Absolutely amazing service from Tim and Paul here. I woke up and my car just got to its last leg, so after a quick search of their amazingly priced vehicles, I found myself the one. After a couple minutes on the phone with Tim and a quick visit later that night, I was all set and ready to drive off the lot within a few short hours. Paul was especially nice and respectful, giving me a deep explanation for each piece of paperwork, as well as talking to me, a 23 old, like a human being and not like I was a kid. Will be back for my next one and will be recommending them to everyone. 5/5! ALSO, THEY EVEN STAYED PAST THEIR CLOSING HOURS FOR US. I have always heard great things about Mr. Paul Mann from a family member who had purchased a vehicle from him but on October 01, 2021 I got to experience it for myself!!! After coming to Brownsville that Friday I passed by there and saw the car of my dreams never knowing that it would be possible for me to have but I stopped in anyway. Mr. Mann ad his staff work with me diligently because he wanted to make it happen for me also. Long story short he was in constant contact with me as we tried to get things worked out and he never stopped and after trying several options and avenues we kept hitting a snag but after we both realize it was one simple thing everything fell into place and now Im driving my dream car and it was all possible due to the hard work and persistence of Mr. Mann and his staff. I would thoroughly and highly recommend dealing with him and my rating for him is 10++
