A Good store

Fast, no issues with purchased, employee seem to shy and timid. Store nice and clean. Just Greet people! Its a normal thing to do. Make it a five star experience. Work on that and then its perfect.

Wouldnt let me return my item. Everything is cheap and marked up because it has the school logo. Best bet is to rent your books online, but some of those local lab manuals you have to get here. Cafe isnt a real Starbucks and dont except SB gift cards.Avoid this place, its a student trap. $$$$$

Its a nice welcoming place for students.

They have most everything youd need there. Its quite convenient! But of course most everything is a bit over priced. The staff is usually pretty nice and helpful. Overall,if youre in a pinch or just dont want to drive all the way to Walmart, this store will be a great choice for you!

The little girls who work there really dont know what they are doing. Seems like theyre just there to converse amongst themselves...instead of allowing the girls to answer hold on, let me ask my manager why not get rid of them completely and have adults who know what theyre doing help out students...

I do not recommend this bookstore to anyone! I ordered a book here and it took over 4 weeks for me to receive it. They said it will take about 5-10 business days and that they will call me but still no calls and it has been about 20 business days. i recommend for you to keep calling them or complain because in reality, they will not call you at all. I would give this store a negative one star if that was an option.

People are very friendly and helpful. Had my sons registration done and over with fast and now he is enjoying his first year in the university.

Great place to get all your Vaquero gear and books!

They have a mini Starbucks inside, Bookstore, and a lot of small size shops in it. Like they sell merch, candy, snacks, Office Supplies, School Supplies, and etc.

From school suplies to a comfortable Starbucks for the on-demand college student this store has what you need with an additional warm feeling of being home.

Store didnt have books assigned by professors. Was advised professor hadnt submit request. I ended up ordering books on line. Store manager apologized and was courteous about the issue

Friendly and helpful. However, just to save yourself money try looking in amazon, chegg, and other sites then look in the bookstore.

Had not been there in about 3 yrs. The building is nice but the clothing prices are RIDICULOUS!! You can buy a t-shirt with VAQUEROS logo at HEB for 1/4 of the price and its the same shirt. The books are blocked from the students. The girl at the register was nice and attentive (3 stars)There are NO TSC items but thats the TSC administrators fault. I needed a special notebook that couldnt find at Walmart and I found there for $4dlls.UT is really sucking the blood of local students. Prices are a joke!!coffee shop prices are the same as the Starbucks by 802.

I love the fact that they sell scantrons.

Convenient place to buy coffee and food on campus.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Went in at 5:30, when they close at 6, and the guy who attended me was very rude and gave me the impression that he just wanted me to leave. NEVER AGAIN
