Ive been a loyal customer for roughly about a year and a half now. At first it was fine definitely better than nothing. But throughout this past year or so. The internet is intermittently going out all the time. Definitely going to start looking into a new internet provider. The bills are going up in the quality is going down. Definitely not very happy.
The most over-priced internet service I could imagine. Their customer service is non-existent and they continually work at raising your bill hoping you won’t notice. They advertise high speeds but will cut you way down if you are using more than they think you should. We have a service at our home in Colorado which is a wireless rural service and costs about a third of Suddenlink and has superior service all around. I cannot wait until we have an alternative.
Worst internet company ever and their customer service? Even worse. I scheduled an appointment with a technician to fix my wifi connection (since my internet was down for 3 weeks) and they never showed up. Scheduled another one, never showed up again. Still Waiting on the 3rd attempt to get my wifi fixed and they are not putting any effort on helping me solve this issue. Do not bother on installing internet services with them, you’ll only get poor wifi, no connection at all, or terrible cuatomer service.
This visit did not start out so well as the lobby was full at 15 minutes to closing time and two of the tellers seemed open with four customers in line but not waiting on anyone. Then Susan attended to us and was helpful.
The first technician that was sent on Thursday did not program the remotes properly. When he first arrived he had an unusual behavior. He acted as if he did not want to switch out our boxes. We had to explain to him that the issues we were having with all of our boxes were getting worse. He finally decided to switch out the boxes but he did not have enough boxes on the truck so he left to get more boxes. When he was done he neglected to show us or ask us if the boxes were working. As he was leaving he informed us that he couldnt program one the the remotes and he left. We didnt realize until later on that all the remotes(6) were not working properly so we called the number that was text to our phone if we had any problems. We called several times but to no avail. We decided to call the main number and we were able to have some besides the gentleman that came on Thursday per our request. That was one of the worst experiences weve ever had with Suddenlink and we were very disappointed. The second technician that came out on Saturday was EXCELLENT, not only did he fix the problems but he had a pleasing personality. He deserves a merit raise because he kept us from switching back to Directv. I would have rated with 5 stars but the first Tech prevented that.
If they promise you no installation fee and a gift card to sign up, dont believe it. And then trying to correct your bill is like dealing with the Three Stooges. Find someone else!!!
The WORST. They send us a “new” Modem to install. I followed the instructions on the pamphlet just for it not too work. I called them to get assistance, but no luck the guy on the other end was rude about my situation. Told me the most he can do is send someone to check it out by Wednesday. Today is Saturday so you’re telling me that I have to wait a whole 4 days for this to get situated. I’m sure they’re not even going to compensate me my monthly bills worth for those 4 days I won’t have a working service. To top it off it’s not free it’s $60 for them to come. Would not recommend and most definitely will be canceling.
This internet provider is worst and an absolute night mare. Humble advise dont ever use this service. 1. Without any reason you will see spike in your internet cost. 2. Expect intermittent outage in the middle of an important meeting. 3. Worst customer service ever. Collectively this company should be sued and continuing to cheat people over years at Bryan area.

I scheduled an appointment to have my internet installed. After the technician did not show up I called customer service. After explaining the issue and asking to reschedule I was hung up on. Poor service, over priced, and nonexistent customer service. I would recommend being bored for the rest of your life before using suddenSTINK
Absolutely terrible company. They advertise cheap internet but dont tell you that it will eventually go up to 130$ a month. Also they must have recently added data caps because Ive been getting emails about going over 70% of my data when i barely use my internet. I cant believe how terrible this company is in all aspects
Just wanted to change my network name, was subjected to 30 minutes of automated customer service that instructed me to reconnect my modem, and various other have you turned it off and back on again? style directions that were not in any way related to my request. Im not incapable, I know how to navigate automated menus; their service is just that bad. When I requested to cancel my service, I was connected to the voicemail of the customer service office which asked me to call back later. Theyre an absolute joke of a company that dont give a single ounce of thought for their customers. I am quite serious when I say this, at the end of writing this review my internet went out and I needed to hotspot to finish this. It is currently also down at several of my friends houses too. Do yourself a favor and switch to any other provider; it cannot get worse than this.
Nice store, convenient location, easy to make an appointment to get in quickly. The staff seems to be friendly, however they dont seem to be too knowledgeable about solving issues with your mobile service. Couldnt solve any of the issues we had with our brand new phones and service, had to leave the store with zero answers and solve the problems ourselves over the phone with customer service.
The single worst internet provider we have ever signed with. There is somewhat of a monopoly in this area, which is the only reason we are with them. The wifi and ethernet drop connection constantly, making it impossible on some days to even do homework properly. Just loading this page to leave this review itself took way longer than it shouldve. if there is anyone else available near you, thank your lucky stars and go with them.
Finally got rid of this horrible service. Customer service was awful the entire time we had it. Our bills became crazy expensive. Not recommended.

