Great communication via text through the whole process. Constant updates including once the vehicle got in the shop. It was done in less time than estimated staff was very friendly they did a great job on the car.

Everything went very well. There was a minor issue with the windshield and they offered to replace it or give me money off the repair. I appreciated their attention to this and their honesty.

You cannot, under any circumstances, speak to somebody at this particular business until you have an appointment scheduled. However; once that happens, you can expect to get absolutely bombarded with texts, emails, phone calls, etc. I have received over 20 and counting. In this regard they are worse than H+R Block. The tech did good work and showed up on time. Goodness though, enoughs enough please and thank you.

Had a replacement windshield put in at a different location an hour and a half away, but after a day noticed my rear view mirror was wobbly and rattling. Zach at this location very quickly tightened a loose screw in the mirror mount and noticed the glass was missing some Velcro. He fixed me right up and sent me on my way in minutes. Extremely professional and polite. Highly recommend

I found this location to be pretty easy to access. Carl inside at the front desk was helpful. Using my insurance was not an issue at all. I had to pay a deductible, but arrived early to my appointment and was seen early. Overall, I’m very pleased with the installation that was done on my windshield. Only improvement /suggestion I have from a customer standpoint is the restroom was very dirty and the water in the bathroom sink did not work. During COVID season, I found that to be an issue.

Was very frustrated with not being able to talk to anyone and was going to go with another company but my insurance goes through them, my insurance got me scheduled for a next day apt and that was great, but was still a little annoyed I couldnt call the store to ask exactly where they were, but luckily I had just driven passed it and found it as soon as I turned around.. HOWEVER, once I arrived the tech Thomas was Great. Very nice, knowledgeable and helpful, turned my whole experience around. Would recommend, Brunswick location.

Our appointment was on 6/23 @ 9:30. By 10:30 we were back on the road.We were very happy with the tech, Brian, who did our crack repair. He was professional, friendly, efficient and answered all of our questions!He was an awesome representative of his company!!

For Fathers day I treated my husband to a windshield repair. I paid/made his appointment online. He went to his appointment and the service tech said this windshield has already been replaced and repaired by Safelite, showed him the numbers on the windshield and said your good to go, and we will refund your payment. Wow!This was a class act and I will return to Safelite for any windshield repairs. Honest, fair and they usually have coupons you can find online!

Do not use this location! I made an appointment requesting replacement. Spent an hour on phone. Now told quote and appoint were made for repair. Now I am stuck figuring it out. They could care less.

1981 Chevy 10, a pretty straight forward install....or so you would think. The installer had no idea what he was doing and had to call his boss out to give him the tools that he needed to do the job. Wouldnt you get tools to do the job before you leave? Was not horribly impressed with the knowledge of the installer. Even after 4 hours and having to have his boss come out I still need to have the job redone because it wasnt done correctly

Came in just to get a new windshield. Just like the other people in here. They were gone In 45 mins. They paid cash. My insurance paid for the whole thing, so I didnt have to pay. Is that why the guy that came in after me, who had the same appointment time, who paid, left before me? Because he gave you guys money? I shouldnt have to wait over 2hrs for my windshield to be replaced.

My windshield chips looked so much better after they filled them. I have had this done before and it wasnt nearly as good of a result. They vacuumed my front mats and opened the door for me upon leaving....excellent service and very quick!

Took my new Ford F-150 there for a cracked windshield. The technician named Bill was very friendly and professional. He started my appointment right on time and replaced the windshield in less than one hour by himself. He did a fantastic job, the windshield looks great, and I am very happy and would recommend him to family and friends.

Im rating this company 2 stars. I had my windshield replaced and have ever since noticed these water marks that appear when its night time and raining. I stopped in to speak with a technician for professional advice concerning this issue. He kept changing stories from saying the windshield may need rain-x and then later went on to saying his professional opinion is that the window is not bad and the wipers may need replaced. I didnt understand why the technician would advise I spend time applying rain-x, if all he thought was the wipers needed replacing.The maybes and possibilities continued as I listened to the tech explain that its possible car washes may be responsible for the water marks. I wouldnt have doubted this logic, had I not had the experience of taking other vehicles installed with their original factory windows through the same car washes as I take my vehicle through. These other vehicles do not indicate any signs of windshield damage, as my vehicle does with a Safelite windshield installed on it.These marks have caused driving under the referenced weather conditions very difficult and potentially hazardous. After expressing my concern, the tech then offered to give me a set of new wipers to try out. I felt like there was some sort of set up and wasnt comfortable not paying for them. I decided to purchase the wipers, and asked the technician what the next steps of progression would be should they not solve the issue. He said he would be willing to do a warranty replacement, but only one time, for he felt the water marks will again return.

The explained the process and the outcome well. It was under$70 and took under an hour with an appointment I booked on line.

Very disappointed with the attitude of the rep that came to repair my windshield. Showed up, wasted my time to tell me it cannot be repaired, has to be replaced. Then rather than apologizing that it cannot be, is practically laughing when he sees the damage to my car and is correcting me on what cannot be repaired and what can when I told him what the rep on the phone told me. Told him if it has to be replaced to just give me their best cost, as someone I know contacted them about a replacement before and they gave that person a inflated price then called back with a better deal days later. Then he comes back with a price HIGHER than the quote I received over the phone when I originally set my apt and asked what the cost would be just to replace vs repair. This company is a joke if they think it is ok to lie to people, go back and forth on pricing and send out techs who think it is appropriate to act the way that this tech did. ( He scoffed when I told him absolutely not to the pricing he gave me and mentioned it was higher than what I was originally quoted and said it was not his decision to get it replaced).I believe his name was Giovanni as well.
