I was one of many that got caught by the hail storm earlier this year. I took my vehicle in for repairs because they were #1 on my insurance company’s list. After picking up my vehicle when repairs were complete, I can see why they are #1. I am beyond pleased with the work they did on my car. My car looks fabulous and couldn’t be happier. Everyone in the office was courteous and beyond helpful! Hopefully I will never need them again but if I do, I will only use them!

On a recommendation, I brought my car in on a Monday for fairly severe hail damage. By Thursday afternoon the car was back in pre-loss condition. Their work was impeccable and their staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Thats a perfect combination.

We tried to use this business, but they dont seem to know how to submit the photos and estimate they performed to our insurance company. I dont know why, but this company has lied to us the whole way and delayed the repair of our daughters car for months! So, hail storm in April, daughter takes the car in for estimate in early June, and were still waiting on this company to submit the estimate and photos of the damage to our insurance company.We thought the lengthy delays were the fault of our daughter dragging her feet, but it has been the shop this whole time. Heres a break down on why you should avoid this shop.June 14: estimate performed and shop says the car is likely totaledJuly 9: called insurance company to find out what is the status. They say they are waiting on paperwork from City Paint & Body. Call the shop and they say we havent received work assignment from insurance company. Call ins. company back, they say assignment already sent, and they resend.Weekly calls where City Paint & Body keeps giving different excuses.July 26: City P&B says they are uploading docs as we speak to me.Aug 2: Claim closed due to lack of activity. Call insurance company and hold while they call City P&B. They are waiting to submit docs closer to repair appointment in NOVEMBER!What happened to were uploading the docs now? In conversations with the shop and insurance company, the shop didnt use their own estimate numbering system, they said the different names of daughter and parents confused them (even though all our names were on the insurance work assignment), and lied numerous times.If something doesnt smell right when you deal with these folks, youre probably being lied to. I would suggest you use another, more reputable shop.

The people are super nice. Had our daughters car fixed there. Because of all the hail damage our car will not beable to be repaired until November. But thats OK you can wait on the best.

I have used City Paint & Body on three occasions and have always been impressed with their customer service as well as their work ethic. The most challenging work I had for them was finding a leak in my car. It was obvious water was getting in but we could not figure out how. They kept working to find the leak and eventually discovered it was a blocked drain line and had it fixed the next day after that. The other two occasions both involved body work and I was impressed both times.

City Paint and Body treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism when handling my insurance claim. I started with severe rear end damage and ended with a perfect rear bumper/tail light replacement job. The photo speaks for itself. Five stars.

We took our daughter’s car in to fix a fender bender that she had. They quoted me a week and it was done in time. They were fast, friendly and knowledgeable! We’ve been here a few times and always know what to expect. They never disappoint! Go see Andrew or anyone on the team. Thanks for all of your help, Andrew!!

They told my girlfriend that her car would be ready in a week. She called a week later and was told it would for sure be done 3 days later, surprise, it was not done even then. We were then told it would need another day because it needed to be repainted and reassembled. On top of that every time she called the receptionist said she needed to talk to the mechanics and that she would call us back. Never received calls back until we called 2 hours later ourselves. We dont mind the delays but the fact that they never called us about them is completely unprofessional. She has had a trip planned for over 2 months to go visit her daughter 10 hours away and that has been shortened due to their incompetence. Dont go here.Changing my review to 3/5 stars instead of 1/5 because they were willing to stay late and get the repair done quicker. Very understanding group of people but not great communication.

City Paint and Body was one of the suggested auto shops through State Farm after I was in an accident. Im so glad I chose them - they were helpful and professional, gave me a 1.5-week estimate and finished exactly on that date. I was stuck in traffic after they were closed but Ricky stayed behind so we could finish everything that day. Thank you guys so much, and Ricky especially for doing everything correctly and being a pleasure work with. Highly recommend City Paint and Body.

Andrew was great! We needed some paint redone on our Mercedes Benz, and his team did a fantastic job on it. I liked how the office was clean and organized. The pricing was better than the other quotes we received, yet I didnt see any drop in the quality of work done. I wouldnt hesitate to bring my business back to this family shop.

These guys are great! Quick response to all of my concerns and got me rolling again in no time. Needed a chrome cladded wheel for my Dodge truck that was not available quickly through the dealership, and they called around and got a wheel from one of their vendors and had me up and running again by Tuesday. After a wild weekend out with the fellas that culminated in an unsightly sideswipe, City Paint & Body came through for me again and made my car like new. These guys literally have the ability to turn back the hands of time! There is no trace of the damage whatsoever.

The repairs looked like new. They continued to wash my vehicle once completed even though it was raining. Superb. 5-star service!

They so gentle and kind

Not the best place. I had my car here twice and both times they leave some dents unfixed. How difficult could it be to get the job done?!

Brought my car in for hail damage and it took them 4 weeks to repair it. The 4 week duration was not made explicitly clear until we called them a day or so after dropping the car off. Through out the four weeks whenever I called them to ask how it was coming along I’d get a “we’ll call you later today” which really meant I’d have to call them again. On the day my car was supposed to be ready (I still had to call them and ask, they never contacted me first) they told me to come by at 5:00 pm which was 30min before they closed. I arrived at 4:45 but they essentially lied to me and said “the car was being washed down” and I ended up waiting around 90min to finally get my car. The interior was filthy with dirt and dust and glue residue left on my gauges and my steering wheel was noticeably sticky. To their credit the paint job was really well done. The worst part was that they did not properly secure a piece of exterior plastic that runs the length of the roof of my car which meant I had to bring the car back, and even after this it still isn’t on right and I’ll be bringing this car back to them for a third time. They’ve been “working” on my car for a total of 5 weeks and still haven’t finished, completely inept.

They did a great job with communicating with me and my insurance. Very friendly and did a great job on my repairs, would recommend it to anyone in the College Station/Bryan area!!

Joe Fairchilds Review dont make sense. Beside he wrote total 3 reviews till today they all are bad. I think every one deserve a second chance. Since i moved to Texas i have been using Citi Paint and Body. They are BBB member, recognized by big companies as a trust worthy service center. I have repaired total 4/5 cars two of them was Luxury Imports. They always did a perfect job. Sorry Mr. Fairchild i could not take your review as a fair review for many reasons, hope in some Imagine village you find perfect businesses and its employees to serve you.

Insurance company sent our vehicle here because it was one of their preferred repair locations. They made the outside look ok (still small dents on a rear door), but did NOTHING to repair the interior of the door (window barely rolls up, keeps getting caught in the linkage), the dash was lifted up in the wreck, and now the AC barely blows out of the vents (probably not lined up well), the black trim on the doors is tape, and is bubbled up pretty bad after they put new stuff on. We have been round and round with City Paint, they said they wont fix it because State Farm didnt pay for that, State Farm says that City Paint guarantees their work, and they will fix it, but I have to deal directly with them, State Farm cant help. I pretty much gave up, since we got the car back 3 months ago, and they still wouldnt do anything to fix it. None of the things that we are trying to get fixed were damaged before the wreck, and they know it. City Paint screwed up by not properly doing the estimate, they only assumed that dents were the only problem, and now, nobody will do what is right and fix th car properly. I will not reccomend them to anyone