Return equipment, I’ve called multiple times to ask someone to help with return equipment. The supervisor, chat reps and multiple reps have no alternative way to pick up the equipment. Frustrating, sudden like did not think about people with disabilities when creating this process, people without vehicles or people that have a financial hardship and can’t print or get to the suddenlink location( but they will definitely charge your account if they don’t receive the old equipment back)
I wish I could provide less than 1 star. They will be out of business a moment a competitor comes to town. Every interaction with them results in a higher bill and poorer service, not to mention hours of hold time. Its a bad joke.
Suddenlink sold me a faulty router, spent 2 hours on the phone for somebody to activate it properly at my house. I used the service with minimal issues for a month and returned my router on the date I was supposed to. They kept my card on file and forced me to cancel via telephone instead of at the store. When I called it took way too long and I was asked personal questions about where I was moving to etc. and by the time we finished the service still wasn’t cancelled. They mentioned a cancellation email within 24 hours which I never received, so I called to find out a 90 cent charge was held on my account for no apparent reason. The absolute worst service it is a shame this town relies on such outdated and non-caring service providers.

Wish I could rate them a negative 5 stars. Constant outages and non-existent customer service. Don’t even bother trying to get in touch with an actual person on the phone, the best you can do is navigate through automated messaging for 20 minutes and if you get lucky enough to get put on hold to actually speak to a person they will answer after 30 minutes and instantly disconnect you leaving you to start the process over again. Not only that but they conned me into installing cable which I NEVER asked or signed up for, when the technician came to install my WiFi he installed a cable box for their Altice scam and when I said I didn’t want it or even ask for it he said I would have to get another technician out at a different date. 6 months later still paying for their cable scam. They are so lucky they have a monopoly here in College Station cause if not they would go out of business. If anyone reading this is thinking about filing for a class action lawsuit please I beg you to sign me up because this company is not only unacceptable but doing things that are borderline if not completely illegal. Big company taking advantage of helpless people.
I can not wait for this business to collapse. They literally have the worst internet service I have ever experienced in all the places I have ever lived. My family has a local business that lost a week of call in orders due to suddenlink. Will they compensate us? Doubtful…. How much money did they cause us to lose? I audited a bill at one point because I happened to be visiting my family, and I noticed they had been charging my family for basic cable for years for an internet only line. My goodness…. I probably have half a dozen other personal experiences that I could tell regarding how spectacularly horrible this company is. When metronet comes online next year, I hope this company is buried, and no longer taints Bryan College Station with their demonic presence again. Save us Metronet from the Sith Lords of internet providers.
This was the worst cable Ive ever had. I went to pay my bill today its 96 degrees outside and about 6 people in front of outside the door. I downsized the package I had and its been 1 week since Ive been able to get on demand. Ill be looking for a different kind of cable this week 👎👎👎
Moved to a city that doesnt have Suddenlink internet. Suddenlink REFUSED to terminate my services without providing a new mailing address. I still receive multiple marketing letters in my mail in a city THAT DOESNT HAVE SUDDENLINK. They just harass people for fun and are contributing to deforestation.
This is the worst company I’ve ever experienced. We have had to get technicians 4 times in the last 2 weeks and gone multiple days without Internet because they don’t correctly do their job. Not only that we’ve had to call multiple times for billing issues because they charged us for things we didn’t buy. An absolutely horrible company that unfortunately is the only option in Bryan. It’s criminal how horrible they are to their customers
We have set up an appointment 3 times and each time they have not shown up or even called to reschedule. For the last appointment, they called me 5 times to confirm the appointment during the week. My appointment was from 2-5 and it is 7:00 now. My appointment shows that it is still on time when you look at my account. This company is totally unreliable. Customer service does not have the ability to locate the technician and suggested we reschedule.
We have had internet service for 2 weeks in Bryan. Every evening the internet goes out repeatedly. We cant make it through a 20 minute show on Netflix, much less watch any live streaming which is why we pay for the highest internet option. Disappointed and frustrated that this is our only option.
They continue to shut off our service saying we owe money. However, we have requested auto payments many times and they do not do it. They just shut off the service without any notice. We don’t choose to not pay. To our knowledge, we have it set up to pay. It’s so frustrating.
Its awful. Here in Square apartment is was working great up to one month ago. Now its terrible.
If I could give this zero stars, I would. Not only is their internet service spotty and unreliable, no one ever seems to want to help you. They know they have a monopoly over the area, so they don’t have to care about their customers. I have been LIED to TWICE now, by call center employees, giving me false information about billing, causing me to get late fees, and forgoing on my refund. I’m sick of suddenlink.
Internet speeds are fast, and mostly reliable, but the cost is high for what were getting. Customer service on the website via chat is unhelpful. Customer service via the phone is helpful half the time, and the other half the time they hang up on you after putting you on hold for 25 minutes.
I purchased a personal router and the technician replaced it with a Suddenlink router stating that there would be no additional costs (because my personal router could not provide the higher speeds I paid for). 1 year later, I confirmed with their customer support twice over call that I would not be charged for this. And now I am being forced to return the router or pay $100 for not returning it as a fine. Basically I need to pay them for their router and for taking mine. This situation has still not been resolved.Customer service is the absolute worst and it is almost impossible to speak with a representative. Even if you do, they do not offer any help at all. Please avoid at all costs.
Long story short. Im supposed to get 400 speed internet and Im only getting 50 and they keep telling me its my equipment and I need to use theirs. Which isnt true.
I was charged $435 for equipment that I returned. The return process is just putting your equipment in a box and trusting they do their job correctly. No receipt. Nothing to prove you have returned so when you are charged you have no recourse except trust the warehouse guys will find it.

