I looked for a year for the right mattress. I going it in 10 min there with the help of the manager. We bought 3 mattress, 3 covers, and 2 pillows. The manager worked with us on bigger discounts, plus we got 4 years interest free financing. I recommend going if you have body pain and an old mattress.

I went into this store solely to purchase a pillow. I went directly to where the pillows were and began testing it out. Decided to purchase a medium snow pillow. However the clerks that were there convinced me to purchase the firm one as over time i would be better off they said. So I decided to go with their advise and purchased the $90 pillow. As I was purchasing the pillow, I asked about the warranty just in case and was told I have a 1yr warranty. I said ok and completed my purchase. I was in and out in less than 10mins. When I got home and popped the pillow out of the box and plastic, the pillow expanded to my surprise. Anyways I placed a cover on the pillow and tried to rest my head on it. The pillow was waaaaay to high for my head. It was very awkward and firm. So I placed the pillow back in its plastic and box and said Ill return it.So today I went back to the store to return the pillow. The clerk that was there said that they do not accept returns and do not give refunds. I was shocked. This is 2020 and this store does not protect their consumers, only themselves. The clerk went on to say its on my receipt. I told her you only get a receipt after a purchase. Then she pointed to a sign at the exit that stated there will be no funds for exchanges all purchases are final. Need I say this sign was not visible from the outside but only when youre exiting the store. As I looked around the store I notice there was similar signs posted on the support beams but in the Spanish language the only other English sign that I saw was at another exit door facing the inside of the store and not visible from the outside as you walk in. A business that wanted to protect the consumers will post a sign at the check out desk so that their consumers can clearly notice the sign. I asked the clerk about the warranty and she couldnt give me a clear answer. She said she could look it up online. But came to find out this is a local business so they do what they want. You would expect a mattress store should have some kind of return or exchange program as youre selling a product that is not cheap and plays an important role in a your consumers health. If you are going to purchase anything from this store, beware of their policies before spending your hard earn cash here. I donated the pillow to a local homeless man.

Sales person was very knowledgeable, honest, and attentive even when others were in the store and he was the only sales person . Overall it was a great experience. Highly recommended.👍👍👍

Beware of any store that runs a TV commercial with a Fat, Big Mouth, Dumb looking kid with bad English trying to hock you a mattress !!! Hey, but maybe you get a dozen tamalies with your purchase if you sign away your warranty ?
