Normally I hate going to Walmart. Today I am grateful to Walmart for providing my covid booster. The process was quick and easy. THANK YOU WALMART!

I love the great value brand that walmart carries! I love the deli and the bakery,they have awesome bread and cold meats, but what I really enjoy is when I order online and all I have to do is pick up my groceries! Employees are so helpful and they have friendly smiles and greets you with kindness, thank you walmart staff for all that ya do! 👍👍👍

It was good but I have a flat tire now and I dont have any other way to get a new tube

Customer service was very rude and would not call a manager for me to speak to when I asked for one. All this over a price match something i do often so I understand how it works they dont match other walmart store prices or any online walmart clearance prices as well as anything not sold by walmart online it has to be sold by walmart I get that that is very clear to me just like its to each managers discretion at each store on their return policy. Needless to say at the end my price match was honored after giving me a hard time. This was a terrible experience worst Ive ever had at a walmart and I shop at a lot of Walmarts

For the most part the employees are nice, some are very bubbly and welcoming 😀 the amount of times I have been offered help because of my wheelchair is truly overwhelming. The electric carts always seemed charged enough and there are plenty of them... this will keep my handicapped butt happy

Great experience as usual with grocery pickup. Theyre fast (usually have my order within 10 minutes of arriving), the order is accurate, and fresh foods are always just that - fresh. The staff are friendly and polite. One of the better Walmarts Ive been to in the country.

This has to be one of the top Walmart Pharmacies in the country. They are always quick to fill prescripts and notify you when they are ready. Friendly staff understands customer service. Its obvious they function as a team. Hopefully their corporate office realizes what they have here!

I so love country Walmarts instead of City Walmart this store is really nice and clean most of the employees are incredibly helpful and nice so country living at its best thanks Walmart

For me the reason why I love it there is because thats where my Mama and I would go along with Daddy and just enjoy each others.company at Burger King ... I think of my Mom when I go there she loved Wal Mart

Convenient just wished it was back opened to 24 hrs a day. Was better us late nighters who cant sleep.

Didnt give 5 stars because for the second week in a row, Walmart is out of #2 coffee filters and I finally had to order them online when I would have much preferred to pick them up in the store. Everything else was fine.

I usually visit this Wal-Mart between 1pm and 3pm. There are an abundance of self check-out stations so Ive never had to wait more than 1 min at max to check-out

Walmart in Brownwood does a really good job of keeping things stocked. My opinion of Walmart overall I think they are screwing people cross-sided. With all this curb shop shopping. Im sure they went up on the price of everything they sell. to pay for the people that do the shopping for the lazy people. so if you shop the old fashioned way and go in the store and get your groceries youre paying more because someone wants to be lazy.

There is no politeness in those employees at all. I was feeling really uncomfortable with the treatment, especially because of my skin color. Other than that, the store was fine, I found everything I needed. By the way, the parking lot is super accessible and comfortable.

Most are friendly and helpful but there are a few exceptions depending on which day and what time you shop

Great place to find what you need! When it comes to cleanliness, it is definitely sub-par! They either need to hire more maintenance people, or they need to retrain their people on how to properly clean!

I go grocery shopping there every week. Everything that I have got has been good. When they have it in stock.

I have worked and lived all over Texas, and this is by far the worst Walmart or major store I have been too. They are always out of very basic things, and will tell you to just order it online, and pick up in store. If Im ordering something why would I pick it up in store and not my mailbox. Nothing is organized and things are in the most random places. Its sad that big box stores are killing small business, and in turn we are left with no other choice but to come to places like Walmart. The manager should be ashamed of how this store is.

Tire Tech was amazing, you could tell he was stressed but he never let that influence his attitude or service provided. I think his name was Terry but not positive.

Was told Brownwood was a small town, didnt look so small and had a walmart with everything!!!

Went there to do general shopping. And also to get tires rotated and balanced on my vehicle. The service writer did not do his job properly and take all the information. I requested a rotate and balance. Only thing that was done to the tires was rotated.

It is always crowded. Changed a lot of stuff around, if they would just leave things where they usually are it would be much easier.

I rely on walmart. Have only been exclusively going to Walmart for 2 years now. Sometimes it is hard to find certain things like tim tams

Never noone to help you,never have what u need on shelves,toy section is always empty,always too many carts and pallets on floor all day hard to get around in store because of it,cashiers up front almost never greet you or even look at you

I really like the convenience of shopping online with Walmart. I received some strange substitutes, i.e. artificially sweetened grapefruit sections rather than a fresh grapefruit, and the salad me mixes were expiring the day I received them. But I did receive a credit for those. All in all I am very pleased with the service and products. I would just like to know why it seems to be impossible to get GV virgin, unrefined Cocoanut oil for the past month at neither of 2 stores. Seems strange.

Overall good experience returning a TV. Management was very helpful. BIG EXCEPTION-Margaret in customer service was the rudest even hateful person I have ever dealt with. She was belligerent because we forgot the remote. She was even yelling at me across the area as my husband explained it would take us about 2 hrs to go and get the remote. Tell me what to do. I need someone to tell me what to do. We had no problem with the policy, but her presentation was UNCALLED FOR.

Always hot never any help but hey its Walmart they dont care.

Its OK. Coming from the west coast, this is a very large Walmart and I had a hard time finding associates to help, but that isnt saying much during this time where many are in need of workers.

Busy but customer service was spot on. Ran in for a few items and right back out in no time!

I dont go into Walmart much so I dont know if its normal for the employees to be unfriendly. I did though have contact with a really nice lady that worked there, so not all the employees are unfriendly.

A little crowded. Short handed most of the time. Isles are hard to get thru sometimes because of stock sitting in the middle of the walkway. Half of the employees wont ask if you need help. Not really a good experience for me.

All I can say is LAME! Not one checkout lane open. All self checkout. After a very long day who wants to scan all their groceries and look up sku numbers for produce? Yellow vest wearing employees were little to no help!

I couldnt use walmart pay because my card was locked yet i wasnt made to fill bad the cashier tried everything to help me and to make me feel good I walked out there that sad but that was because of my card not because of any one in the store even though i was sad I still had a smile because I felt like the cashier tried so hard and I really appreciated that

The prices are a little steeper after the winter storms and still have not returned to normal. Some representatives are not people persons as were very rude to another customer as they were asking questions about products

Its obvious that this Walmart is ran by a good management team that live by Sam Waltons rule that the customer is always right and the most important part of any business and great customer service is key to success. Every employee is friendly, professional and go out of their way to help me. When Ive asked to speak to a manager they treat me like I matter and srent too high up to come and take care of the smallest complaint or wuestion.

Waited 2.5 hours for 1 tire to be changed and a light bulb to be put in. I was the second person in line for tire change.

No masks required. No social distancing in the pharmacy waiting area. Otherwise, a typical small town Walmart.
