So for several months I had been looking for a bike. After waiting for so long and going to different bike shops I found this one to be the best. I had a great experience purchasing my Scott Spark. Bicycle World is definitely a place I would recommend to anyone.

Alan is always so helpful, no matter how many things he has going on; he takes the time to help out and listen. I have bought 3 bikes from there, (a while back) but they also help me with my other bikes. Regardless of your social status or the depth of your pockets; they treat you right. Exceptional customer service from all the staff, they have earned my business.

Visited due to my interest in road cycling. Spoke with Alan and he was very cool and helpful. I didjt purchase a bike due to not finding the right one for me. Alan took on the quest to find the right one that fits my budget and style. Due to the great costumer service I will be purchasing a cycle not matter what from Bicycle World.

Very disappointed I was told my bike would be in on Tuesday it didnt come till Thursday then I was told it would be ready for pickup by end of day ...well here it is Friday 4-12-17 And still no bike .....just picked up my new bike even though it took longer than i,was told I am now very happy with the out comeI cant wait to start pedaling off the pounds

I went in to have a crank rethreaded - something I thought would be fairly routine and inexpensive. It turns out they dont do this type of repair. So they offer to replace the whole crank instead and I accepted (hey I just needed it fixed). Now I had to pay for a new crank, and TWO new pedals, since they dont sell them in singles pfft. Thats okay, I just needed it fixed right? Well they kept my bike for much longer than they had initially told me it would.I finally get my bike back and ended up paying over $50. I get home all excited to take it for a ride when I notice the pedals were just barely put on. I had to finish the job and tighten the pedals myself. This is when I began to regret going to Bicycle World. How do you give a bike back to your customer if its not ready to ride?!Grrr...so I began my ride and noticed they moved my seat position up. For what reason, I have no clue. I didnt ask for that. Oh well - kept on riding. Halfway through my course, I almost lost control of the bike when the handle bar slipped forward! Not cool BW! Being without tools to tighten the wobbly handle bar, I had to pedal home extra slowly and carefully. Then about 8 blocks from home, the seat gave way and slammed down to the frame all lowrider style. I nearly beefed it in the street. Nice job BW. You know, I was a really cool customer- didnt complain about the extra time or the price. So I dont know why these guys would try to get me injured. Next time Ill find an honest bike shop that wont sabotage my bike just because its not some NASA built, carbon fiber - titanium - unicorn bone composite superbike.
