Im car was hit in a parking lot. I was in a handy cap spot and someone hit my car and on the right side taking it out and in grooves to front and back and middle right side. So they fixed it

A teenager T boned me while on his cell phone. I had to have a substantial amount of work done on the exterior of my beautiful Chevy Tahoe that I had just recently purchased. It was devastating to me. I had a friend that told me he went to Marksman just recently for some body work and they did a wonderful job. I promptly called them and they helped me sort the entire ordeal out. They also did a FANTASTIC JOB on my Tahoe. I am thrilled!!!!!! Looks brand new!

Was pleasantly surprised with how helpful, and knowledgeable marksman staff was. Made me feel very comfortable by explaining to me the timing of my vehicles repairs would be done. Also helped me with my insurance and rental car . Quality of body repairs were impressive. Would recommend this shop.

John and the team did a great job repairing our Nissan. We had a fair amount of damage to the left and right quarter panel as well as the rear. The assessment and coordination with the insurance (USAA) was painless and the work was done surprisingly quickly. The work was immaculate and it honestly looks better than when we bought it. He picked up a very clean and good looking car. Thanks so much for all the great work!

Because I left them a bad review they took me into the back office to try to intimidate and bully me into taking down the review. Refused to give me keys until I took down review. Car was already paid for. No reason to keep my keys. They also removed that negative post somehow. Next time say we heard you had a bad experience I apologize for that. Is there anything we can do to fix that? Instead they deny deny deny and lie lie lie. Kept saying I was lying that I brought my car back 8 times. My bad it was 6. Every time I brought it back they said they never touched that area or said it was acceptable. Go somewhere else there’s more professional places out there. Don’t waste your time or money.

I have had Marksman do two jobs. One on my former SUV, and one on my current car. I can’t say enough how professional, and great everyone is there. I came in, and then did an estimate right away, and got everything going. The work they do is outstanding. Pam in the office, and the other staff are fantastic. If you call in, they tell you what’s going on, and push to get your vehicle done. I can’t say enough of how great they really are. There is no other body shop that I will go too. Great job!

We had work done on two of our cars at Marksman due to accidents.I can not speak highly enough of the place. They are professional, courteous, and most importantly do great work in the timeline they discuss and after an accident the last thing you need is to worry about how and when your car will be fixed. Peace of mind is another statement that describes them well. Mark, the owner, explained the work they needed to do and the time it will take and kept they word. Pam and all of the front desk associates were awesome too.They work with all the insurance companies and arrange car rental pick up and drop off seamlessly. Wow . . . 100% impressed with Mark and everyone at Marksman Auto Body! When my boyfriend and I came to pick-up my truck, he was outside putting the finishing touches . . . Tire Wet and all, as if I just detailed it myself. Mark was a joy to get to know and had spectacular stories about his powerboat racing career! Truck looks like brand new which I am thankful for -- considering it is a lease. Would not hesitate to refer anyone to this conscientious, friendly and meticulous auto body shop. Never heard a word about delays and/or issues or from State Farm during entire process. Truck back in time frame they promised, no delays.

I was rear-ended in a collision and Subaru and State Farm both recommended Marksman Auto Body. Everything was explained to me in detail, all questions were answered, they helped me set up the schedule to have my rental there for me the morning I had to drop off my car and it was a smooth, fast process. The work they did was amazing, you cannot tell the rear panel was replaced, and they cleaned up my car, which was totally NOT expected, but obviously appreciated. I was able to leave the rental with them and take my car and get back on with my life. Highly recommended.

Brought my rear-ended Ford Focus to Marksman Auto Body after an initial helpful call with Ms. Pam. After reaching the shop, Mr. Mark immediately jumped in and asked for necessary details and was extremely courteous. He was very calm, composed and walked me through the process they follow for repairing the car. It took them exactly 2 days to complete the repair 9 (as promised). Also, collaborated with Enterprise Car Rental for my pick-up and drop. Helped me understand repairs and corresponding costs. Had to take back multiple times. Bed was on crooked, tailgate was jammed and would fall down over bumps, new damaged exhaust parts were installed. Just stay away. Theres no need for this agravation. Just fix it right, like its your own and you wouldnt have to redo repairs. The bumper trim that was replaced already fell off because it wasnt lined up properly and the mounting tabs were broke so they just left it. I had to take it to another body shop to have it fixed right.

