When I purchased my sunglasses the worker that assisted me was not very convincing and was not even acknowledging the sale I felt as if he was belittling me based on my dressing. Even though I spent nearly $300 for my ray bans. The following day I stepped in to find the manager on duty and returned the sunglasses because I was not satisfied with the sale and my purchase. They told me I would need to be back till 4pm to receive my money back because they didn’t have cash on hand. I waited half a day and even when I got there I waited awhile till 4pm. I returned the purchase at 11ish am. It was a very awful experience just to return an item never again purchasing here and I suggest you go to Harlingen because that is where they attend you with the best customer service as well as the way they deal with one purchase and transactions to make you satisfied with your shades. They give you cleaning spray and cloths for your sunglasses.and a legit receipt as to here they do not hand any of that besides the glasses. And receipt NOTHING else.

Great, great service. Professional sales lady.I went 1st to the competitor, she did not bother to say something like well we have this pair which will look good, this other one is better price, more modern, some little bs.

Walked in for a quick repair that would literally take 5 minutes at any other store. Was told the store was “too” busy (three people browsing) and they’d get to it eventually “maybe 30 minutes”. This isn’t how customer service works.