This company is the absolute worst. I spent an hour on the phone being upsold when I just wanted basic internet. But unfortunately as everyone knows, Suddenlink has a monopoly on the BCS area. Then I had to wait over a week for installation and thats where it really went downhill. The technician arrived 35 minutes late outside of the 3 hour window, came in and knocked over and broke some of my items which he didnt even seem remotely apologetic about, took 3 unrelated phone calls during the visit, left without even fully installing my internet which I had to do later over the phone, and never called me back as he promised he would do multiple times. Then when I requested a refund for installation which I paid for, I was denied despite the services not being performed. Very very unhappy and would rather have any other internet company, but unfortunately I dont have that option.
Went in today with my 4 year old. The lady that checked us in was very sweet! She kept my child occupied while I was talking to the gentlman about my services. Very sweet lady! Never had an issue out of this location!
I want to say as a long-time resident of BCS that my own personal experiences with Suddenlink have been very positive. These past two recent interactions with Suddenlink employees blew my mind. I’m not exaggerating. I called the service number to try and help my oldest daughter with her internet connection issue at her apartment. I wish I could remember his name, but I spoke with the very best customer service employee I’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking with! All I know is that he has an Indian accent and he made me feel that this was the most important issue he had on his plate and he stopped at nothing to solve it and to make sure I knew it was nothing we had done wrong. Then when my daughter took her router/modem combo unit in to be replaced,, the girl at the desk was also incredible! My daughter deals with social anxiety and this girl out her at ease right away and was sooooooo sweet to her! I know people often speak negatively of this business, so I wanted to make sure and share our phenomenal recent experiences.
I placed an order on the Suddenlink website for Internet 400 Unlimited Data. The website advertised the $100 gift card with Purchase promotion. When I placed an order, I received a confirmation email that confirmed the $100 gift card promotion. A month in after the installation I called Suddenlink asking when I will be receiving a gift card and I was told by a representative that the gift card would be sent to me after 3 months of service if I dont make any changes to my plan and if I pay on time. After 3 months of service and paying my bill on time I called Suddenlink again to ask about the $100 gift card. Thats when I was told that my account doesnt have this promotion. I explained to the representative that I had the email and I could show it to them as proof, I paid my bill on time but her answer was that she didnt see it on my account and there is nothing she could do.Im greatly dissatisfied with this situation and I feel cheated by Suddenlink.
Had a billing issue where my bill was twice as expensive as it normally was so I gave customer service a call. Was told they could not fix the issue for this month but it would be fixed by the next bill and they would give me a $30 credit. Being charged $90 more than normal, this did not make sense to me. After being transferred to four different people and reexplaining the situation to them, I finally gave up. They expect me to pay almost double my normal bill this month because they could not solve the problem on their end. Horrible customer service and I cannot wait to switch to a new provider

