Highly recommended. I purchased a firearm from them this past week. They were very helpful over the phone and told me when to expect the firearm at their store. Great pricing as well. Purchasing was smooth and they offered to sell me ammunition at the standard price during these difficult times.

Called on the phone about black powder and percussion caps. They let me know that they had it, and when I went in they showed me right where all the black powder equipment was and suggested a few things for me. Had a good conversation, looked at some rifles. Good prices, good stock considering. Would recommend and will be back again!

Honestly i cant say enough good things about them. The staff does their best to help you and get to know you if youre a regular, Ive bought 3 guns from them in the last month LOL. Theyre good at what they do and totally down to earth. They will explain everything you need to know and if youre unsure about anything theyre more than happy to figure it out for you. I could go on and on, One of the best gun stores ive ever gone to.... also prices are seriously hard to beat, Youd be hard press to find anything better!

Purchased a Smith & Wesson EZ 9mm performance center yesterday. It was our first time buying one, even though we had been taking lessons & learning. We were shocked they had the exact gun we had been looking for. They made the process very easy, we’re very educational to us and friendly. We will be back! I also price checked the gun other places after I bought it and I felt everything they sold me yesterday was very fairly priced.

Such a great experience at Premier Arms. Ive grown up going all over the state of Indiana buying firearms and going to ranges... but when it comes to guns, sometimes if I dont feel nervous I probably look it.I was able to find a firearm I have been trying to get for awhile now on GrabAGun.com (this was the first time I have ordered anything online). I was getting it transferred to Premier Arms. With this being the first time Ive ever ordered anything online, when I saw the tracking had dropped it off I called Premier Arms and asked them what was next. They explained the transfer process and said it would take a day or 2.When I got the call it was ready, I got over there as fast as I could.There are some gun shops that you just dont feel good at.Theyre dirty, youre intimated, all those other feelings you hate.But when I walked into Premier Arms... TOP NOTCH! I started filling out the paperwork right away.. and I was probably in and out in 15-20 minutes.They could probably could tell I was a little nervous, but everyone was great!They absolutely got a new customer for life - especially since I live less than a mile away. But they made everything smooth and was such a great process.Thank you again Premier Arms!

Ive only purchased one AR lower from here, but have been in multiple times. Every time the workers have been very nice and extremely knowledgeable. When they didnt have the lower I wanted, a worker took my name and called me as soon as they got it in stock. I was in and out in a matter of 20 minutes. Id highly recommend this place.

Bought a 9mm I was happy with but had no 9mm in stock. Called 4/1/2020 to see if they had any in which they did but only selling with purchase of a firearm. I informed them when I bought they had none, but was told they had it in stock at that time insinuating I received a box. Any business that doesn’t believe a customer with a receipt and cameras showing I received no 9mm ammo is a place I will not return to. Unfortunately I liked the store but that changed rather quickly. Would not tell someone to not check them out, but my after experience was what I expected.

I have purchased 2 9mm through them very knowledgeable and professional. I also purchase my reloading supplies from them prices are very competitive.

While waiting patiently for an associate to be free. they answered the phone and sold the gun I was waiting patiently to look at and buy. also refused to let me look at it. I will now take all my business to Parabellum Firearms.

Went there today to sell a hand gun that I have and wanted to be rid of, even though the place was VERY busy, I was waited on promptly, and I got a fair deal for the hand gun, I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman that helped me though, any rate if the situation arises, and they have a handgun that I might want, they WILL be the VERY place I go.

Always nice people working. Never had an issue and Ive been going for a while. My dad used to go to their smaller store. The place is beautiful and they train service dogs. Love it.

Poor customer service! Couldnt even say hello or hey Ill be right with you. This is twice, wont be a third!!! This place isnt the same mom and pop store that was off main street. Seems more like a Walmart and that sucks it used to be a decent place to go. Im guessing that they finally grew big enough that a simple hello is too damn hard to spot out. Sad sad !!!

Had always liked this store but wont be back after today. There is a limit on ammo of 1 box per group. I came in today with 1 other person and asked if we could both get a box because we both have guns and shoot. Nope not even an apology. There wasnt any signs saying anything about limits and any other store Ive been in has limits per person. If a group of guys came in to look and multiple of your group wants a box, you can only have 1, dont bring too many people with you or you wont even get a bullet a piece. Not friendly or helpful. Bye bye premier. Hope this review helps others not waste there time or gas.

Every single member of the staff was so friendly and helpful! The prices were all very reasonable for knives and firearms. We went in to browse and ended up making a purchase. We will definitely be back!

I stop here a couple of times a month. The guys are friendly and knowledgeable once you get to know them. Their used gun prices are a little bit high, however, so are most independent gun shops that are trying to earn a living buying and selling guns. My family has purchased 4 guns, some accessories and quite a bit of ammunition from these guys. I also use their FFL transfer services for Internet firearm purchases, They are very helpful.update: I recently purchased a CC gun from Premier and they were fantastic!

