Went with my wife to pick up dress after she had a problem with rudeness. The gray haired lady in the back would not speak or look up at my wife when she asked her name, nor would the clerk give her name. Just carried on conversation like we were not there. Definetly not going back.

I went in to have a multilayered dress altered. I asked for a bottom layer to be removed. A portion of a middle layer was removed. Buttons were missing. The altered portions were not parallel and the ends located at the middle front of the dress were very crooked. The button seam was waved. The cashier said the seamstress was close so I waited. I never asked her to come. I came to to terms with most of the issues but only really wanted one of crooked seems straightened. She entered the store upset because she was out with a bride and this was not important. I could barely tell her of the seam. She cut me off took the dress and started to fix it. She blamed the dress, scolded me, and vented about me to another client with me there. When I tried to show her the area of concern, she threw my dress aside and yelled that she cant fix it because she was already angry.
