Great facility with great customer service.

Brand new cat to 299D with 60 hours Is setting beside the road broke down. I called in they told me if they could not have the issue taken care of within 24 hours they would issue me a Loner machine. Mechanic came out the next day said that the DEF manifold Needed replace. But its on Backorder. And now they say they do not have a skid steer available for me to use while mine is down. And now they say they do not have a skid steer available for me to use while mine is down. A company as big as Mustang cat Doesnt have a skid steer. I would say someone is lying to me. If the issue is not resolved today I will be contacting my lawyerGlenn C.
