It is incredibly difficult to get someone on the phone. Food is good but they really need to step up their service. The workers there do not even look like they want to work.

The place need alot of work it the place is dirty makes you feelnlike the food is prepared in an unsanitize kitchen.

The food is okay. Service could definitely be better. One time we called and was told they were closed before 9:30. Even though it was clearly not true. It has been harder and harder to continue to go to this establishment.

Stopped by for an early dinner place smells like a wet carpet had the parillada mix and it was as cold as the love for my ex wife. And prior to me paying had a roach scurry across the floor. Will not be back

A great authentic menu of traditional Mexican grilled meats. The service and the ambiance is totally down to earth as if in a small town in Mexico. My wife, who is originally from Monterrey, and I recommend this establishment.

Just ordered a grill for 6 people! To my surprise we got way less than, what it shouldve been. Weve ordered a smaller grill before and it fed 6 people. Very disappointed! Never again will our family support this business. Wish I could give them a negative star!!! Ppl pls open your big orders at the restaurant, before taking it out..

Visited Brownsville location, did not get to eat there due to lack of service. Manager walked pass my husband and I and did not attend or attempt to acknowledge that we were waiting for service. The McAllen location is phenomenal, great costumer service and delicious food.

The food here is very good. They have a very homey feel. Like eating at your mamas house.

Worst customer service. It took them 45 min to make 4 tacos.

First of all, customer service is god awful. I tried to place an order and he acted as if he couldn’t understand me when the guy clearly spoke English and Spanish when I confronted him inside. Then he hung up on me and decided to ignore my phone calls. They purposely over cooked my steak, and the vegetables don’t even look good. This used to be my hidden gem and now it’s a nightmare. I will never go back to this place again and I will leave a bad review on every app possible. Don’t ever go there. The customer service sucks !!!!!

Waiter rude and full of excuses for poor service. Mexican resturant that never heard of queso ? Food was cold and atmosphere undesirable.

They may take long to answer their phones, but the food is so amazing that when they deliver it to your house, it’s still warm, and amazing as ever.

Clients beware. This place will overcharge you on your meal. They charge taxes on top of taxes and and justify themselves by saying they are charging you 2.00 for a takeout container and plastic bag. Check your receipt and do the math. Its just doesnt add up. I will be notifying the city about improper sales tax overcharge.

I have been coming to this place every time I want a good size beef fajita parrillada, because the are like the originals, srving it to go with torillas, carro beans, 2 salsas, and key limes, so you have everything for a dinner. Went here, and had the tacos for $6. Got 6 great tacos. Filled me up. Fast service and it was good. Would come back

Platters are good, you should open one in San Antonio on the south side not the north side

Been a customer since 2012. Great service. Amazing food. Their water Is awesome too. The waiters are also fast and friendly. Over the phone they also take my orders and 15 minutes wait.. when they deliver and something isnt right they make up for it right away. Thank you kikis!

Very attentive waiters. The food is actually full of flavor and its pretty inexpensive. I ordered a meal that looked and was priced for one but ended up getting almost a family meal, and everything was delicious.

This is another hole in the wall restaurant with very delicious food that I like to advertise for the masses. If you want fajitas, there is none better. Specializing in authentic North Mexican street tacos including fajitas, mollejas, tripa, & bistec topped with cilantro, avocado, and onions. You can also look for other items such as stuffed baked potatoes, rib eye steaks and bbq chicken. My favorite is fajita plate. On Sundays you can get barbacoa tacos too. Yum yum. There are a few Kikis out there, but this restaurant is the original. I feel it is the best. Oh yeah, speaking of the best- the beans are AWESOME. Enjoy, you will not be disappointed.

Ordered ahead for pick up at window and when I got back to office, order was wrong and I was over-charged. Fajita plate did not have tortillas. Employees need to pay more attention.

They messed up on my 2 plate order and they did not returned my money. This place are full of thieves!

You are better off cooking the fajita yourself or going somewhere else. The prices are ridiculous now. Not to mention, as soon as the governor allowed the forming of restaurants, the restaurant stopped offering drive thru pick up. Also, dont you dare pay with a credit card. They will charge you more without telling you.

I love their family botana platters. very reasonably priced and very well served. I have only done takeout with them so dont know about the dining experience.

No complaints on the food but the service is another story. It is no where near up to par. I called in an order and they told me 20 minutes to prepare the kikis nachos, tacos de pastor and queso flameado. I arrive 30 minutes later and they had the nachos and queso flameado ready. They said the tacos would be out shortly. 20 minutes later my Tacos finally come out.(Total 50 minutes) By this time my nachos are extremely soggy and cold. Will not be oredring tacos again as they appear to be hard to make.

Very bad service with my takeout order. They said it would take 15 minutes for my order to be ready, and it turned out to be a 45 minute wait. When I asked the cashier why it took so long, he ends up saying that my order was a hard order to make.....only because I ordered 3 different meats in one of my 6 orders?!? I call bull on that, but whatever
