The young lady was extremely helpful, courteous! She had more than one customer in the store and she was giving each her person undivided attention giving you that feeling that she really cared that you found what you needed!!! She needs a super 🌟 . SALLYS NEEDS TO GIVE HER A RAISE!

This is my store to go to for my hair products especially hair color. The ladies know me already by now and they are always nice n greeting me and making sure I am in need of help or whatever. Thank you ladies ya are all doing a great job, but other then that there prices are good and they have different selections and especially for men that I like to try new things with hair coloring cause I actually do change my hair every 3 weeks. But overall I give more then a 5 star and keep coming wit all them products and etc.

Would give store zero stars if possible. Two ladies that were working were absolutely clueless or just didnt care. Neither could smile or say hi and cashier had no idea about products or rewards program. Other employee was just as useless, didnt even want or care when I asked about nail acrylic products and Keratin treatment products. Response I received about Keratin treatment was you need more than one person to apply it, sadly I was asking about quality of each of the products. Will never be back, online only from now on. 😪😪👎👎

My mom (who has shopped at this store for 2 decades) made herself look like a Karen today and accused a worker of following us around and watching us when said worker was actually putting tags on products. She went on a rant to the manager of the place and was cursing her out up and down. Needless to say, I was highly embarrassed and probably wont shop here again because of my mom. Its sad though, because their hair products are amazing.

I do like this place. Im a guy and I accompany my wife there to pick up some of her stuff and I have to say that the place is always clean, all of the items are well stocked, theres ample options for what you are looking for, and the prices are good. The ladies there are cordial and have helped us at times so the staff is on point.

Went to return some merchandise I bought a week ago at the Villa Maria location and the clerks response was we are not taking any merchandise back for a Month because of Covid19.I was bum fussled at her response. The reason being they are suppost to clean and sanitize the merchandise daily. Thats the Covid19 law.. I was not pleased at all. Im gonna call HO in the morning.

The workers were as disrespectful and rude as it gets. i needed help and got none, hopefully anyone else’s experience with the two young ladies with the terrible attitudes is better than what i received.

Was never acknowledged when entering. The 2 staff members talked the whole time about their personal lives and what not. Never was asked if I needed help on find anything so after 10 minutes walked out. Lack of customer service herr.

Went in to ask a question about some hair products, no one greeted me nor was anyone at the front. Me and another lady was waiting looking around for guest service, and we received non what so ever. The first lady left while I stayed still waiting for someone to greet me. Finally the manager showed up still with no hello how may I help you, instead I got a ugly smirk and thats when I just left and said forget it.

The lady in there is so rude never coming back to this location
