They will steal your money for no reason, they work you like dogs, these people actually plan everything out so they wont fire you, you wont get unemployment they forge documents, the state allows them to steal and break employee rights even during national emergency, worst company i ever worked for

This was our first time that our organization hired security for our events and we where very pleased with their services, the security guards got there on time, they were very good at dealing with people, which was our main concern in the beginning, but everything went well and we had no problems.Will definitely get them for our next events!

Im writing this review based on a great experience with a Valley Wide Security officer. I attended Sombrero Fest on Friday, March 1st with my handicapped mother. We were ushered into the handicapped area by the main stage and an officer named Miguel Garcia right away accommodated us and told me If you need anything, water, anything at all, please let me know. I thought that would be the last of our interaction but he made frequent walkthroughs, asking us if everything was okay and if we were comfortable. He treated us like royalty. I asked him for a bit of water and he brought me a couple of cold water bottles for the rest of my family. I never expected to be treated with such respect and attention, and being that its already tough enough to move my mother around, I was so grateful to be treated with such attention. I dont usually leave feedback but I was so impressed by this officer, I HAD to call his manager and let him know. I talked to Jaime Ochoa of Valley Wide Security (who was also extremely friendly and grateful by the way). Im so impressed with this company thanks to Miguel.

Very poor quality company. they will sign a contract requiring licensed and bonded guards then hire kids off the street with no training. when caught at it they simply accuse the untrained guards of stealing and fire them. this is after promising the new-hires future training and more contracts. they have no shame, no tact, and no professionalism. certainly not worthy of anybodies trust or respect. management seems to be comprised of infantile dirt-bags. Dont bother contacting them for anything!

This company has NO business being in business! The sign contracts with companies to supply one type of guard then hire another. When they hire you as a guard, they tell you, You do not need your commission card!. Then they fire you because you dont have your card. Seems to me, they promise companies one thing and supply them with something else and pocket the difference! They have two managers who were banned from a job site. This company is not a reliable or trust worthy. Stay away from them!

This company a joke and shouldnt even be in business, they get mad at you for not being home on your day off and want you go in because they dont to cover the shift, they want you to have your location on your phone so they can evaded your privacy and know where your at and you clocking in every 30 mins, they called me to go in to the office just for me to go in and fire me instead of telling me over they phone so i could at least take my uniform instead having to go back home and pick up the uniform