I moved out of a local apartment complex that had integrated with Suddenlink and handled the Suddenlink contract while I was a resident. Upon move out, three months ago, I was instructed to turn in my cable boxes and modem into the apartment complex office.Two months after moving out of the complex, I was charged $221.71 from Suddenlink for the missing equipment. I have been in an email thread with two Suddenlink representatives, the apartment complex manager and myself for over a month now trying to get the matter resolved.The apartment manager has told the representatives twice now that the equipment was turned in to them and that I should not be held responsible for the missing equipment. We are now three months out and the issue has still not been resolved and my refund has not been issued.
Would be a 0 if I could. Fast speed if you’re lucky otherwise it super slow. The only good provider in BCS because no others are allowed because of some contract the city or state signed. It’s crazy how much control they have over our WiFi if you search for other services like xfinity a sudden link add pops up it’s crazy. They have a monopoly on BCS that should be illegal and probably is someone needs to do something.

I thought Id head over to my local Suddenlink office to straighten out a billing problem. One that Ive been dealing with for well over a year. I was assured by the woman at the front door who ran me off and told me to call that everything will be fine. I still have that billing problem.
So glad there is competition coming to this market for internet. Escaping the bad customer service and $20 price raise every year. And when I called to tell them I was leaving they treated me like a toddler.
When we first set up our account with them we were told that we would only be paying $80 a month which was great and that the 2 TV boxes provided would be free. Upon the next bill we owed $156. When talking to the representative we told that we left an amount unpaid amount although we paid over the phone (with a representative) and were told all of this information from their representative (who failed to inform us of the $10 charge for a representative to make the payment over the phone). When we debated the charges we were told that We have no record of that call or transaction in the system so we had to pay all additional fees, and had to speak to multiple representative over the duration of about 3 hours. Then upon the next bill all of the previous amounts were still listed although we had paid them, and had all the payment statements in our account. When we cancelled the TV portion of our plan we were not informed on where to take the equipment or how long we had before we were charged. This resulted in us receiving even more fees from them. Dont even get me started on their customer service and the long phone calls. Most of their employees dont know what they are doing, deny slipping up, deny that you have paid any amount, and take forever to get anything done. If you ever want to waste an entire day on hold just give them a call. Also they promise 1GB internet which is not true, the download speed peaks around 250mb/s even with a wired connection. Do yourself the favor and go with someone else for everything.

Easy to return equipment when we moved. Linda was very friendly and explained what we needed to do at our local office.
They raised my bill without notice an i had to pay so much for not having cable channels an it was 230$ an they would not take it off. All i have is internet an maybe 10 channels. I have to pay it or it will just cut off. Getting screwed as usual.
Suddenlink has horrible customer service. It seems like they try their best to make it so difficult to help you that you just deal with whatever is wrong and dont ask for help. I had to wait in line for hours just to talk to them to stop billing me for equipment I turned into them months before but they refused to give me a receipt stating its not company policy, they can not do that but insisted that they would handle it correctly (which they didnt). Save yourself the headache and find someone else.
Agent told me the modem I received was activated. It was not and I had to call the dark black hole of suddenlink tech support. I hate calling suddenlink as their agents are horrendous. I gave them 1 star more because of the safety protocol for covid. Honestly, suddenlink has a monopoly on internet service in our area! Its criminal. I should have a choice but I dont. Why no other company like Verizon or At&t are in this market I have no idea.

Had to talk to 4 employees on the phone each for over an hour to figure out why my account was charged three times the normal amount for absolutely no reason and none of them could give me a straight answer. They have the worst service I’ve ever had to deal with and make you jump through hoops to get help. The only way to get their employees to respond with urgency is to tell them you’re switching providers, but I would just recommend never getting suddenlink in the first place.
I usually dont write reviews for places but Ive never in my life experienced service as bad as I did today. Got a notice that service was removed from my account. I did not once receive a notice warning me that they were going to end my service. When I called them to notify them about the letter I received and that I want to continue my service I was on hold for 50 minutes and when I finally got the chance to speak to customer service I informed him of the notice and that I want to continue services he then asked for my phone # just in case we got disconnected he can call me back which I provided and of course we got disconnected and he NEVER called me back. My husband and I then decided to go to the location that following Monday and we were there at the location for 4 HOURS. On top of that they made us wait outside in the heat the majority of the time because only a few people can go in at a time and the worker who was outside registering people so they can wait in their car never registered us even though she said she did so people were going ahead of us so my husband had to get off and ask her what was going on. When he finally went inside we were told our services were terminated then activated then terminated again repeatedly which she never explained why so we would have to create a new account under my name I was so fed up at that point I just wanted to process my reactivation payment and leave. I had to get information from my husband at one point who was in his truck outside and when I went back inside I saw she was helping someone else and another worker told me to wait outside again cause shes busy which I did for an additional hour even though she stated herself that I can go back in and talk to her that I wouldnt need to wait. On top of it after an hour I was brought inside and another worker attempted to help me but she was useless and I had to wait for the original lady that was first helping us WHICH WAS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND apparently she was on break even though she told me I could go in and talk to her as soon as I got the info I needed from my husband so I had to wait AGAIN. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Workers are useless. Also never received the Amazon gift card they offer when you sign up so dont expect them.
Im Paying for internet that supposed to be high speed 5g. More like 1g slow speed. It cuts on and off. Had tech come and fix issue. workd for a week and started messing up again.also charged me for them sending someone out.Dont understand why Im getting charged for problems that are on suddenlinks end.Also talked to representative They told me if I dont like there service to go somewhere else then laughed and said wait were the only service in ur town.

