the rules posted everywhere, I invite you to do curbside pickup. Or order online. But you are not entitled to ignore the rules of the business and the state AND shop in store. There are other options for you to refuse to wear your mask and still get essentials. But deciding to go in store and put others at risk is not okay and frankly not a right you have. You don’t have to agree with opinions or even believe in science, but respect your fellow humans by being kind and caring. Caring about other people cost zero dollars and is guaranteed to make the community a better place.

They accused us of stealing iteams that we had pade for but really she pretty much stoll bc she had took the iteams we pade for. We spent abt 2-3hours in a lilittle room with a crying baby and 2 kids with the cops Involved she would not give back any repeats or driver License. She is pressing charges and now we are having to go to Court. So I Suppose you should just not go their!!!!!!!

This was our first visit to the Subway in Walmart. Several signs inside the Subway advertised they now have smashed avocado. As we waited in line, we saw several signs stating Subway now has smashed avocado. We were disappointed they were out of the smashed avocado. 😥

I mean Walmart is Walmart they have good prices my only complaint would be sometimes its hard to find an employee if you have a question but when you do find one they go out of their way to help you

This is one of few places to do grocery shopping in my smaller town. Walmart has some brands offer, prices are similar some are lower. Variety is poor. If a recipe calls for a specific ingredients more than likely walmart is not a place to shop.

Not enough open check out lanes. Every time of the day. Unopened crates of product line the isles.

Went in to purchase groceries bought a battery for my lawn mower took it up front of they check out they told me I couldnt pay for the battery up front today they told me I had to walk back here to the back to the automotive and pay for it back there then come back up front pay for my groceries that really sucks never again purchase another battery from Walmart

Aisles were crowded with skids, low on supplies. Store has started to go down hill in the last year.

This is for all the handicap people out there... WALMART, BUY REPLACEMENT BATTERIES FOR THE RIDING CARTS! Then the carts would stay charged for a longer period of time after being charged by the electrical cord! Dont need a rocket scientist to figure it out!!!

Location does not answer the phone. Main phone found here rings about 40 seconds and disconnects. Calling other lines found on Walmart. Com puts you in a queue that is never answered. I called with three phones at the same time and all stay on hold 20+ minutes.

It was clean and safe, well stock! They make sure all customers wear a mask when entering the store. All shopping carts are wiped down and disaffected when they are bought in from the parking lot!

Very dirty. Used self check out, there were no bags for product. Asked for a bag and was told they had ran out, when clearly there were bags at the other check out areas. And again store itself was dirty.

My dad lives in Brownsburg and I live in Denver. Dad needed to send me emergency cash via Walmart to Walmart, he arrived at the Customer Service Center at 8:03pm and was turned away. When the website clearly states: Money Service Hours on a Friday are until 11pm!!! 👎👎

All these stores are trying to force self scan isles, which is fine other than the decision for Walmart to NOT have adequate staff not only throughout the store, but not have check out stands staffed is a sign of their total disregard for their customers time.

Lived in Brownsburg for almost 6 years. We have used this Walmart since living here. It’s been on a steady decline. Most recently, every visit requires us to search for carts or just carry all our items. We have to try to get around carts full of boxes in main aisles through out the entire store. Shelves are empty although all these boxes are on carts. And unless they get trucks daily, this isn’t a coincidence. There has been a couple times I’ve had to run in for something I’ve forgotten the day before. I’ve shopped on a Saturday and had the deli closed with lights off by 4:30pm. I work on Saturdays so being in there sooner isn’t always a possibility. I’ve had employees act like you’re a bother to check out, or assist. Not all employees, but many. The cash registers with an actual cashier are used less with only 2 or 3 open registers and UScan is your only real options. Why am I scanning my own groceries at these prices?It’s just unfortunate that this is one of only two shopping options we have here?!? Guess I will be patiently waiting for the new Kroger to get completed & praying we get that Aldi.

Walmart was large with a great variety. The store was organized and had directional markings for safe shopping during the COVID-19 Pandemic. The store was clean and well lit. Everyone did not have on masks as they are not required in Indiana. I was looking for Hoosier T-shirts and found them easily. The staff was friendly. My shopping needs were limited this day which this location easily fulfilled. I would recommend this location.

Store was clean. They have a floor cleaner that a teddy bear drives around. The floor does look nice. Everything seemed to be in its place.Sydney who works in electronics came over quickly and asked if I needed help. I was looking for a phone protector and within 2 minutes I had what I wanted. I will definitely go back to this Walmart because of her.After that I got my shirts and groceries and was on my way.

Somehow I received the wrong item from my OGP order even though my original item didn’t say it was substituted or out of stock, but Kerri was very helpful with helping me exchange it for the right item. Only giving four stars because I had to make a special trip out to Walmart to get it exchanged, but I’d give Kerri 10 stars if I could! :)

This is the first time I use your curbside service pick up. It is very easy to use. I really appreciate the customer service from Harrison, the guy that delivered the groceries to my car. Great attitude and upbeat and positive. While typing My review another staff member, Blake asked if I needed any assistance. Another example of wonderful customer service. Love the friendly staff, always good experience, and its not in the ghetto (people living close to Lafayette road Walmart and 86th and Michigan road Walmart drive 30-40 minutes to brownsburg if that tells you anything). Ive had conversations with people who live right down the street from Lafayette road and feel uncomfortable walking in there without carrying a weapon. Ive personally had my wallet stolen when I pulled my ID to buy alcohol at 86th Street Walmart (pretty sure one of the cashiers standing there doing nothing but talking about their baby daddy picked it up when I was tending to my young children. Must have been jealous that they cant get dey baby daddy to shop with their children like I was). People are dirty in Indianapolis and the further away you go the better the quality of life is. Only problem is the brownsburg Walmart is always busy especially on the weekend, but completely worth it to escape the inner city. Plus clearance section had $300 grills for $40! I paid for it in change at the U-scan Instead of paying 11.4 cents on the doallar to exchange my quarters dimes nickles at the coinstar (as you can see from my excitement).

When the pandemic started, Walmarts everywhere started closing early. They said it was to stock shelves and do extra cleaning around the store due to heightened demands and our protection. Through this entire pandemic, this Walmart has had pallets of product in the way of customers, employees stocking shelves in the middle of the aisles blocking traffic flow. So not only have they shortened hours so we all have to shop at the same times, their employees are doing these stocking activities during shopping hours. Im very confused about this. Make our Walmart 24 hours again! Not sure why everyone thinks closing things early slows the spread. Amazon has just made more money from me because the thought of being crowded into a Walmart at peak times gives me anxiety, & not because of the virus. They get 2 stars because it is Walmart and they have the best prices.
