It was a very unprofessional and very slow me and my coworker got sent the three different places and then set in the hot blistering Sun but didnt nobody load us up. At one time we felt like they thought we were still in and we was asked to come inside the gate. Its was 10:10am when I got here. Its 11am now, and we are still waiting. Time is money. We are the only one here

Had everything we needed

The service at the store is usually good. Ive been there a few times and felt like I was bothering them. I gave three stars because the website is HORRIBLE! Its not easy to navigate to check prices and availability from my phone. I didnt see a search option. One page wouldnt let me scroll completely down without going into the bottom into/contact tab. Im sure this is costing then money by not using a better site layout HINT!

My contractor had ordered wood and rebar to be delivered to my residence. The employee driver for Woodson dumped the order in my driveway and the metal rebar caused large deep gouges in the surface of my concrete driveway. A representative Bill Cargill from Woodson came out and advised me they were going to take care of it. I never heard back so I called him weeks later. He said that he thought it was unrepairable and offered $200, but he would check with his boss. Went several days later and had to call back.Now Mr. Cargill advised they were not going to be a part of this and hung up on me. Terrible customer service. It will be a cold day!
