Bike wont start after another mechanic worked on it. Requested bike pickup and repair. First representative said they will tow at their convenience but left me hanging for nearly a week waiting for towing without further communication. Also told me they will tow on a certain day, never showed up without communication. I called again and another representative interrogated me (again) about who worked on my bike, then told me that he refuses to work on the bike and that I should take it back to the mechanic who worked on it before, even though that representative told me that mechanic wasnt to be trusted.If you r such a good mechanic, you should be able to troubleshoot the bike regardless of who worked on it previously, rather than send owner to a mechanic even though u imply I shouldnt trust that mechanic. Especially if it is something very common like bike not starting. Seems like these guys prioritize business practices over rider safety, which should be of concern to any who take bike to their shop.

Ray is a great guy. Knowledgeable and trustworthy and he even lends his shop to the local MSF group as a classroom for their courses. Hes always been very kind to me, and I wouldnt go anywhere else, and neither will any of my friends.

Wrecked my bike and broke the master cylinder for my front brake. These guys had my bike back the same day that I dropped it off with new fluid, a clean chain, and a new master cylinder all for a reasonable price. Wont take my bikes anywhere else from now on!

After ridding across Texas to go get an engine, I hit something in the road that destroyed my new rear tire, and I had to head home to make it back as it was a 4 hr drive, so I called PRO CYCLE, and they helped me more than I could have ever imagined!!!AND although, they were busy, and said they could get me in in the evening, and they were short a tech, that day. they rented me some tools to remove the receiver nd rear tire myself, and allowed me to do so in their shop! IT WAS AMAZING IN SO MANY WAYS!!!! AND GAVE ME SOOO MUCH MORE FAITH IN HUMANITY! And they even had the VERY UNCOMMON, tire I needed for my ST1300, WONDERFULL PEOPLE!!! AND SUCH A BLESSING IN THIS HECTIC WORLD!!!!! and I was in and out of there in 1 1/2 hr!

Dropped my bike off on Saturday and she was running better than new after they finished. 5 star shop

Let me start by saying I have no idea what Im doing. I bought my third project motorcycle, and this one is the only one that has a hope of running.This place came very highly recommended. Steve was awesome and tolerated every single one of my noob questions. He walked me through my next step and even suggested that I not buy certain things yet until I get further along.Im both nervous and excited for how much money and time I will be spending at this place.

Anyone whos ever owned a Concours knows that they can be a PITA from everything from carbs to something as simple as hard mounts for electronics! I had no idea how I was going to get my phone mounted up until I walked into ProCycle. I forgot to ask his name, but the gentleman there was super knowledgeable and helped me get a mount onto my bike at a reasonable price! He even gave me a spare bolt to get the mount onto my bars, and I couldnt be more thankful. The guys at ProCycle put my months long on-and-off problem to bed in 20 minutes!

Took my bike in for a rattle I couldn’t find. They found it, fixed it, changed the oil, topped off the tires, lubed everything, and charged me a lot less than I expected. My bike rides solid and smooth now, noticeably better than when I brought it in. I will definitely use this shop again, and highly recommend it.

Pro Cycle do great work and are the most honest and reasonable shop in town. They took great care with the maintenance on my Honda 919 and were also very helpful when it was time to sell it. I cannot recommend them highly enough - big thanks to both Ray and Steve for always going the extra mile.

Ive brought two different bikes to Ray and Steve. The confidence I have in my vehicles after leaving is always 100%. They do the jobs right and give honest, level-headed opinions without judgment. And Ive brought my own screw-ups to them . . .

I had my motorcycle serviced for the first time here and these guys are awesome. Thanks to all the guys there, especially Steve for helping me decide what parts will work best for my needs. I live an hour away from the shop but I will continues to come back for any of my future needs.

I asked questions and learned a bunch of stuff about different bikes for about an hour with these guys. they are vary knowledgeable and know what they are talking about. Not to mention they have sweet deals on prices . I will be back every time I need something.

This shop was recommended to me by a friend who was happy with his experience. I had 2 older bikes running poorly from fuel issues since hurricane Harvey and dropped the 1st one off on Tuesday. Saturday, Steve calls to say its ready. Drop the other off when I went and a week later its good to go. Both are running better than ever. Very reasonable shop rates and these guys know what theyre doing. Ill use them without hesitation for any future motorcycle service.

Ray always does quality work at a great price

Helped me with a flat MC rear tire. Mounted my tire same day and within a couple hours. These guys were very friendly, knowledgeable, and talked to me like a person and not some idiot new rider. They were respectful and polite. I plan on going back to have them mount a new MC feont tire. Thanks guys! Great work.

Great customer service. They take their time to explain things to you. I took my bike in a couple of months ago to get the front and rear bearings replaced along with the front and rear brakes the work was done in a timely manner and the prices were good. This will be my shop of choice from now on. Would definitely recommend.

Brought my bike in here to have a new rear tire put on a few months ago. They did just that, but they missed/forgot a few important things.... ....such as not properly torquing the rear axle nut, and completely forgetting to reinstall the brake caliper securing bolt. Its a good thing I caught said errors, otherwise I might not be around to write this review.

Good place for all your metric bikes. Very knowledgeable about metric bikes. They sell tires to oil changes. Very nice people. Make an appointment first cause they get busy, especially in the spring and fall.

I brought my motorcycle in to have a fork seal replaced and they smashed my front fender. They blamed it on brake fluid? I brought my motorcycle to my reputable dealer in Houston and they told me there is no way brake fluid could possibly do that amount of damage. Other than that they seem like nice people but I am never taking my bike back there again.

I have not actually done business with this shop, but the guys there have answered questions and given advice about me getting back into motorcycle riding. They are knowledgeable and patient. When I get my bike, this shop will be where I take mine for service.

Went there for Training Wheels motorcycle course for a license @ the DMV. The instructors were very informative and approachable.

I discovered procycle about 1 year ago and have used no other shop since. By far the best prices, best suggestions, and best service in the area. I call the shop with a ridiculous amount of questions, and the guys are always happy to either help guide me to doing it myself, or if it comes down to it dropping the bike off and having them do maintenance. In both cases, I am more than satisfied and happy with procycle. I definitely recommend them to anyone who is shopping for parts or simply looking for service.

Was there for the Motorcycle class. Really like how its fun and a small class .great people teaching the class A plus if you really want to know the basics and safety of a MC.

I was referred by BILL Allen Motorcycle because they didnt handle metrics. I am from out of town, and my rear tire was showing metal thread. He couldnt get to it that morning, but the owner himself assured me hed make the time. I returned after my school lunch date with my little boy, and the owner himself put my ride on the rack and practically dropped his lunch to change my tire. He also had great advice for my novice maintenance questions. I actually walked around the shop with him while he did the work, and I was able to observe the entire process. Youre a fool if you dont choose Pro Cycle.

This is no doubt my shop of choice from now on. The owner truly takes the time to explain and make sure you understand whats going on.

When I had a leaky tire ProCycle did a heckuva job getting it patched up and back on the road. I split my time between here in BCS and in California. When the time came to replace my rear tire I knew the guys at ProCycle would do it right. My Rune has never been in better hands, and curious mechanics have meddled with her from here to the Pacific Northwest. From here on out ProCycle is the only shop I will take her to (assuming I have a choice)!!
