Pretty good fun for a mostly reasonable price. Would like to see them update their equipment, shoes were in poor condition. The arcade had only a couple of games functioning, the rest appeared to function and you would only realize when you tried to play it that the game was in fact out of order. The bar is decent. Despite these issues Id still come back, but next time I wont expect anything beyond a bowling experience.
Your hours say you are open until 11 pm!!!!On Wednesday clearly that is not the case because a friend and I walked in at 10:12 to find out your employee said we would not be able to play 1 game because she had already closed down her register. We explained that we drove 45 minutes out of the way to play 1 simple game and she claims that there is no way that is possible. This is a common case of falsely advertising and if you are going to stay open until 11:00 the register should not be closed a whole 50 minutes early. We also tried to call before we arrived to which we received no answer from the front desk which is ridiculous considering that we called at 9:30 it’s almost like you just don’t want the business!! I would give zero stars if I could very displeased!!!
Ride the dragon! Or at least let the little ones use it. Glow in the dark fun for all ages. With bowling, food alcohol and an arcade.Bathrooms were surprisingly well cared for.
This is a really nice bowling alley with plenty of things to do and large well lighted parking lot. The price for Saturday night bowling and shoes was very reasonable.
Was looking to make sure these lanes are taken care of before we pack our bowling balls for our vacation. Seeing people complain of oily lanes (lmao) let’s me know this is a good location. Apparently many bowlers go bowling like they go to Chuck E Cheese….for a once in a blue moon thing to do. Good to see they’re keeping the lanes oiled. We’ll be there next week. 👍🏼

Edit: and your response says it all. You seriously need some customer service training. I did alert someone about the ticket reader TWICE. And you might want to go recount how many machines you have in your arcade. Working and not working. Instead of getting snippy at a paying customer, you could probably just try to learn from what we are telling you as I see Im not the only one with these complaints.There was one person working the counter.. the balls were in bad shape, the chairs were falling apart. Half of the arcade didnt work. The ticket reader didnt work. They really need to work on the upkeep of that place.

The worst bowling lanes I have ever bowled on. Into the second game the finger holes in my ball where so oily I had trouble holding onto my own ball. This is not a house ball. I tried to clean my ball and with cleaner and a towel and it didnt help. I will not be back. I would rather bowl in the highway.

A fun place to enjoy with the family and reasonably priced.Reason for the 1 star.Long read but to make it short, POOR customer service from the manager Jenniferwho apparently needs some form of customer service training.My family and I attended this facility on 06/25/2021. While the young ladies at the register provided in excellent customer service, I cannot say the same for the manager, Jennifer. The vending machine ran out of socks so I returned to the register to ask for assistance. The attendee asked the manager, Jennifer, for assistance. Jennifer advised, Once I get a chance Ill go get some. Jennifer preceded to walk off to talk to another employee which appeared to a very nonchalant conversation. All the while as I continued to wait, our time on the lane had started which meant we were losing time as we waited on Jennifer to take her time. An employee advised if Jennifer didnt return to assist in a few minutes, she would go to remind her. A few minutes later, Jennifer decides to return and apparently forgot the reason I was waiting as well as losing time on my familys lane. An employee reminded her about the socks and Jennifer stated that she couldnt switch the socks. Well that confirmed it all; she obviously forgot the original request. Almost 10minutes later, my family had NOT started our game yet the clock was already ticking. I asked if we could have the time added back to our lane and Jennifer advised, No. To be clear, we were not looking for anything free, but fair is fair. We lost time waiting on her so it would only be right for that lost time to be added back, but I guess not.As a former Customer Service Trainer for a major healthcare organization, Im constantly noticing the quality of service received from others; its just a habit.Im hoping with the information provided, Jennifer could possibly receive some form of customer service training to avoid another family from experiencing the lack of service we received from the manager, Jennifer.

We bowled 2 games and it was a lot of fun! However, when we went to the game room, neither of the machines to add credits to the play card accept debit/credit cards so that was a huge inconvenience. When we actually were able to use our play card, one of the machines would not acknowledge that we swiped our card to play (5 times) and it took the credits for all 5 times.. so I went up to the counter to speak with an associate to have the credits returned back to the card and I literally stood there for 20 minutes while one associate was busy with 2 kids and the other was flat out ignoring me. Walked by me many times, I attempted to wave him down but he didn’t even acknowledge me while he was pulling out his cell phone. This was Saturday at 6pm (fairly busy time, I admit. But come on man..). Finally, a different associate pointed out that I needed assistance THEN he turns around to help me.On top of the horrible customer service, more than half of the machines were not working or they would not say they accepted the play card but would take our credits. After an hour of battling both of these, we finally said forget it and turned in our tickets, took the winning ticket receipt and the play card with a remaining 68 credits and left.This place used to be so much fun and we would always look forward to the game room. Such a shame none of the machines work properly but they’re quick to take your money.Also, the guy who ignored me for 20 minutes was a ginger, about 5’7. FIRE HIM.

