Writing this at 3:01 pm for an order that I placed at 2:24 pm. A little busy when we got here but literally no one in line for the better part of 20 minutes. They keep putting bags on the table and call names in big lists, instead of just calling orders one by one. I ordered a single with a fried egg, I understand that an addition might take a little longer but this is ridiculous.Its 3:03 and just got my order. Started eating almost immediately after I sat down and its lukewarm. What was it doing sitting around for so long? If they are backed up on orders, new ones that come out should at least be hot. Dont come here unless you like waiting half an hour for mediocre food. The lady who took my order was kind but service from everyone else is not impressive in the least.

Came last week, service was decent, food was good. For whatever reason today it took them nearly an hour to finish my order. Not very pleased with my service and I hope they improve their wait times.

Absolutely garbage service speed, 2 weeks ago it took them 38 minutes to get food out and figured just a fluke. Today I decided to try again and took them 42 minutes. Don’t know what happened to this place in my time at this university but it was for the worse.

I got a completely raw burger after waiting over 20 minutes. Staff is not friendly. I always wait a really long time, but this raw burger was the last straw.

Had a black beans based double patty burger. Pretty amazing to be honest. Great and quick service

A bit overpriced and the burgers are a little too salty for my taste. Rosemary fries are pretty good, though, as well as a wide variety on the menu. Not bad!

Waited an hour and 20 minutes and the milkshake Ive ordered has yet to come. When I go up and ask they say they are working on it. I suspect theyve lost the ticket.Ive decided to just go and leave this review because Im not waiting hours for a milkshake.

Another Smashburger checked off my husbands list. This one is on campus of Texas A&M University. Since we were traveling in our RV, it was a challenge to get to. We parked a few blocks away and walked. Be aware that this location does not accept the regular Smashburger rewards. They have some special loyalty program in which all the campus restaurants participate. So no free side for us this time. Food is same as other locations. Seating area is larger and there were quite a few students there.

Its am interesting menu but the burgers are over priced and not very big or special. The rosemary fries are a nice touch. The peanut butter shake was awesome. Id give it 3.5 stars if that rating was available. This is on a university campus so watch the campus roads and parking without a pass.

Lots of vegetarian options, and you can make the burgers vegan if you want too, which means more flexibility. Great service; I came at the end of the day right before closing when the staff is usually exhausted but they were really polite and friendly! The food is filling and is ready to go in 5-8 minutes (during non-rush hour times). The booths are kept clean.

Expect to wait more than a half hour for a burger during dinner time.

The food is overpriced and you have to wait about 30 minutes for it. If you are in campus, this is not worth it.

Burgers are on the pricier side, but the taste is fenomenal. Note that a single burger with double patty might still not be enough to fill you up though.

This is generally my go-to for on campus dining. The staff is extremely friendly, and the burgers are good. My only complaint is that they don’t put enough seasoning on the smashfries.Update: Rating went down a star because they’re now charging almost $5 for a large smash fry. That is ridiculous

The burgers are a solid 6/10, the shakes and fries are really good though and worth getting if youre going to stop by!

This place always makes me feel good after leaving! Food is always perfect and doesnt take too much time.

Extremely poor customer service. We got there at 8:34 and the counter girl said they don’t serve shakes after 8:30 but they close at 9:30. They had most of the tables cleaned and tipped over. They were willing to lose $70+ because there was 7 us. Very strange. We went to 5 Guys instead. 🙂

Ms. Ellis at the checkout counter is awesome. I stood and watched her interact with students for some time. Definitely the epitome of a service only fit for Aggieland.

I have tried it once and it was good.

I like food but this one worker always interrupts me when Im asking for my fries. Shes all like do you want cheese on that and Im all like if I wanted cheese I would have said I wanted cheese. Cheese does not come on a plain and dry burger.

Simply a smashing good time! Their fries are heavenly. Make sure to try the shakes.

The service is excellent. By far the place with the best service on campus. The food is very good as well.

We were not able to eat here due to campus parking permit requirements. I would have liked to try this location. Other locations of Smasburger have been great. I guess this location only caters to the campus population. Went to Fuddruckers instead. Fuddruckers is the Worlds Best Hamburger place.

Id prefer a thick Patty. Pattys are like the ones a Freddys.

This place is above the underground food court at A&M and is actually a apart of the Sbisa building. The wait time is bearable and the food is good. Only downside is that it is expensive
