Approaching the playground tables, filthy. Nobody seems to clean that area. Hand sanitizer is tapped on a pole with no hand sanitizer. The one before entering the playground is broken and there is a sign that says it is mandatory to sanitize before entering. Although they have it broken and empty. They have one high chair for toddlers and it is sitting next to a trash can and it is filled with spider webs and dirt. Their is trash all dugged in the play ground sand. Some of the chairs are marked with bird droppings. It’s very gross, how can people enjoy to eat like that. It’s very unsanitary. It makes you wonder how the kitchen is. The bathroom is always out of order too.

The staff try there best to keep orders coming out but it does get very busy at times the food is good.

I waa disappointed to see that my bacon and egg breakfast burrito had 1/4th the amount of egg than the location in Harlingen. However the staff was friendly. But Ill probably never come for breakfast knowing I can get a bigger burrito for the same price elsewhere.

Sonic is a hit or miss. Sometimes they forget something in your order but its not too much to worry about because they always fix it. Its understandable since they always seem to be under staffed. Their food and drinks never dissapoint and are usually consistent across the board.

I aways love getting food from them, i always get the long foot quarter hotdog with mozzarella sticks and for drink a grape slushie with nerds.

I would usually give you guys 5 stars, but this last time I went was horrible. I had ordered 2 medium blasts, but I got half what I usually get. The cups werent even filled, and they didnt give me spoons. I had to ask for some. Also one detail of one of the blasts, it was basically filled with air. It only had icecream in the middle of the cup and it literally came with alot of space. I had also ordered a slushy, but they gave me tiny straws to drink it with. Why? I dont know, you guys had given me a bigger straw with the red white and blue slushy. I will continue to go because I love your guys icecream, but I hope service is better next time.

Bad experience. I wasnt the only one. The car next to us followed up on their order and it was never made. They left. We ordered soft drinks with ice cream and it was all wrong. We waited about 1/2 hour and I had to call for a car hop. Only then were we told that their soft drinks were not working. Wasted a whole hour there. Shouldve gone to Dairy Queen!

This is a great place to bring the family. My kids play a lot and have so much fun. We were there at 8 pm and they have milk shakes half off. That was awesome. Kids had fun, wife and I had some shakes. Played and laughed. It was a great time.

Signage says $6.59 but was charged $8.07. Spoke with server who spoke with manager who said it was $8.07. This is a rip off and then they give a supposed $2.00 discount because its tuesday thinking you are getting a deal! Pass! Next time heading to stars or elsewhere.

One of my favorites hamburgers in town. I always order a regular cheeseburger and Im very happy everytime I do it. Good meat flavor, all ingredients (lettuce, tomatoes, onion). Try any of their milkshakes you wont regret it.

The playground has a strong smell of vomit coming from the trash cans everytime i go. Other than that the chili cheese tots are awesome... right before i go vomitose

Had not been to Sonic in weeks due to them changing the pickles so before i ordered i asked if they had the originals pickles and they said yes so i ordered a burger and we got home and yuck!! So wont be going back any time soo .

My husband ordered an order shake and added caramel. They didnt add the caramel. I ordered the new trick or treat vanilla blast. It was so disappointing. All they put was m&ms. Then I get half way down and there is nothing. I dont want to go back to sonic anymore. Not good service. The only thing I can say was good was they got our order out pretty quick.

Sonic is a solid 4 star but if I could I would give it a 4.5. The food is very delicious and to me is on par with What-a-burger. I tried out combo #3 and it was humongous. The meat was juivy and the fries were the right amount of crisp. Thr only problem was the wait, but it was worth it in my mind. I highly recommend Sonic to those who have not tried it yet.

Had a very negative experience the last couple of times that I have dined at Sonic. It was extremely busy and had to wait a very long amount of time compared to the usual wait time. Also the employees messed up my order entirely, not placing some items in my order entirely, and getting others switched up with orders we didnt make.

The desserts are really good, but difficult to order because their English is not so good

Pretty straight forward restaurant. You park your car and you order. You can now pay before your food comes out through the terminal which I thought was a great way to do things considering theres other places that work similarly to Sonic and they are way behind as far as convenience goes. The staff is very nice and the food comes out pretty quickly. The burgers are great, but I feel like the hotdogs and the corn dogs are what make this place stand out as far as food goes. Ive heard they also have delicious desserts here, but I have never really tried them since I usually just go here to eat food. I recommend this place for quick delicious fast food!

I had a long day at work and I needed something to eat so I stopped by Sonic for a quick bite. It was really late and they were starting to close up for the night but I still placed my order just in time. When the carhop brought my food out he was super nice and he seemed to genuinely love and care about what he does. I believe his name was Justin, he asked me about my day and I ranted to him about how stressful it was and he told me to not give up and to rest up when I get home. I dont know why but this young man made my day, I was so happy with the service I went out of my car and asked to talk to a manager because of how polite Justin was towards me. Then I had a chance to talk to him and I told him hes gonna go far in life with his attitude and the respect he has. I just wanted to say that he honestly made my night and that sonic has the best customer service in all of RGV. Their employees are really nice and caring and theyd do anything to help you be satisfied. I hope he gets recognized for the amazing job he does and I hope yall really go out to sonic and ask for him. His big smile and caring charisma would make your day.

Do not go and eat there today 6/16/2019 fathers day. Dont know if the cook does not want to be working today or the manager is incompetent. We ordered 3 burger combos, all three patties were burnt and dry, all 3 orders or tots were what seemed to be re friend maybe. I hope we dont get diahrea. Never had a worst meal.

Pretty great sonic! Very consistent with delicious food. Its pricey, but the store has no control over that. Bottom line is if you want a HUGE burger that is hot and fresh, this is a great place to go. I recommend the chili cheese dog and tater tots. OH and if you love green tea they have cold peach green tea!!

I ordered a waffle cone with Snickers candy and a caramel drizzle to satiate my sweet tooth. I figured it was a cheaper version of the song master blasts. I liked that the interactive screens work better to pay. Everything looked clean outside considering it was almost 10pm. I love sonic especially with those deals where two can dine in their cars at a special price.

Food is okay for the price- burger patties are way too thin (order a double meat to taste the beef). Playground is fun for kids but the sand has been littered with trash every time we have gone. I feel like an hourly scheduled cleaning should be implemented during peak times.

Outstanding place for quality cheap food. Filled me up. The staff was very helpful and observant. Feels similar to a cafe in Chicago I loved.