Took my car in to repair a door ding about a month ago. They were professional and very nice but the job done was subpar. I can easily tell where the repair was made. Couple weeks after it was done i notice the chrome trim on the door under the window had a couple dings in it. I took it back to them and they apologized and replaced it but i noticed it crooked now. I just let it go and left. The weather has been bad lately so today was the first time i washed the car and theres swirl marks all over the door they repaired. Swirl marks i assume from the buffer they used. Their attention to detail is nonexistent!! They used to have a good reputation. I would never take my vehicle there again. I gave them 2 stars because they were polite but otherwise im very unsatisfied.

Mark and his staff are consummate professionals with fast and friendly service. Their work is top quality that comes highly recommended for people around a tri-county area. Kudos!

These guys were great. They fixed the front fender on my 2014 Chrysler 300c which had scrapes, scuffs and dents from hitting a tire retread which was laying in the highway, in the dark. My work was done on time and well within budget. They contacted me regularly to let me know that I could expect the vehicle back and even that Id need an additional $75 item, which was appreciated. When I went to pickup the car, they were holding the door open for an elderly couple, which sums up the people at Marksman. Great experience, highly recommended.

Im a college student that drives a 15 year old car, and I got into an accident that required a lot of work. I took it to Mark and Marksman and he worked with me for about a month and saved me ton of money while teaching me a lot in the process. Even though this was my first experience with being in an accident, I could not imagine there being a better person to help me out than Mark. He was very hands-on he selflessly walked me through some of the things I could do on my own. I have nothing but positive things to say about his service, and I would recommend him to anybody looking for the best service out there.

From going above and beyond to lining up a rental vehicle while my Tacoma was in for repairs, to the communication and honest timeframes given and most importantly the quality of their work while using warrantied oem replacement parts. Both times I’ve brought vehicles in for body repair and they leave Marksman as if if the accident had never occurred. Couldn’t be happier and can’t say thank you enough.

Marksman Auto Body has done work on my personal cars and company vehicles. His staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The quality of their work is excellent. They understood the damage and costs involved in repairing it better than the insurance company adjuster! An older plastic part on the door broke when they were taking it apart and they replaced it for free; even though it was old and brittle and really not their fault that it broke. Worst experience I have EVER had. The owner could not find me in the system and insisted that I was not in there AFTER his receptionists called me earlier in the week to tell me everything is in the computer and everything was set up with my insurance company. He made me feel like dirt beneath his shoe, like I did not know what I was talking about when in reality, it was him who just could not find me in the system. He said out loud, I will get a WOMAN to help you since i cant please you!! After I was in tears explaining everything to the woman, she typed my last name in the system and what do you know?!?! I popped up!! Terrible terrible terrible. I took my business elsewhere.

Was in the parking lot on a Saturday speaking with my adjuster and they saw me in the car locked the doors to the shop at 1145 and did not answer the phone when I tried to call. They were suppose to close at 1200. I needed information because they were referred to me by someone. Too bad I wont get a chance to rate them. I guess Ill be taking my business else where.

I have had my 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix repaired with Marksmen Autobody on two separate occasions and I was extremely pleased with the work that was performed. They paint over bugs on bumper they put used parts on your car. Put a used headlight in a week later bulb goes out.

This place was fast, professional, and fair-priced.

Worst experience with having the car repaired. Took almost two months to fix my car. When in did get it back the complete job was not done. Had to tow it back. When I did get it back a whole tank of gas was gone. Then they said a line had burst. I had that line fixed six months prior. I had to pay Parma another 300.00 dollar for that repair that was not really done by them. I took it back to my mechanic and showed him. He said they never touch the hose. You could clearly see it was not brand new. It had some road dirt that would not have happened if it was just changed. Plus the work they did on the. Body was questionable

A car should leave a body shop with less dents than it went in withOne would think a body shop would reduce the amount of dents on a vehicle, unfortunately this was not the case and my car acquired several new dents. After mentioning this to Mark Kowalski (owner)after immediately noticing the new dents from the road, he started denying it up and down and then began berating me, pointing out every other small scratch an dent on my vehicle and claiming that the new dents were probably there already, given that there are other imperfections on the vehicle. The dents in question are near the driver side handle, a piece of my vehicle they had to dismantle in order to fix damage to the door. They also called me three days in requesting that I pay an additional charge to fix damage to the door, I said, No, I already said I did not want that fix what you quoted me on and thats it. They were very persistent, which struck me as odd, but all became clear once I spotted the new dents from the road. While they are small and probably wont have put much of a dent in the resale value, this puts a huge dent in Marksman Autobodys reputation. When is it okay to berate a customer to avoid responsibility??? It wouldnt have been as bad if the owner would have admitted the mistake, but clearly Marksman chooses to insult and belittle a person who is dissatisfied with their service, rather than addressing their complaint
