The guys at Olympic are great! Theyre honest, caring and quick. I dont plan on taking my vehicle anywhere else as long as theyre around.

Ive been taking vehicles here for 30 years. Like any repair shop, their work isnt cheap, but they only charge you for what you really need, which has saved me a lot of money. I totally trust these guys.

Bill and his crew took very good care of me while I was in town visiting my son. Had to replace the alternator and they found another problem and resolved an issue that had been plaguing my car for some time. I called at 8 in the morning and they had me out by noon which included having parts delivered. I have found a very honest and reliable shop and will send anyone that needs help in the area without hesitation! Great job, guys!

Heard about this place after I got screwed over by Firestone and I absolutely adore these guys. They are not money hungry, manipulative men. They are honest, caring, and willing to help. They inspected my old car twice with no charge, told me what the issue was and gave me reasonable prices for paying. What Firestone said would cost me $400, they said would only be $150. Amazing the difference. Now that I have a new car, I will DEFINITLEY be bringing it to them whenever I need any work done.As a college student, and a girl, I can understand ones skepticism when it comes to choosing a car mechanic without getting screwed over. As someone who was new to college station, I had to figure it out. TRUST ME THESE GUYS ARE LEGIT. I would recommend them to anyone! (Ive actually had 2 friends come here for car work).

Amazing shop. Mechanics are great. Lady at the front desk is super sweet. Got an estimate for installation for a new alternator ($750)....took my car to this shop with an estimate of $200....come to find out it was a litter plug not the alternator....final bill $75...for testing everything...parts....and labor. Cant recommend this shop more!Took my car in....for a SRS issue....quick and inexpensive.Staff is amazing.

Took my 2007 Ford F-150 in for a clunking noise in the front end. The mechanic took me with him on the test ride and also allowed me into the garage area while he explained what he believed to be the problems. They were very detailed and made me feel comfortable about the diagnosis. While they were correcting that problem they discovered some other worn parts and replaced them at cost since they were already in there and it would not involve any more labor. All problems were resolved and I am very happy with all aspects of the service and highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

A Sign that there are good people in the world. I picked up my car after getting the front brakes replaced and noticed the rear tire completely flat. The automotive shop apologize for the inconvenience. They took full responsibility which I knew it wasnt their fault. He put enough air in the tire to drive it to the shop. His buddy patched the tire for free and was very apologetic about the whole thing. I will definitely recommend them to my friends. Plus it took 2 hours and labor was just 94 dollars plus parts. The brakes feel like new again.

I called and spoke to Bill upon a recommendation of a family friend regarding a issue with my sons Jeep Cherokee. Bill listened to me ramble and gave me his thoughts. I went into it without holding him to his over the phone diagnostics since I am in the car business, but in the San Antonio area. Roadside Assistance towed the jeep over. I was expecting to get poked in the eyes since I had used another place in Bryan/College Station area before and they put it to me. Bill called and told me what it was, cost was minimal and problem solved. One of those deals where I could have been charged excessively and would have been happy just to get my son back on the road. It is good to know I have a shop that I( can trust. Thanks Bill. Merry Christmas to you guys.

Last year, I sent my Honda there to replace brake, as I saw their good review rating. Now my brakes vibrate and bumpy each time I step on it. Just got to know that the parts they put in are not Honda parts.

Got my truck running again in a reasonable amount of time given the job being handled (yoke + vibration dampener) they qouated an hour fixed in 1 hour as promised and at a really good price will go back again.

This is a family owned business and they do a great job. Ive been taking my old car there for years.

Told me had to pull whole engine to replace head gaskets on my 2003 Ford, when I got quotes from other BETTER businesses for true prices!!

One of the catalytic converters on my pickup disintegrated, so I had it replaced at Olympic. A week or so later I set out on a trip to FL to get some stuff I had stored there. I didnt make it out of College Station when the engine started failing, just like it had before the repair. This was a serious problem, as I had only a few days before classes started at A&M. Drove the truck back to the shop, where Bill was waiting after hours to meet me. HE GAVE ME HIS PERSONAL PICKUP TRUCK TO DRIVE FROM BRYAN TO TAMPA, FLORIDA AND BACK. Now, Im not saying he will lend you his truck, but he will go out of his way to help people. And he and all the mechanics at Olympic know their stuff cold, and theyre straight shooters -- they wont play games with you. You dont find many people or businesses like this in a lifetime. I wont even consider using another mechanic in BCS. (The problem, BTW, was that the second catalytic converter had failed just like the first.) The bimbos below who wrote that Bill is not kind need to learn the difference between charming and good. Personally, I learned by the age of 14 not to be taken in by charming, smiling snakes. If you want good work done by people who will do right by you, you wont go wrong here. If you want to be charmed and bilked by some mimbo, like the self-serving liars you vote for in political elections, go elsewhere.

An update. If you have a daughter going to A&M, and she has car problems, send her to this place.My daughter took her car there - gas gauge not working. They looked at it quickly while she was there and said it was probably the sensor inside the gas tank and would cost a couple hundred dollars between labor and parts. She would have to leave it overnight. They called later - total charge $45. They had noticed the sensor connector was broken. They had corrected that and the problem was solved. $45 for labor and parts! You ever hear of an auto shop amending their estimate to charge less, to a young woman who apparently (and actually) knows nothing about car repairs?I have taken my cars to Olympic for the last 25 years, and they have always been great. Excellent repairs, never a hint of anything but honesty and fairness, and their prices are always very modest. My wifes cars AC just went out, and I am having the repair done by them. Again, their price is at the low end of prices in the area (I just checked), and my confidence in their work is just sky high. Salt of the earth kind of people.Took a car here about a year ago - had been bumped from behind. the bumper looked like it had been knocked off its mounts. They looked at it and showed me that if I changed some plastic rivets, I could put it back in place myself for about $5. Expecting hundreds of dollars in repairs but five bucks later, I am as good as new. Their bill for diagnosing and showing me the problem - $0.Later, took another car there after a much more serious collision. They told me the car was totaled. The insurance company took months to deal with it. The shops total bill for diagnostics - $65. Total storage fees for over two months of storage - I had to force the guy to take some money for it and then he only asked for $200. Any other shop, I am looking at over $1000 minimum. These people do not have a greedy bone in their body.And I have NEVER had one of their repairs (changed AC compressor, changed radiator, changed oxygen sensor, etc) go bad. They always know exactly whats wrong, repair with quality work, and charge so modestly its embarrassing. As you can tell, I am a big fan.