Channels are always disruptive, audio goes off, reruns on different channels, highly noticed for nothing. I hope another company comes to Bryan soon
Too hot to be standing OUTSIDE to get our temp taken. Which is not helpful if Im getting hot outside then itll read that Im feverish but Im really burning up in the sun waiting outside!!! Not a happy customer today.
Every time I come here with an issue the people are always very helpful! I suggest going into the store instead of contacting support via the 800 number.
I was pleasantly surprised. The personnel were courteous and helpful. I was in and out within 10 minutes with an internet plan that was less expensive, but met my needs.
Sudden link does what it wants because they are the only providers in town. Time warner, ATT, and Spectrum know how to take care of their customers, something Suddenlink does not do well at all! Horrible Horrible service, hidden fees, etc (you name it!)
It’s a monopoly, and they treat you like you have no options. I have never hated a company... but Suddenlink takes it.
If I could give negative stars it would be -10. I have had the services for 1 month and its been the worst experience I have had in a very long time. The 800 number is a complete joke - I have been lied to and given excuse after excuse for the issues. They removed the new cable and left the old one that was buried before anything was connected. They owe me a credit for 10 days and now they are saying that I will receive a credit if they feel like I deserve it. The only positive thing I can say is the second tech (Colin) has been very helpful with the problems. I pray that they will get my services working correctly soon.

This was one of the worst installs I’ve ever had. I primarily want to cable Internet but agreed to a cable TV box as well. The technician showed up and never got the cable Internet to work. He hooked up both a cable modem/router and a cable TV box which he split off the modem. The technician claimed he opened a ticket for the cable Internet, which he said would be resolved within 4 to 7 minutes. Then he quickly made sure he was long gone before those 4 minutes were up. I spent the next hour and a half trying to deal with tech-support, while getting bs stories and a runaround, until one of them let it slip that the signal might not be strong enough to support both cable TV and Internet. So I removed a cable splitter that the tech installed so only the modem was hooked up, and then the Internet finally worked.The installer didn’t really bother to help with the wireless portion of the modem, or things like networks set up, and left no documentation of any sort. He seemed more focus on getting out before I figured out there was a problem that wasn’t going to be fixed.

We scheduled for our 400mb internet to be installed on Sunday. They showed up on Thursday before we even had the keys for our apartment. They then didnt show up on Sunday. So we rescheduled for Tuesday. I woke up at 10 am to wait for them to show up. They scheduled time was 11-2pm. I sat there looking out my window in my living room (it has a view of the stairs to the front door). They didnt show up. We contacted them at 2. They said to wait 2 more hours. They said that sometimes the technicians are late and that they couldnt contact them. I keep waiting just sitting in my living room rather than going to work. I wait until 5 pm. I contact them again and they said the technician was there at 12:10. The technician never showed up and they lied about ever being here. This is by far the worst customer service Ive ever experienced and by far the worst cable company. I will never recommend their products to anyone. Im surprised they are still in business with this cruddy of service.

Just had the worst experience with yall. Our internet is out, my daughter does online school because of the pandemic. The person on the phone tells me they cant have a tech out till Friday. You are telling me that my kid will have to miss 3 days of school because you cannot keep your part. All I see is prices going up and your service going down. When I asked to talk to a manager they told me they cant get them on the phone, I will have to wait for a callback from them in 24 to 48 hours. Which company doesnt have a manager to talk to the same day? This is unacceptable. Usually I dont mind an outage but when my daughters school is involved this is ridiculous. I will be sharing this in other places to let people know how terrible yall are.
THEIR service isnt working properly so they send a technician WE have to PAY for to fix the cable TV were already paying for. Their phone people are rude and disrespectful. The bill goes up regularly and the service goes down. If they werent the only game in town, Id NEVER stay with them! They used to at least have an office locally where you could speak to helpful people but they turned that into just a store for equipment and phones! Terrible terrible company. Dont even deserve one star.

Hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with. They do not even deserve a star, it amazes me that after how terrible there service is they are still open. Good luck getting a hold of someone, they charged my account for a bill 3 months after it was initially supposed to be paid. If you need WiFi, you’re better off uping your cell phone plan and using a hot spot.
My internet has been out for SIX days. Whenever I tried to call to check on the supposed outage, the automated message said it was still occurring. I checked the website and it reported that there was no outage. When I FINALLY got in contact with a customer service representative he was kind of helpful, but suddenlink could not send a technician for 3 days. Today (the day before the technician is supposed to come) suddenlink had called me SEVEN times. I picked up on the third call to an automated message saying my service issue was fixed. It was NOT. On the SEVENTH call, I answered and was asked to clarify what the service issue was EVEN THOUGH I gave the original customer service person all of the information and he took detailed notes. I am NOT happy. If I could choose ANY other service provider I would.

I have reduced my service and they expect me to pay the same amount as before. I tried to contact customer service and was disconnected and the operator was very rude. Why would IPay full price for half the service? Asked to speak with supervisor and was told they were not there. Needless to say very disappointed
Wow....If I could rate suddenlink 0 stars I would. Genuinely the worse internet service I have had since I moved out here, now to get into the problems. Ive only used sudden link for about 6 months. In the first 3 months of that there have been 3 outages, had to replace the router (which took hours), and didnt have internet for almost a week because they had no idea what was wrong, customer service said that not me. Ive called the customer support line more then Ive called some of my friends, and the support is just restart your router, if that doesnt work then its well send someone in a few days to come see whats wrong at one point it was a whole week youd have to wait. Then they say If theres something wrong you can avoid the cost by adding an insurance monthly fee so you wont be charged. We got charged 60 dollars for a guy to show up and replace one cable, which isnt even sold to the public, Its an actual joke. I can not stress this enough, do not use suddenlink, if you can use another service provider please do. Im switching as soon as possible. I dont know if maybe the issues are due to the fact that so many students use it but if that is the issue there are ways they could fix that. Im blown away at how bad it is.forgot to mention: The speed is not even worth the price.
Wow. Awful. Glad to be done. Get anything but Suddenlink. I am glad fiber is coming to college station.
This company falsely advertises low monthly rates that double within a month or two, and has nonexistant customer service. The only ISP of its kind that actually has usage limits on most of its plans. They have open contempt for their own customers. They get away with it because there is no competition in my local market.
So horrible! I had an appointment for a technician to come out between 8-11 (second appointment I’ve had to make regarding this issue). Never showed up, no phone call, nothing. Kept this night shift nurse awake for 3 extra hours after a long, exhausting shift! Extremely frustrating. Why are they the only option in this area?

Unfortunately you cant leave a 0 star review. If this company wasnt a monopoly here nobody would use them. Every experience with them is a nightmare; for both residential and commercial needs. Ive had them straight up lie to me on numerous occasions. Fortunately I am very fluent with these technologies and how they really work. My heart goes out to all the people they screw over everyday that just arent aware they are being taken advantage of. If you ever have the opportunity to never have to use these snakes again...run and dont look back! Oh yea and they outsource a lot of their customer support now to people that are reading talking points; they are moreorless useless because they arent real representatives. They cant do anything helpful because they dont have the authority to; which makes sense because they arent actually Suddenlink employees. Just goes to show even more they dont actually care about keeping their customers happy. They have no reason to; most of these companies do not poach on their competitors areas as to also protect their own monopolized areas. I can honestly say Ive never talked to any friend/colleague that has ever had something positive to say about this company.Sincerely,Everyone

By far the worst customer service ever. They charged me for landline which I never requested for and NEVER EVER USED. If you want to talk to one of their agents, good luck! It may take a few weeks for you to be able to solve an issue and most of the time they dont even bother to try to help their customers. Come on! Your average review score is 1.6 from more than 1200 people and YOU DO NOT CARE. I have called you many times and your smart agents DO NOTHING and you continue charging us more than the contract. Contacting you through FB or Twitter? What a joke. To put it in a nutshell, your business is a piece of junk.
