I have never been here but the people writing one stars about having to call a central office are annoying. Putting in a 5 star to balance those out.

Great selection, helpful and knowledgeable staff, and doing a great job taking precautions during the pandemic.

Could not call a local number. Called 800 number, waited and waited, finally someone answers and after I describe the product I am looking at on their website, he hangs up.

I had the same experience Billy mentioned. Thankfully I checked before they had shipped the items back and the manager made it work. He took the time to reset the order and get me the tools I needed in time. The 3 stars is due to the lack of notification, but the staff at the Bryan store were very helpful.
