Love the staff! That Chinese lady is always great! 👍 and very clean environment ... And those are delicious ..i personally tend to go early so i get them fresh fresh!

I love going here the vanilla bean frappé and them sausage cheese jalapeños kolaches are delicious. Also very great workers there always so nice and patient.

Very courteous and professional. The worker that helped me already knew my order as soon as I drove up to the window. She was very nice and she always knows how to recommend the best donuts.

If you enjoy a greasy bag of dough then these are the donuts for you. If you’re looking for a good donut then I would look elsewhere. They were made in house but they were not good.

I love Shipley Do-Nuts. Their donuts are one of the best ones I have tasted in all of the RGV. They dont skimp out on glazing their donuts or filling them with delicious flavors like Dunkin. Shipley Do-Nuts are my go to cheat snacks because theyre definitely worth the calories.

I went through the store in Brownsville, TX. The skinny gal working the register was racist and a thief. And shorted me my change back. I tired explaining that she owed me more money back and she stated, “no I don’t.” I will be following up on this and will attempt to get ahold of the manager.

I love the doughnuts and the coffee is very good too. Try to come early in the day. If you come in the lat afternoon, the doughnuts will probably be a little hard.

I only use the drive thru. Pretty quick. Donuts are good. Kalachies are too. Just wish you could identify kalachie content from each other. Id like to see a toothpick label on the spicy sausage. Cuz they just throw your order in one box.

Received bad customer service this morning. The girl at the drive through had headphones on and would not answer my questions I suppose because she couldnt hear me through the headphones. She messed up my order and didnt give me what I asked for. Dont think Ill be going back again.