So Mike Branson really needs new kitchen staff. I came in today with 6 children under the ages of 10years old for a fun bowling experience. Ordered $70.00 worth of food and the soda tasted weird per the kids and myself. Chalked it up to wrong flavor, only to find out the machine didnt have enough syrup. Well instead of replacing the pitcher the cashier makes me buy another one. This was an easy fix. Otherwise the experience has been fun for the kids and the food was hot and fresh. Bar is closed on Sundays FYI!!
I realize things are getting back to normal but we werent expecting it to be packed. We still stayed and bowled we just kept our masks on and made sure to use lots of hand sanitizer. Not sure if smoking was allowed inside but I he party beside us was.
Not a bad place for some fun. But the arcade games are expensive and/or out of order. Arcade ticket games kept having to be repaired and ticket counerting machine broke. Will have to try again some other day. My husband and oldest son never got to bowl because all lanes were full. Most bowling places time allowed is by number of g ames played this one is play for 1 hour.
Would not recommend going here, bad management. Seek other entertainment!
Took a group of 6 people, myself and 5 children. We bowled two games then 2 of the children went to check out the virtual reality games in the rear of the building. One of the children addressed the kid working at that station as Sir, because he is a respectful young man. The kid working rudely told my child not to call him sir because he is 15. He came and told me so after we were finished bowling I walked all the children back to play VR and pool. I asked how much the VR games cost and the kid smirked and pointed at a kiosk and walked away. This facility lost out on over $100 of revenue due to the rude and childish actions of this employee. I would not recommend you go to this facility unless you want poor and rude customer service.
This place is awesome. Great food, good prices, and my kids enjoyed the arcade (keep in mind a lot are broken). Throughly enjoyed our time. The staff was great too
This place was really cool. Its a great place to go regardless of age. I had to tell them the bathrooms needed tended to cause there was only a couple stalls with toilet paper and no paper towels. There was no paper towels in the mens either. Food was absolutely horrible, biggest waste of money. So when you do go, eat before. VR was cool but a bit expensive. Just go and have fun.
Affordable fun for the whole family at reasonable prices. The staff was very kind and the experience even more worthwhile. Highly recommended.

We paid for VR. Lucas wasnt at the station when we arrived, barely gave us any help with set up and had to be looked for during. Laughed and joked most of the time with some people I assume were some of his friends. He also put each headset against his sweaty forehead before handing them to us. We watched him literally hang the equipment back up I presume ready for the next guest so Im pretty sure he lied to us when he said he wiped down everything.
The lane we were in kept breaking down the girl Britney was not so friendly she acted like i was bothering her. They seem snobby there
Great atmosphere, clean, bright, family friendly. Scoring computers are really nice and let you temporarily skip a bowler if the duck out to the restroom. Negatives: closed earlier than their Google-posted time, and I didnt see a price chart behind the desk, so wasnt sure what we were getting ourselves into until I was given a total.

Today was our first time at Strike Zone. We really enjoyed it and had a lot of fun. Everything is reasonably priced and clean. The shoes I rented had a floppy sole (some of the stitching had broken near the toe), and many of the bowling balls felt slippery, like there was hand lotion on them. Thus the 4 stars instead of 5. That said, well definitely be returning.

Its one of the longest running businesses in brunswick. meaning it has its pros and cons. the pros? always clean. always ready and willing to help. great customer service, always. cons? its old. the lanes stick sometimes. sometimes its crowded. but its almost always worth the money. its almost always fun.

So. Much. Fun. I love bowling anyway, but they have the coolest animations on screen between bowlers. Pricing is good too. We got a lane for an hr for 17 bucks. Better than any place back home. Not sure if they have bumpers, but we did use the helper for the 6-yr-old in our party. Theres also a Dennys onsite.
While visiting family, I decided to take the kids to the arcade. This is for the arcade side!!!! My first complaint is that I paid cash for the arcade. No Receipt was given and when I asked for one, I was told that they could not provide a receipt for cash transactions. Sounds sketchy! My second complaint is that my daughter won the 500 extra tickets for the jackpot ticket machine. The machine ran out of tickets and the attendant at the time did not give her the 500 jackpot ticket. She stated that I saw the game wrong and that she didn’t win.
So much fun things to do! Vr, pool, arcade, pool tables and an amazing bar. Staff was great too

