Accepted a picture of my card and license since I forgot my wallet. Lady was friendly. 5 starsGuy insisted that your are suppose to use smaller tubes than what the tire is and to some degree you can. A proper size tube doesnt actually touch the tire everywhere with just a little air. It still needs to expand with the pressure. A tube meant for a smaller tire basically means over inflated thinned out tubes. I wouldnt have driven from San benito to Brownsville for a 3.25 tube for a 5.10 tire when I asked for a 5.10 tube and they said they had it. If size didnt matter there wouldnt be different size tubes. I asked for a bigger tube but he kept on with that was the correct size. I was there and paid for what I asked for not for this will fit. 1 star

I purchased a shadow and added a sissy bar and shield with purchase. I took owner 2 weeks to get the extras I requested. Here didnt want to refund for items. When they came in here then told me he didnt have anyone to install shield it was going to take him another two weeks to install. So I told him I would install out myself. I called him on Tuesdayand asked him if my plates were in, he told me they will be in on Wednesday. When I arrived plates were not on. This will be the last time I will shop there. I would have given minus stars of available.

I stopped by Brownsville Sports Center the other day just to check out what motorcycles they had on the floor. I was surprised by the selection. I used to live in Miami where motorcycle shops had wall to wall filled with motorbikes. But those shops also have 10 times the business and a lot more people who can afford the them. Brownsville Sports Center had the best Honda selection anyone could ask for and if there was a Honda they did not have there, they are more than happy to get you onto the Honda you desire. Great experience and amazing customer service. I will be doing business with them in the future.

I custom ordered some goggles to cover my glasses while riding. I had worn the glasses I was going to be wearing while riding the bike into the shop. I asked if they would fit and he told me that they would. I orded the goggles and when they arrived, they didnt fit over my glasses. I asked about a refund and was told that there were no refunds on custom orders. I left dissapointed.

Very Very very horrible place. I BEG anyone who is thinking of going to this bike shop to PLEASE NOT GO. they were VERY rude and completely ripped me off. Gave me a DEAD battery (checked by multiple mechanics) and blamed my motorcycle for the problems. I’m a New rider so I was looking for advice and help and they completely took advantage of me. Really regret going to this shop. If I could leave negative stars I would. It started when I walked in looking for a peice on my bike and right from the start the man was just rude. Not paying attention to me just because I was the only person in the shop. Paying more attention to the news paper he had in his hand than the customer. Answered “no.” With out even looking my way. So I just left, disappointed.About a week later my battery died so I called the shop asking about battery’s, my personal battery was completely dead so I wanted to buy a new one. Charged me $95 for a new battery and I asked the employee to stop by my house to put the battery in my bike him self because I’m a fairly new rider and wanted to make sure a professional put it the correct way. He charged me an extra $50 to only PUT THE BATTERY INTO THE BIKE. As soon as he put the battery into the bike he left my house litterly 3 seconds after he put the battery. Once I tried taking the bike out it was completely dead. After just putting the “new battery” so I called the employee & the shop BOTH were very disrespectful and just refused to come and check the battery on my bike, they both said IT WAS MY BIKE that something was wrong NOT THE BATTERY. So after the next couple days I took the battery to McAllen Motor Sports to check the bike and once again they told me the battery was no good. They put on a new battery and it worked perfectly. This whole time THEY GAVE ME A DEAD BATTERY. I paid $150 for their horrible service and a dead battery. Please no one go to their shop, really the most horrible service I’ve ever had anywhere.

Tom the owner, definitely lacks customer service skills. No wonder the shop is always empty! Hes had a 2012 Goldwing sitting in his showroom for over 2.5 years. Who wants to buy from a sour-puss? For example, after quoting me $67 to change the rear tire on my Kawasaki (and of course I understand its a Honda dealer!), he asked me if my bike had saddlebags which I responded in the affirmative. He insinuated thered be a slightly higher cost, but to give him a call before bringing it in. I called today and spoke with an older gentleman who told me to bring it in. As soon as Tom saw my bike (a 2012 Kawasaki Vulcan Nomad 1700 in mint condition), he almost suffered a heart attack saying, I cant do it, no I cant do it... no I wont do it. That certainly wasnt the tone, and much less, the attitude I expected from someone who TOLD ME days before that he could definitley change it! Youll also find that his prices are much higher since his inventory is a whole lot smaller. So if youre looking for a crabby attitude, poor customer service orientation, Toms Honda dealer is the ideal place for you. If youre not, check out the San Antonio and Dallas Honda dealers where youll find lower priced bikes from professionals who really want to sell.

Terrible customer service. Son of owner tells you lies. They are a certified Honda dealer that only works on bikes IF they want to. Have an Elite 80 scooter that needed carb work. Now remind you...its a HONDA...yet they wouldnt work on it at all. Im reporting them to Honda corporate. They are ridiculous. Shouldnt be allowed to represent the Honda name. Period

I agree with Mr.Colon. 2012 Goldwing at the asking price? Really? I took my new Goldwing for a part under warranty. He told me he will not do it since Honda doesnt pay him for it. So much for warranty work. Customer skills are non-existent. I went to McAllen Motor Sports (MMS). Now they are great. Anyone wanting to buy a motorcycle or get service needs to go there to MMS. I also have a VTX-1300 that will soon need tires. Guess where I am NOT going.
