Horrible customer service! I stood in line for three minutes while they chit chatted with other buyers, and when I asked for a double tap valve he said that was not something they kept in stock and asked if it was ordered. When I asked if it was an item that could be ordered he said well and left it at that. I guess my part was not worth his time or his effort to even order! Dont waste your time unless youre a big company ordering lots of expensive items! Yes the item that I was looking for, is on the Ferguson website! Maybe they should It Off!
