Absolutely stunning flavors and what a feast for the eyes as well! Highly recommend this place!

I bought some of these exquisite shop for our family Christmas. They were absolutely the top choice, and were the envy of all. Truman’s will be my go-to chocolate for all parties from now on. It’s amazing to me how creative and beautiful the owners can spin these chocolates to suit every different person. And they are so friendly. Plus they have a candy-making camp in the summer. Yummm

I thought to myself, how can chocolates be too good? they all taste similar! AND Ive never been so wrong. The 25-box assorted chocolates is the most aesthetic and looks like painted glossy rocks. Not only do they look good but also tastes very rich and creamy. the fillings that are inside especially added the flavor. a little bit pricy but 100% worth it and 200% recommend!

Had seen this place on Texas Bucket List and decided it would make a perfect day trip from Houston. The chocolates were brilliantly painted. We ordered 36, one in each flavor and took the accompanying card to identify each piece. I was very disappointed to find that the taste was far lagging behind the beauty of the decoration. While the centers were all creamy they mostly had a similar artificial taste and just fell short. The two most distasteful and disappointing flavors were chocolate banana and lemon chocolate.

Very good chocolates. Each piece is a work of art plus they taste great. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is the price. They are a little on the expensive side. Just dont leave these guys in a hot car. That would be a shame.

I love this place. Chocolates are really beautiful, with a brightly colored 1980s aesthetic. Reminds me of those classy Nagel paintings. The chocolates singularly toothsome, with a marvelous little card to tell you what to expect. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic chocolate! Each piece is a beautiful work of art and then when you bite into it you realize it’s some of the best chocolate you’ve ever tasted. You must try this chocolate. I guarantee you are going to love it!

These beautiful and delicious chocolates will change your life. There are so many flavors, and they are all good, its hard to pick a favorite! The staff are very nice and helpful as well. You wont find a better place to buy chocolates

This place is unbelievable. To my taste buds these are the most amazing chocolates Ive had. All their flavors are terrific (my favorites are the milk chocolate and coffee), the gift packaging is classy, and the service is always with a smile. A little pricey but worth every penny, these aint no candy Isle chocolates. When people tell me they havent had Truman chocolates before I feel obligated to make them experience it themselves. Go check it out and support an awesome local business!

I need these chocolates for every special event. Forget Whitmans or whatever those chocolate boxes are you get from Walmart. Get Truman Chocolates. They are so beautiful I dont even want to eat them. But then I do eat them and they taste even better than they look. Also grab one of their flavor charts and play what we call Truffle Bingo.

Great people, fantastic chocolates. We got a box for my sister as a graduation gift! The truffles were almost too beautiful to eat but when we finally did they were delicious. We will definitely be back for more!!

Best chocalates Ive ever had.I happened upon it on sunday (when they were closed) but Mitch unlock the door and sold us some anyway. At first I was hesitant to paying 3 dollars for a piece of chocalate but after having it I can confidently say it was worth it. Im not even a crazy chocolate guy. Ill be coming back for more again.

Trumans makes the most delicious and beautiful chocolates in town. Theres was much more flavorful than the other chocolate boutique downtown. Friendly service.

My teaching partner and I had the privilege of joining our 3rd grade classes from KOR Education for a tour and demo at Truman Chocolates!! Our classes had just read the book “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory,” so the parents of our class arranged our tour as a culmination of that unit of study. It was truly magical!! The demo and ongoing instruction about the Chocolate-making process was engaging and sparked creativity in all of us as we dreamed of the flavors we might create if ever we had that opportunity. Near the end of our demo, the parents of my class presented me with a stunning box of chocolates elegantly packaged and tied with a satin ribbon. I was stunned and so excited to race home to my large family to share a large variety of these delicate, delicious treats. I was able to teach my own children about the things we’d learned since I had taken pictures of each step in the process. The owner/chocolatier was so gracious and welcoming, along with his assistant who packages the chocolates to be sent all over the world as well as sold right here in the Brazos Valley. He loves his job and that love translates to his silky chocolate creations!
