My husband and I experienced car troubles after a long two day cross-country road trip. Ed was extremely helpful. After the diagnostic testing he informed us that they unfortunately wouldn’t be able to complete the necessary work. However, he allowed us to wait for our ride/tow in the AC, let us charge our phones, and was very hospitable and friendly. He made our experience less stressful and we truly felt he did all he could for us. Thank you, Ed.

As an essential worker I had to go to work last week in the ice and snow. When I got ready to leave my tires were low. The guys at Firestone were great, they quickly put the correct amount of air in my tires even though it was snowing and freezing cold outside.

Fantastic service! Answered all my questions listened to my thoughts and provided the best service at a great price! If you ever get stranded with car problems or just need a place for a general fix this is the place to go.

We are always greeted with a smile and made to feel important. Everything is always explained to us before there are any extra necessary services performed. Our safety is a priority for them. Super friendly staff!

Firestone has a comfortable bench outside in front of the of the store near the front door and me and other that still have to walk and get of walking we are aloud to set there and look across the street at the nice hotel with the nice car lot of nice trucks and cars to cause us to wish we was wealthy to go buy one of those nice new truck and then we would drive to the Firestone tire shop to have our tires check to see if they need to be reline and maybe ask some questions about anything else that I can think of ask about and then when I am through I will drive the near Burts Out let store to buy clothes and maybe other things and then walk next door to Aldi foods and buy somethings and then go get in my new truck and then drive to the nearby Walmart store to buy new swim suits and other things and then go get in my truck and drive to that nearby hotel to get some rooms for me and my two adult children so that we can go swimming at the hotels swimming pool then go back to our rooms, take baths, rest and then get up and get dressed in our new clothes and then drive around and come back so we can go eat at our local Underwoods restraunt thats next door to that car lot thats next door to that Hotel thats across the street from the Firestone tire shop that is also nice inside with all there nice new tires on display for peoples needs for tires and most things pretainng to tire needs and they have clean restrooms and they give good friendly service too.

My rental car had a tire deflating every 24 hours. When I called the rental car company emergency number (unbeknowst to me) the rental company gave me a repair shop in Abilene which was too far away.I went to Firestone, they were courteous and thorough, even indentifying the tires on my rental were used beyond the company standard. They replaced my tire so I could continue, even though they could not get anyone with the car company on the phone.Thank you so much for making lemonade out of lemons and ensuring I was safe.

Great work and service. I had some repairs done here. Within 2 weeks it broke again due to bad parts. They fixed it again at no additional cost. Wes is awesome!!

Amazing customer service!We were driving through on our way to visit family over spring break and our car broke down about 13 miles outside of town. After we got a tow to Firestone, they were able to quickly diagnose the problem and help us get on our way.

They helped me fix my car super fast while I was passing through! So nice!

If I could give this place 20 stars I would!!! I was coming from Dallas with a trailer and 4 horses headed to Arizona. I had a blow out and it was right when everyone closed. I was 12 miles from Abilene. I called 10 other places who would only have to stay 5 mins later and they all said no. As a last ditch effort I called the Brownwood Firestone. Wes (the manager) didn’t even think twice about saying yes to stay and help me! He waited 45 mins after they closed for me to get there! Brandon the service tech was polite, knowledgeable, and worked quickly to get us back on the road with 4 new tires. Thank you again guys for your excellent help and customer service!

This place is slow and has no idea what schedule their people are on. Poor poor service.

This place is nothing but a scam. Went in for a simple state inspection which took them over an hour to complete. While watching through the window they tried every way to find “issues” with my pickup so they could try and BS me into having fixed. Absolute joke and this store gives firestone tires a bad name. Do not waste your time with this place.

Wow. Not even once.

My car drives drives so much better now. Its great to set an appointment and when I get there they are ready for me. They even offered me a cup of hot coffee. Everything was done so efficiently, the oil change, fixing the flat tire, etc. I think when they fixed my flat they even rotated the tires. The sales advisor referenced me by name several times while I was waiting. What a great place to count on for all these years.

Ive bought Firestone tires for years and I buy them here now. Look for coupons online for oil changes, front end alignments, auto repairs like brakes and more. Everyone has been very friendly like April at the front check-in area. I got my tires pressure checked/aired up and my Texas auto inspection. The only complaint is the bathroom could use a remodel. :)

We had a break-down over the recent holiday and your shop in Brownwood was the only one open the day after Thanksgiving. I ended up quitting from there this week from working there for 2 months, me and my wife moved from Odessa texas and it took me a month to just get hired on, the worse part is being lied to about pay having to wait a month to get pay set up, I had 3 checks lost in the mail simply because of the mistakes that they made, they are over priced and exaggerate, doing a courtesy check, for instance air filter coolant flush and break flushes are a joke, first thing they will go for to take your money and a waist of time for the customer, good co workers Ive worked with if you go ask for steve or Russell, but over all management is terrible and the bridgestone company is a joke

Fair on price and work completed was done properly. No hassle or pressure on the parts that truly needed to be replace. Straight forward on service and staff was polite.

Where to buy a second Interstate Battery it said the coupon would not work because they had to install it so it wouldnt save me nothing. So I left I watch my sales then let me purchase One Last Time same coupon that this guy didnt want my business. Im glad other places sell Interstate wont be back here though.

Will not be bringing any more vehicles here. Its now almost 5:00pm and Ive been here since noon for a simple oil change.

I made an appointment because they were busy the day before and I still waited for over 30 minutes for them to begin working on my car. I needed an oil change and it took them over 2 hours to get my car back to me. On top of that the employees seem to just be walking around doing nothing. Do not come here unless you want to leave highly annoyed and irritated.

Sloooooooooooooooow 6 hrs to put on 4 tires, change oil, and allignment. People are friendly everyrhing was done correctly.

Terrible service....only 2 vehicles a head of us...it took 3 hours to put on 4 tires......! Not enough employees for the work that they scheduled!!!I felt sorry for an elderly Mexican man who only had 2 tires to put on and he waited 3 1/2 hours before they finished him....it felt like they were discriminating against this poor man!The only good thing I can say is the manager did go out and help when it was obvious that things were out of control on being timely completed!

Over all I believe Firestone and Bridgestone are great companies. I have no problem with them, and even look forward to using their services again. However, I will never return to the Brownwood, Texas location after dealing with Wes the General Manager from Lincoln, Nebraska. He lied to me. Wasted my time, and munipulated a situation until it was good for me to pay money without caring about my needs.I have emailed my full complaint to the Bridgestone corporate office & I will await their response instead of getting into a bickering match and blowing everything out of proportion on a public review.Thank you, and have a nice day.

All the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had the best parts for my truck the manager Weston drove 5 hrs to pick up the parts that I need in order to make sure that was the best parts for me. thank you.

Beware. They will try to sell you things that do not need to be replaced. No doubt they prey on women and the elderly.

They checked all 4 tires during our freezing weather and didnt charge me !

If I wasnt a mechanic, this is where I would take my vehicle. ALL mechanics are ASE certified.

We bought a used tire from somewhere else and from what we were told the tire was 17 years old and was already splitting open, they changed our.

Took only 15 minutes to have my car inspected.

Do not go for wheel alignment here. Dont know what they are doing.
