Terrible experience. Went in n purchased 4x4s and 3 boxes of screws on a Friday n was told they would deliver Monday. They delivered the 4x4s but no screws. Called and spoke to two salesmen n one lady n they fail to call me back re screws. A week later. I go back to get credit. It yook 45 mons to get a check tefund. RidiculousA week

Mr Rocha is a very nice company employee. He is friendly and helpful in taking your lumber order. El clavo has good lumber and good building materials and good prices.

Were recovering from Hurrican Hanna and supplies are scarce; prices were a bit higher than other local stores but they had what I needed when no one else did. Friendly staff.