Great time, food was not to great. But the atmosphere was perfect.I had the cheese sticks, they where not cooked to the correct temp, they were like warm. The chicken tenders where just not that great, but at the same time I understand that they do not have deep fryera and its a bowling alley. Customer service is terrible, 3 arcade games work, you dont get assistance with the VR. Definitely not worth it. They told me they gave me a refund but never actually did. 10/10 would not recommend.**Reply to comment**Okay, Im sorry, let me correct myself--5 games worked and two of which required the tokens but the token machine was broken. Two additional arcade games lit up but anytime you tried to swipe your card to pay- nothing happened. When it comes to the VR I told the guy we had no experience with VR and needed assistance. Well any question I had remained unanswered and when I needed assistance starting the game he just walked off for break- instead of simply saying Im sorry Im unable to assist you at the moment, but my fellow employee relieving me for break would be happy to assist. Also, masks really need to be enforced with the amount of people in the building. I finally did receive my refund for the VR today.
Nice place for family and kids
We planned to go here for a fun family outing as this is the first trip we have been on as a family in a very long time as I am a healthcare worker and have been working on the frontlines during the current pandemic. This place seemed ok as we were assuming this place would not be that packed during a pandemic. However upon arrival that was not the case over 100 people probably not many wearing masks. We went ahead anyway as I did not want to ruin it for my other family however we were unable to bowl due to the people beside us being very rude they literally stood right in the middle of our lane. We asked them to move several times and they refused the whole time they were recording on Facebook live which made us very uncomfortable and also about 10 min after we started another group took our table so we had to stand the whole time this was the last straw we decided to leave and just loose our money that we paid. I get that people can be rude anywhere but this was unacceptable. I really do not know how they are allowed to stay open during the current pandemic as the alley was not very clean at all probably because of the hundred or so individuals that were there and many staff members did not have a mask which is fine that’s a personal choice.however they are definitely not following the cdcs guidelines or the state mandated ones. I just want to warn others if you go here be prepared to be disappointed let down and have it ruin your trip as it did ours. Please do better Strike Zone and control what goes on at your institution.

It was wonderful, great for kids and adults. The workers were very helping and outgoing. We will return when were on this end again really enjoyed it.
Bowling was okay but when we tried to order food they told us it would be an hour wait before we could order because they were prepping for parties. I would say that was poor planning. We ate elsewhere and it was cheaper.
We take kids about once a month to bowl, on SundayI called the hours were the same, got 4 kids ready drove 40 miles to find out they were only doing league bowling, nothing on recording when we called and nothing on website telling of this change . It was 12:30 and we were told to come back after 4, very upset kids. It is a great place but needs to update changes.
Love the atmosphere here at the strike zone!! Come on Friday night from 6pm to 1am and go for the Rock N Bowl. Its only $16 a person, that fee includes shoes! You get 3 hours of bowling, lights and music. Its a lot of fun!
Fun atmosphere and good bowling experience. we had some trouble with the bowling machine and it cut us out of part of our game. also the employees are decent but not the most customer oriented. overall a fun place to go though.
With everything going on with the covid-19 I was glad to see them open up giving me and my son somewhere to go have some good quality family time! Theyre following all the rules lay down for the virus but they still make it where you have fun and theres not a lot of that going on these days!
Machines need to be updated and it wad super crowded but it was fun.

They don’t necessarily take any covid related precautions or enforce anything. $30 for my son and I to bowl for an hour plus shoes $30 for unlimited games for I believe 30min to an hr tho half the arcade games were not working. I Visited Bc it was close to my hotel but I wouldn’t come back here.
They are doing the summer bowling for kids this year. My kiddo is 5 and absolutely loves bowling. The kid ramp looks like a dinosaur which is fantastic! Traffic was slow the day we went and when i say slow i mean we were the only ones there so social distancing wasnt an issue.

Its been a long time since I have been to a bowling alley. Down south with my fiancee, Kanita and her family. They bowled and I watched, but next time, when I am up to it, I will participate! I never been to Georgia, but I will definitely return! Possibly to live! Born in The Big D, (Detroit), but I Love The South!!!

I brought my niece and nephew bowling last Friday afternoon it was their first time and they had a blast the “kids bowl free” for 2 games during the summer is a wonderful gift to the community especially on rainy days! Super affordable and the staff was so kind! I’d definitely recommend bringing your little ones if your looking for something to do that they will actually enjoy!

It was a clean place and looked cool but the arcade was horrible. The cards were hard to use, they kept taking our points and not letting us play and most of the machines were broken or out of tickets. We asked the manager for help and he was rude, didn’t help much and had an attitude after we politely asked him to refill the tickets in several games. For the price we didn’t get to play much and the rudeness of several employees makes me want to never come here again. Save your money go somewhere else.
Awesome time!! Super updated technology with the lane screens. Don’t be afraid to try the “YouToons!” It’s hysterical and a whole barrel of fun!