Called to get a quote and Premier ordered my gun. When I came in to buy the gun, I opened the box to make sure it was what I ordered and was immediately told if I wanted to inspect the gun I had to wait and take it outside. I paid for the gun and we went outside where there was no place to inspect a weapon (no benches or seats) so I took it home thinking that a BRAND NEW GUN, IN THE BOX would be perfect. We (my daughter and I) get home and she pulls the gun out of the box and I see that it is missing the rear sight. I call and they say they have another one but I have to drive back 30 minutes to fix it. I hang up and begin to look at the gun a little more and notice the FRONT sight is BROKEN! I decide to take it back right then rather than wait till my next day off. I get there and they put another rear sight on it and take a front sight off another weapon to put on mine (a used part for my new gun), and I go home. When I get home I notice something else, there are dents and scratches in the stock (small and hard to notice so I didnt notice it right off). At this point I am mad and embarrassed that I did not notice all these faults right off but since I could not inspect my purchase in the gun store I was not thorough. I bet the next firearm purchase and everyone thereafter I will inspect it BEFORE I pay for it or I wont buy it. I will never go back to this shop because of this experience. All they said was some inventory control (the warehouse that sent it to them) and took no responsibility for there own lack of inspection. I got no apology or offer to reimburse me for MY time or gas. I do not recommend this store. Should have stayed local!.

Transferred two firearms I purchased on-line through this shop. Painless experience and overall the two gentlemen on staff were very helpful and polite throughout the process. Small shop but is crammed floor to ceiling with items: holsters, firearms, prepping supplies, ammunition, etc., both new and used. Prices were a tad high on some things but others were right at cost or even below on some of their ammunition and used firearms. Ive not used their gunsmithing services nor have I sold any firearms to them but for the experience I have with this shop Ive been very satisfied and will definitely use them in the future.

Wouldn’t recommend these guys. I would have said they were a pretty standard gun shop, not the friendliest, but not rude either. This was until I did business with them. I purchased a brand new Glock 26 Gen 5. I was quoted a price on the phone and paid it when I arrived. I am new to the area and was hopeful that I had found my new “go to” gun shop. A week or so later, I came back to have them install a set of night sights on the new gun. I noticed that they had the same Glock in their case for $20 less than what I was charged. I didn’t bring it up because it’s wasn’t a huge deal. I left my gun with them to have the sights installed, with the warning that my brand of sights were usually a pain to deal with. I have had 3 pistols with these sights and know countless people with them as well. Never heard this complaint, but I had these exact sights on the same type of pistol previously so I wasn’t worried. I was called a few days later and told that they could not install the sights, and told that I could either have a gunsmith they work with mill out my slide to accommodate the sights, or I could purchase their preferred brand of sights. I called the sight manufacturer and they assured me there should be no issue installing the sights. I promptly picked up my firearm and went 10 minutes down the road to another shop where the sights were installed in less than 15 minutes with no incident. In short, these guys over charged me for a gun and then proceeded to try and up sell me on a set of sights for no reason. They are either incompetent or shady, neither of which inspires much confidence.

Friendly, knowledgeable guys. Wasnt pushed into a sale. Only bought what I came for. Im happy to find out they take broken gold as well. Ill be a regular customer from now. Glock pinky extensions are $1.50 cheaper than online!!!

I liked the place. They had the TAP rounds I needed in stock. Neat little shop. They were friendly and steered me in the right direction on a model Im I was considering.

Worst retail experience I have ever had in my life! Owner was so rude! He treated me like absolute dirt and made me feel like I couldn’t ask questions. Ended up buying online and got a much better deal anyway!

I have gone to Premier Arms LLC a couple of times to ask them questions about specifics guns when I was looking for one. These people know what they are talking about and will not BS you. I also used them for a fire arm transfer and they did the paper work fast. These people seem friendly, yet sober. You wont be disappointed !I live in the area and didnt know about them. I got to know who they are because of another friend that recommended them.I have gone to bigger chain stores (I wont mention names) and the reps dont know jack about what they are talking about. I am confident that this is not the case everywhere, but at least to the big chain stores that I have gone to in Avon and Castleton.

I ordered a handgun and had it sent to premier. Rep called where it came in, I went to pick it up. Customer service was great. Paper work was fast. I was out the door in about 10 minutes.

Rude doesnt quite sum up my experience. I ordered a gun from buds guns, which was excellent btw, and had it sent there. I spent $35 to do 10 min of paperwork from 2 very impersonal and impolite people. I would never recommend them for anything in the future.

I was in the market for a new rifle and was wanting to order a new RRA Predator Pursuit I seen this place was listed on RRAs website as a dealer so with cash in hand I drove 1hr 15min to this place walked in and couldnt believe how small it was my bathroom is bigger. I walk in 2 guys behind the counter didnt even glance in my direction so I looked around left then right looked at the ammo I was in the market for some .243 ammo as well seen the didnt have 1 box so I made my way up to what looked like newer firearms stood in front of one of the guys and asked him how are you doing? and he walked away I looked over to the other guy and he just sat there. Looked a little bit longer thinking the guy was coming back and when no one said anything to me or asked me if I wanted to look at something I walked out. So unless you wanted overpriced beat up old firearms and want to be ignored look elsewhere for your firearm needs.
