Marblecraft does a very great job and they have really good service defenetly recommend it.

Marble Craft installed the marble and farmhouse sink in our kitchen . The sink has separated from the marble causing water to leak in. The laminated edges throughout the kitchen counters are cracked. Also, the slab was damaged upon installation around the sink. Our builder had Marble Craft come out to fix it and, unfortunately, it made it worse. Our builder then had to hire a different company to come out and try and make it visibly more appealing. However, we are still having issues with our sink separating and the slab damage cannot be fixed unless the entire slab is replaced. This may not be the typical quality of work that Marble Craft produces, however, this is what we have. I would never have imagined having this type of outcome/quality in our dream home. :(

Quality of the countertops is great. Customer service is severely lacking. I had no problems during the selection and ordering process. Staff was very friendly and helpful. However, after that I had several issues. The date of installation was pushed back more than a week and no one told me, which delayed everything else I had scheduled. Then on the day of installation, the workers were 5 hours late and no one let me know. While I was waiting I called the store and no one called me back. My contractor called the owner twice and he was not concerned or helpful. Once they did show up, they did not cut enough holes in the countertop for the faucet, even though the faucet was in plain sight. I had to buy a new faucet. Although I love the countertops, I would not use this company again because of poor customer service.

We just had our kitchen remodeled by Marble Craft. They did a fantastic job and were very prompt. Joe was a joy to work with and made everything painless. While communication could have been better, everything else was 10/10. We will be using them in the future to redo our bathroom.

Counter scratches too easy

I have had 2 total renovation bathroom projects performed by Marble Craft. They did a fantastic job! They were very professional, worked every consecutive day and were always on time. The subcontractors they used were also quality. They cleaned up after themselves and left my house immaculate. Special thanks to Mike, Micah and Mario for going above and beyond. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.
