I made an appointment for 11am Thursday.I had a very specific list of issues.Today is Monday.I spoke with my service advisor this am.He said unfortunately they will not get to my vehicle until 4 or 5pm.Please tell me again that having an appointment assured me they will take of me ahead of drive in folks?BEWARE! Make sure you are able to be without your vehicle for days/week.Also your service advisor is not an advocate for you and your vehicle. BEWARE.UPDATE:Shortly after posting my service advisor reach out to me.My vehicle will be repaired this afternoon and brought home in the am.Part is in stock will be installed and test driven before return.Will confirm tomorrow. I was promised a morning call for an update.UPDATE: 11am I called for update. My advisor is out to lunch from 11 to 12.He will call me back after lunch. Upset cause i called during his lunch.UPDATE: part was not in stock. (Ignition coil) common part. Part arrived at11am.Again I ask what was is the purpose of my appointment? 5 days later.

This was the only time I ever enjoyed buying a car! Usually, I hate it. But, I really had a good time. They did not take up too much of my time--with a bunch of _.S. The owners and there kids were all there and we got to know them all--including the family dog. And, in my opinion, anywhere that welcomes your dog is a great place to be! And, they do. They did not make me feel like they were trying to sell me. They made me feel as if they were trying to help me choose the vehicle that best fit my needs. And, I really appreciate their help! I can honestly say that this time around, Luke Fruias Service Department took good care of my vehicle maintenance needs. First, I received a call from the Service Manager that the part had finally arrived and was followed up with another call from one of their service reps to confirm my scheduled appointment. I took my vehicle in at 1:30 PM and received a call from Martin before 5 PM that my vehicle was ready for pickup and he also informed me that phone covers may not work on the charging pad.
